| They stole my ipod |
| (July 1, 2009) I will never use avistar again. when getting to the lot I had to leave my ipod in the car because it would not shut off. I was gone for one night. Upon returning I realized that they ipod was stolen. The lot manager said they needed to do an investigation. He said he had not gotten a complaint in many years. He spoke with the employees who of course said they didn't see anything. When I tried to file a claim they told me there was nothing that I could do and that it was my fault for leaving it in the car. On top of it the place is dirty and the employees are very unprofessional. I would have been better off paying for a car service. I will never use them again. |

| Car used and damaged by AviStar |
| (June 4, 2009) I left my car for 4 days at AviStar. The car was examined when I dropped it off. There was no damage or scratches and it was noted by the attendant. When I returned from my trip, there was more mileage on my car, less gas, and two large keyed scratches on one door. The car was also very dirty. I got no satisfaction from the manager. Anyone know how to proceed with a claim against this flim flam operation? |

| Damaged CAR ! |
| (April 6, 2009) I parked my car at AviStar LAG for a week (MY CAR WAS ONLY TWO DAYS OLD) and when I returned there was a dent in the passenger side. I tried to file a claim-no luck. Use them only if you have to. Take a photo before you leave with your camera or camera/phone. Document everything! |

| I was on Vacation and I got a parking ticket |

Last easter I dropped my car off and due to a death in the family I had to return early, I did not call in advance, just got my new airline ticket and headed home. I arrived back at the airport, Waite for the shuttle bus 25 minutes in the rain at 1 am. and when I finally arrived at there lot, they could not find my car.
Turns out they were parking it on the street, when it finally was pulled up I had a parking ticket on it. I asked how and where they had parked my car, the attendant said they were over booked so when that happens they take the longer stay customers put there car's on the street and bring them back before the customer returns.
Even worse before I left they took the ticket and said they would pay it 3 months later I get a love note from the city for $65.00 for the ticket and $35.00 additional late fees.
I would never have known if I did not fly home early. Do your self a favor do not use them

| (July 20, 2008) Last time I used Avistar Laguardia, we had to wait 45 minutes for their shuttle to arrive. Everytime we called there was a different nonsensical excuse. Never again!! |

(April 26, 2008) I've used Avistar numerous times and they are very efficient and relatively inexpensive. I can't understand why there are such negative reviews on this site, but I have always been very satisfied and I am not easily pleased! Pros: Quick shuttle to and from airport. Helpful and polite employees. Cons: None |

| DAMAGED CAR!!!!!!! |
(June 5, 2007) I parked my year old car at Avistar for a week and when I picked it up the car was damaged. The exhaust pipe was pushed up and stuck which caused the bumper to be melted where the end of the exhaust pipe touched it. There were white stains on the hood that have never completely disappeared. The service was rude and lousy. Pros: NONE!!!! Cons: EVERYTHING!!!! A Damaged Vehicle. Rude and Lousy Service |

| Plan on waiting a long time and missing your plane |

| THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE PARKING PLACE EVER!!!! |
(March 20, 2007) At 1am we had to wait, along with 30 other people, for over an hour, just to get our car that was not 100ft away in the parking lot. This people had no idea what they were doing! They had lost keys, blocked cars in with six other cars, they had no records of the locations of the cars...it was something out of a bad movie!!! DO NOT go here! You are better off with a cab no matter what the circumstance!! We were never given the keys to our car, we had to go get it out of the lot ourselves!!!! Pros: NONE!!! Cons: EVERYTHING!!! Employees don't speak English, have no idea where the cars are, they are understaffed, they make you pay and then wait for HOURS!!! STAY AWAY!!! HORRIBLE!!! |
