| (December 17, 2009) When we arrived there, we thought we were going to miss our flight, but we made our flight in large part because dropping off the car and getting a ride to the airport was so incredibly fast and efficient. I was so thankful that I used Dollar. However, when we got back, the process was not so smooth. We called on the courtesy phone and it took about 15 minutes for pickup. Then, when we arrived at the Dollar location about half an hour after we put in a call on the courtesy phone, they still had not retrieved our car. (It didn't look like they were very busy. It just seemed like they were unconcerned about efficiency and about our wait time.) So we had to wait another ten minutes or so. That's a lot of waiting, especially when you're traveling with a toddler. |

| Thanksgiving holiday parking experience |
| (December 2, 2009) We where warmly greeted on our arrival to drop our car off at Dollar for parking. The woman at the counter was friendly, smiling and very pleasant. The bus driver was accomodating, helped with the two carry on's we had and very outgoing and friendly - made it a pleasure.
Unfortunately our driver on the return pick up from the airport was none of those - he never got out of the drivers seat for us or the other two people that got on with us. He never helped with the bags (just 2 carry ons) said nothing other than where we picking up a parked car or renting and then whats your number. Have to say it was the first time we've encountered someone so distant and unaccomodating. The gal at the counter was wonderful and her smile and courtesy made up for the drivers lack of any personality. |

| (December 1, 2009) We used Dollar's airport parking service at LaGuardia Airport in NYC over the 2009 Thanksgiving holiday. Our experience could not have been more positive. We were checked in immediately upon arrival, our bags carried for us to a waiting shuttle bust, and then we were wisked to our airline terminal all in the space of less than five minutes. Upon arrival, the driver graciously unloaded our bags without sny request from us.
Upon our return, in less than three minutes after notifying Dollar of our arrival, a shuttle bus was waiting for us outside the terminal. (Note: unlike our past experiences with some of Dollar's airport parking competitors, Dollar's shuttle arrived almost immediately and there was plenty of room to down.) We arrived at Dollar's garage in less than five minutes, where once again the driver unloaded our bags for us and carried them inside the parking office. The cashier was quick and efficient in processing payments (no suprises here; what we were quoted was exactly what we paid) and by the time we finished paying, our car was already outside waiting for us.
We simply cannot think of anything additional Dollar could have done to make our trip any easier or to enhance the quality of its stellar service. We have already recommended Dollar's airport parking service to several of our friends and relitaves and will continue to do so in the future. |

| (November 30, 2009) My first time driving to and flying out of Laguardia since I'm from NJ and usually fly out of Newark. I was nervous about the whole experience but it turned out to be a positive one.
The facility was easy to find and very near to the airport. Parking was easy and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient.
Same thing on the return, with the minor exception that they had a hard time finding my car when I returned. After 20 minutes or so, they found it and I was on my way. No hassle with the coupon or applying my deposit towards my balance due.
Overall, a very positive experience 4 out of 5 stars. I would repeat. |

When I asked an employee where it was, he told me I had to get it from the desk (which again had a long line). No fun parking here. |

My only complaints are:
1. It took 15 minutes to get my car. We waited outside with other people who were also waiting, and started to wonder whether there was anyone actually retrieving cars.
2. For some reason, when I picked up the car, something had happened to my radio and I had to re-enter a code. Apparently this only happens if the radio is disconnected or a fuse is blown. I eventually retrieved the code and got the radio up and running but question whether anyone from Dollar was tampering with the radio.

If payment is made by credit card then have the account pulled up automatically to cut down waiting. A suggestion- If you park at Dollar then why not rent from Dollar at the airport destination and get a discount for being a loyal customer.

| (September 8, 2009) Beware!!! You must take the time for them to inspect and fill out a form and give you a copy upon arrival to the lot. There is a sign saying as much on the wall among other signs but I was in a hurry and didn't see it on the wall, I don't think they want you to. Someone walked around my car inspecting it but gave me no paper so they are tricky! This inspection is by request only and you MUST get a copy of the form! There is a dent in the side of my car and the manager was incredibly rude and told me that with out that form from inspection they were not legally responsible and he accused me of lying about the dent. The car is a lease and i had just had all of the dings and stuff fixed because i return it soon, so I know it was not there before! most expensive parking of my life!! |

We had our Ford Edge (small SUV) parked there during our week long vacation only to return to find the front bumber/grill damaged. It looked they had scrapped it along a brick/stone wall when parking or retrieving it. We noticed it as soon as they brought it down to us, reported it....waited....to have a manager return to say we can take pictures and "file a report" but we don't take any responsiblity for what happens to your car while parked here. WHAT?!?! Do not use them. This is awful customer service. We dropped our car off looking one way, and had it returend another. |

When I got there, I told the lady at the front desk what my situation was and I was charged the original quote I received online. What a relief! I'm so happy with Dollar's service (including the quick pick up from the airport). Plus, everyone was very friendly. I will recommend Dollar to everyone.
