Absolutely Fantastic

(November 18, 2009) We had prepared ourselves for the typical park and WAIT service, so we were absolutely blown away by the instant parking, and the immediate shuttle to the airport. The return was no different... Immediate pick up at the airport whisking us to the parking lot where our car was waiting near the exit. Even if I had parked at the airport itself, I could not have gotten to my car and exited the airport as fast as this. You guys really have your act together. If only the airline check-in was as efficient !!

Car was fine -- pick-up confusion

(November 18, 2009) My car was returned how I left it which was great. When calling for the return pick-up, the dispatcher did not fully explain that I'd be picked up at departures rather than arrivals. Several Avistar vans went by at the typical pick-up spot before I called again and was told to go upstairs to arrivals for pick-up. In general I thought the place was fine.

Good experience with AirPark

(November 11, 2009) This was the first time I've used AirPark and found the service to be excellent. We were at the airport within five minutes of our arrival and pick-up was just as prompt. In short, I'm very happy with the service.

perfect in every way

(November 11, 2009) This is my 1st time bringing my car to LGA for 4days. Location to the airport-ideal, van to airport fast. When i returned to LGA, i called from the plane. by the time i was outside, i waited for maybe 1 minute. meanwhile the line for taxis at 11 PM was huge. Door to door, I landed at 10:50 and was on the Upper East side-and parked-by 11:30. Price was better than all the others and my car was waiting for me as the van pulled into their lot.

(November 4, 2009) I recently used the Airpark parking service on a overnight trip from La Guardia I was very pleased It was easy to make a reservation, easy to find, and all went very smoothly.. I was driven to my gate and there within minutes of dropping off the car. Retrieving the car was as simple...I called the 800 number as I picking up my bags and the van arrived in minutes to drive me back to the lot. Price was exactly as quoted.. very efficient and well run operation. A GREAT alternative to the airport lot...

(November 3, 2009) The guys that work there are not very talkative but they get you to your destination fast! This was my second time using your company (first at JFK and now at LGA) I did have an early flight and I arrived earlier then I expected and was surprised that the gate was closed and locked. I pulled into the neighboring hotel parking lot and gave a call and they opened it up right away for me. I was a little confused that a 24 hour lot was locked up but I was happy when I left for my flight knowing that even if someone was inconvienced for a minute that my car was safely secured! I love the Air Park and plan to use them again! Thanks guys!

Air Park LGA Review

(November 2, 2009) Directions were useless. Upon calling to request help there was a significant language barrier that made the situation more frustrating. Tailgating by the shuttle bus driver on arrival was so close it was scarry. My vehicle was not damaged and had almost no mileage on the odometer. I was pleased as this indicates the car was not taken for a joy ride or to some other parking lot off sight. A real positive. In short it was my impression that the people answering the phone were rude, one of the shuttles were driven in an unsafe manner, the web directions are useless and my car was not damaged or abused.

Good Value

(October 29, 2009) This is a good option for those would like to pay less for airport parking. I got an internet rate of $14.48 per day. The lot is very close to LaGuardia. Drop-off was smooth, and the shuttle was available immediately to take me right to my gate. Pick-up was equally good. We called the number listed as soon as we got out bags; the phone was answered promptly and we were on the shuttle in less than 10 minutes. All in all, a very good experience. I will never pay the regular parking rates at LaGuardia again.

(October 27, 2009) Overall fine. did the job and as cheap as anywhere else near laguardia, although almost 44 for 2days and 6 hours seems a little pricey for me. Still, fast service and did as advertised with nothing funny like I've read in comments for other parking services.

Convenient and a good price

Easy,Safe and Affordable

I brought my car in and I was on the van on the way to the airport in 10 minutes.On returning to NY I called the number on the receipt and the van picked me up minutes after I called.After paying the balance my car was ready for me by the time I walked outside. Easy, convenient, professional service

(September 27, 2009) I was very pleased with the service I received at AirPark LGA. I had no issues with the safety of my car or its condition after picking it up. The cars are very tightly packed in to the lot, which I initially questioned, but the parking attendants seemed very efficient and professional when handling my vehicle. Over all, I think it's a very convenient and worthwhile service and I would definitely use it again and/or recommend it to a friend. Thank you!

(September 16, 2009) Wow, I should have starting using them sooner! Fast, cheaper then long term parking and much easier. Just drop off the car and go. They were quick on the return pick-up and had the car waiting. Only down side was we got dropped off at the wrong terminal, but that was our fault. Who knew that there are two Delta terminals! Would have been nice if the driver mentioned that little fact, but really can't say it is his responsibility. That would be 5 Star Service though!

Smooth Getaway and Return!

(September 14, 2009) We recently used AirPark for out flights from La Guardia to Chicago and back, and we were most satisfied with our parking expeience. Our reservations were quickly called up, and within two minutes we were in the van heading for our flight. When we returned, we called AirPark and our driver was there within five minutes. We were quickly driven back to the parking lot, and our car was waiting for us. Thank you for your good service!

Questionable parking

(September 13, 2009) I recently parked my car at AirPark for 5 days. On my way to airpark, my car almost ran out of gas, the gas light came on while I was on the highway, but I made it. I made sure everything was turned off, (radio, air conditioner etc). When I retrieved my car from AirPark I knew that I had to go to the gas station immediatley, because of the way I left it. However the first thing I noticed is that my radio was on (and not on a station I listen to). My back windshield wiper was on, (and it wasn't raining when I left). I also noticed broken chocolate chip cookies in the cup holder & alas! my gas light was no longer on. In fact I made it all the way to the gas station & it never came on. Hmmmm, was someone driving my car while I was gone? It appeared very suspect to me, but I had no proof. I know how I left my car, but things were very different when I picked it up. Would I use them again HECK NO! when I leave my car parked in a lot for 5 days, I expect it to stay parked until I return. I was very disappointed in them. Beware!

Easy and Convenient!

(September 10, 2009) AirPark LGA is easy to reserve and easy to find. You don't have to wait even a moment for the shuttle bus. They are friendly and even have your car waiting for you when you arrive back at the lot (a big plus when you just flew 11 hours on red eye flights!). I will absolutely use them every time I fly.

(September 8, 2009) Parking at AirPark LGA was incredibly simple & straightforward. The lot is easy to find (although I had to google for directions, couldn't find them on the site). The shuttle service is very fast, both to and from the airport. And the lot is incredibly close to the terminals. The staff was helpful and kind. I will definitely use AirPark LGA again. (September 7, 2009) Check-in was simple. There was no wait for the shuttle van to the airport. Upon return the van showed up promptly after I called and my car was ready to go at the lot. The staff was courteous too. I certainly would consider using this facility again.

Car covered in leaves and dung of seagulls

(September 7, 2009) When we went to pick up the car after a 2 week stay, we had to drive to a car wash. On the north side of the parking lot, there are a lot of trees which apparently inhabited by seagulls or pigeons, I don;t know what can be done becuase I don't think the trees are on your property. (September 6, 2009) only one complaint .when i returned shuttle driver sped thru terminal and he did not stop,he then drove back when i started to walk to vehicle he drove of.when i called back person who answered told me that i was not at designated area in a rude tone.i assured him i was at area of arrivals.i would use in the future based on price.

(September 4, 2009) The parking facility is good based on the following factors: very close to the airport (only 5 min. away), reasonably priced, 24/7 service, quick pick-up and drop-off and secured lot. The only thing I don't appreciate is the bird dirts on my car after 3 days parked right there. I have to take my car to a car wash immediately.

Could not have been smoother

(August 19, 2009) Arrived at the parking lot early AM (5:30) I showed my computer printout to the man behind the counter, gave him my keys and in less than 5 minutes was on a van to the airport. Upon arriving home the pick up van was at the airportliterally 5 minutes after I called. when we arrived at the lot my car was out & waiting for me. I will definitely use them again.

On our returning flight the driver was at the airport to pick up in a very short time and our car was ready and waiting. Check out was simple and straightforward and very reasonable in price. I would recommend anyone to use Airpark. I would have given five stars but the only thing that was missing was a bathroom on the site for the customers.

Not only did we find the cheapest rate with AirPark LGA, but we also get to the terminal within 5 minutes after we pulled our car into the lot. Likewise on the return trip, from the time we called for the shuttle to the time we paid and exited the lot was only about 10 minutes. It was hard to believe - no problems with the reservation, payment, shuttle, etc. The car was in the same condition as when we dropped it off. Thank you so much for a perfect customer experience. Efficient

(August 14, 2009) I find this parking facility very efficient. I have used it three times in the past few months, and both pick-up and drop-off at the terminal happened timely on all occasions. The car has always been pulled out from the lot, ready for me right after I paid. I am simply holding back the fifth star in my rating, because their passenger van they use to shuttle you back and forth is a bit on the grungy side.

Not Pretty but they get the Job Done

(August 13, 2009) The lot and service desk area are far from pretty - sort of rag tag. Nevertheless, the service to and from the airport was timely, efficient and staffed with drivers who were more than considerate. Great place to which we will return again and again.
