| (January 22, 2009) Way better than long term parking! The dollar lot is covered so even though it had snowed while I was away, my car was dry and clean and I drove it right home. The shuttle was prompt, the driver was friend;y and helpful. I had many delays and baggage losses during my trip, Dollar was the one bright spot where everything went the way it should. I would definitely recommend it and plan to use it again in the future. |

| (January 22, 2009) Excellent experience. No hassle getting car parked and registration. The bus took us immediately to the airport departure location. On return the bus was there waiting for us!!! Payment and return of car was timely. Staff was very friendly and courteous as well as professional. Everyone from parking, to counter to bus driver was very professional. We had parked at another location and service was so much different. With Dollar we were amazed to find a service in NY airport where people actually care. We will be very happy to return to Dollar next time we fly out of LaGuardia |

| LGA Dollar airport parking review |
| (January 21, 2009) The location is very convenient to the LGA airport. However, the description of saving is now quite misleading -I was quite suprised at the amount of time it took at the counter both checking in and out. In both instances, there was no one in front of me at the counter yet the time required for someone to greet me and process the transaction was lengthy. In fact, on the pick-up, the person at the counter had to answer the phone, then took care of a Dollar employee and lastly was processing other computer transactions while I stood there. In fact a second emplyee had to help me. Quite frustrating when you see your car has been sitting there even before I arrived and as I stated no one was on line in front of me. |

| (January 20, 2009) Extremely easy and convenient both at drop off and pick up. Would definitely use again. They do not clean off snow if you park outdoors, so splurge for the indoor parking in the winter.

| Parking at Dollar |
| (January 19, 2009) Reserving and dropping the car off was very easy and quick. When we came back we called in advance and still waited and watched many other Airport Parking buses go by before ours showed up. When we got back to Dollar the car took a long time to come down even though I called when the plane arrived and the bus driver called when we got in the bus. I don't think anyone went to get my car until the person at the desk called when we got to the Dollar office. Also the inside of my car on the drivers side was covered with salt like someone left the window open or had the door open and someone drove by and splashed it. The entire staff that I dealt with was courteous and helpful |

| (January 16, 2009) When the car was brought for pickup it was parked so that I had to walk through a puddle to get in. Also, the steering wheel was sticky. The people who drove it apparently had dirty hands.
Otherwise, people were friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait for the shuttles. The parking was convenient to LGA. |

| (January 11, 2009) Dollar is the worst place at La Guardia Airport to stay as far as service is concerned. The people who work there have the worst attitude of service for the customers who pay and stay there. The pickup from the airport was prompt. The attitude of the driver was not to help with the luggage, but he did it grudgingly and for this I tipped him. the woman behind the desk had to be physically dragged to the desk by that same driver, or she would have left me standing at the front desk forever. It seemed that a customer was a distraction from whatever she was, or wasn't doing. The same woman was not very friendly at check-in also. It seems that customer service is not one of her strengths The car was not ready for pickup even though I had called from the airport. The only person who was nice and helpful was the guy who drove the car from parking and helped me with my skis and luggage. I will never stay there again, even if I have to pay more. |

| (January 7, 2009) My Dollar Rent a Car parking at LaGuardia was the smoothest part of my trip. After very bad service experiences at American Airlines and a hotel I stayed in at Miami it was a pleasure to have everything go smoothly with DRC.
All the desk staff and drivers were very professional on both departure and arrival. I can't suggest any improvements in service. I will definitely use their service again.

| (December 31, 2008) Drop-off was quick and easy. They honored our reciept from AboutAirportParking and our deposit no-problem. On pickup the van took about 10 minutes to arrive at the terminal - about what I would expect since we were coming in rather late and given the distance the lot is from the terminal. The only snag we had was getting the car. Apparently during the holiday peak season, the valets park the lot about 20 cars deep. It took about an hour for them to retrieve our car from the lot. Granted, we dropped our car off th 18th of Dec (before the holiday rush) and picked it up the 28th of Dec (when the lot was at capacity). Still not what we were hoping for after a long day of traveling. Other than that, no problems. Price was honored to the penny. |

| (December 31, 2008) I was not happy with my stay. When I was picked up from the airport the nice driver called in and gave them my cars ticket number. Nevertheless when got to the parking garage and paid, they could not find my car. The person at the front desk wanted me to give them my license plate number, make and model, whether it's a sedan or suv. Come I gave all that when I checked in. They still could not find my car and I had to wait 45 minutes. I am sure there was not too many green 08 Honda accord parked there. It makes me think that they was driving my car while it should have been parked. I am not satisfied with this nor the service, I will not park there again or recommend anyone I know to park there. I am very dissapointed.

| (December 30, 2008) The service was great when I dropped off my car, the shuttle to LGA was efficient and the shuttle driver on the return trip was very nice.
However, when I returned to the Dollar garage to pick up my car, I waited 45 minutes for my car to be brought to me. The attendant at the booth was very kind and went inside the office a few times to check on the status. I was very disappointed with this service. A 45 minute wait is unacceptable.

Despite the cost, Dollar is a great place to park, I feel that my car is safeguarded, not an easy task in NY.

| Car damaged during parking |
| (December 15, 2008) I recently parked my two month old car at Dollar Airport Parking at LGA for a weekend. I picked the car up at night and stupidly did not double check for damage to my car -- although it probably wouldn't have mattered anyway, as they don't claim liability for damage to bumpers.
Needless to say, after inspecting my car in the morning light, I found a HUGE scratch on the corner of my rear bumper as well as a smaller scratch on the front, in addition to clear indication that the valet rubbed my tires against a curb. All of this damage was fresh and clearly the result of their negligent drivers.
It's too bad -- everything else was pretty good. If you go, make sure you double check for damage to your vehicle (though again, it's doubtful they'll pay for anything). |

| (December 13, 2008) I like the convenience of being shuttled directly to where I needed to go at the airport, and being picked up. It does take the guess work of which terminal to go to etc.
I have used Dollar Parking 3 times now at LGA. One thing that could be better, is the counter service. I have come to the counter and no one is their, the driver yelled back, she yelled back "I am on the phone". I was runnunig a bit late, and did not need the delay. A bell or buzzer, to indicate a customer is at the desk would be nice.
Also a sign for customers to understand how long the shuttles run in between pick-ups. |
