Responsive and reliable

(August 29, 2010) They were very helpful. When my flight was cancelled and I thought I would need to pick my car up again, they responded right away. Then when my plans changed yet again, they were understanding. Their shuttle pick-up was quick when I arrived back after my vacation. Good operation.

Car Parking

(August 19, 2010) Easy to find. Had a reservation in advance. Van was waiting to leave as soon as I dropped off my keys. Upon return I called when I had my luggage went to departing flights and was picked up within minutes. Would definitely use again.

Outstanding Service

(August 9, 2010) Traveling with a 6 month old is challenging when everything goes smoothly. With all of the travel hiccups we experienced with the airlines the last thing we needed was for something to go wrong anywhere else. The shuttles were quick to get us to and from the airport and the drivers wouldn't allow us to even touch a bag - they quickly (and gently) grabbed our luggage and got us on our way without any hassle. We will most definitely use AirPark again in the future!

just what I needed

(July 22, 2010) I do not normally fly out of LGA (I live in NJ), let alone take early morning flights. So, when I was scheduled to leave LGA at 6:30 am on an international flight, I decided I would drive to LGA and leave the car: all the other options were as expensive and less convenient. Airpark had good reviews, so I tried them. They were close to the airport, fast with check-in and check-out, available at 4 am, and delivered me to my terminal and then picked me up promptly. Everything I needed.

AirPark Service

(July 15, 2010) This parking garage provided absolutely the best service. The parking attendants were very friendly and courteous. The shuttle service we took to and from the airport was excellent. They were quick and on time and just overall made our long term parking experience a great one. We will surely use AirPark Parking for our next trips. We highly recommend it.

parking weekend 7/9-7/11

(July 14, 2010) Service was good. we got ticket promptly and was transported to terminal on a timely basis. Pick up upon return got a little confusing as pickup point was not communicated perfectly. All in all very good service--upon arrival at lot, our car was ready and we were gone within minutes.

Quick and Painless Service

(July 13, 2010) After I registered at the counter I boarded the van. Another car pulled into the facility. I assumed I would have to wait for that car to register before leaving. No such thing. They took me solo to my terminal. My return pickup was quick and painless as well. My car was waiting for me in good condition. I highly recommend this company.

(July 12, 2010) I thought they were great! Quick service to and from the airport! I only waited *bout 5 minutes after I claimed my baggage for the Shuttle! The only thing is the address that messed me up.I put it into my navi but its not the riGht address for the lot. Other than that everyone was nice and quick! I have already recommended u to my friends and family. Thank u for giving me one less thing to worry about While I was away!

(June 26, 2010) I've used the AirPark at Newark several times and found them to be great. The LGA AirPark was the same: good rates, very close to the airport, dropping off the car was quick and easy, shuttle to the airport left promptly and we were at the terminal in about 2 min. On our return they picked us up within minutes of our call and we were on the road about 5 minutes later. The car was in fine shape. Would definitely use again.

(May 26, 2010) Absolutely without doubt the easiest parking experience I have ever encountered. Not only were we at the airport within minutes of dropping off the car, but upon return were were picked up within 3 minutes of leaving the terminal. The fact that our car was pulled up front and ready to go when we returned was icing on the cake. I will never park anywhere else... bill was exactly as expected and the people were friendly.

California Trip

(May 7, 2010) Arrived at LGA Airpark and at the airport departure terminal in 15 minutes. Return trip to LGA arrival trrminal and the Shuttle was there,car was waiting and left for home all within 15 minutes(Van happened to have dropped off customer-perfect timing) Great job.

Best at LGA

Very Convenient For Us

(March 1, 2010) They were terrific. I was traveling with an 18 month old and they were so helpful with bags, strollers, etc. They park your car for you. We got stuck because of a huge snowstorm, and they were very flexible about changing pick up dates, and even cleaned off your car for you! It only took about 5 minutes from when I called for them to pick me up at baggage claim. Will DEFINITELY use them again.

(February 16, 2010) We were a bit worried about traveling in to the city for a flight out. We had heard complaints about the lack of parking at LaGuardia. We find AirPark and saw that they had high customer ratings. We could not have been happier with the service we received with AirPark. We will be sure to use them again!

Good service but car recieved a minor scratch

(February 16, 2010) The service and friendlyness of the staff was outstanding (agian) but I did notice a scratch on my car when I got home that was not their prior to my trip to the airport.

1st time parking at AirPark LGA

(February 3, 2010) Very convenient location coming from the NJ. Just follow the exit to LGA and proceed straight. No waiting for the shuttle van to go to the airport - will use again.

(January 31, 2010) I've used AirPark once a month for almost a year now and the service has been great! All the guys who work there are friendly and courteous. They are quick and reliable and I would never leave my car anywhere else when flying in and out of Laguaurdia airport!

AIR PARK LGA

(January 29, 2010) I have used them 7 or 8 times so far and found them to be what they say. They get you to the airport quickly and drop you off quickly. where I have some trouble is they sometimes charge me more then the reservation. Most of the time I dont want to argue about $20 after traveling, I live almost 2 hours away and just want to get home, but it starts to add up.

(January 27, 2010) There was a shuttle waiting as we pulled in to the lot we got on and to the airport within ten minutes and when we arrived back to the airport the shuttle was waiting for us and the car was warmed up and ready to go. I will always use this service from now on. Great job!

LGA

(January 21, 2010) Excellent service and care. I was able to hop right onto the shuttle, which was great as I was running a bit late! On the way back home, the shuttle arrived quickly without a hitch. A bit pricey compared to other airports, but excellent service.

Don't let the lot's appearance discourage you. It serves its purpose. I will use them again.

First Experience

(January 7, 2010) When we arrived we were promptly taken to the airport and dropped off right in front of the desired airline. On our return, we waited no more than five minutes for the shuttle to return to our car which was parked in the front of the lot and ready to go. All in the operation was very smooth and efficient and will definitely receive our business for our next trip.

Fast, Accomodating, and Well-Priced

(January 4, 2010) I view my success, over all else, through the filter of how strong my relationships are with my customers. I appraise each opportunity to service them based on whether or not my actions will strengthen our relationship - at times regardless of the monetary impact. Your team seems to have this down, and executes flawlessly. I was very impressed with the sense of urgency displayed by the gentleman who loaded our bags onto the van and ran into the office to process us after finding out we were late for our flight. On the way to the airport we experienced: a car-sick 3-yr-old, a flat tire, and a hit-and-run fender-bender in the cash-only line at the toll plaza getting on the Whitestone bridge. Never-the-less, due to the efficiency of your business, the jet's door airlocked right behind me as we just barely made our flight. Upon our return, it took no more than three minutes from the time I called until the shuttle arrived to pick my family and I up - which is huge when you've got a 3-yr-old in below freezing temperatures. The driver gave me directions to my hotel in Manhattan on the brief trip back to the lot, and my vehicle was waiting for me when we arried. I understand how busy life can get, but amid the over two-hundred emails I have waiting for me in my inbox this morning, most marked urgent (though many will undoubtedly be someone else's idea of urgent) this is the one I prioritized over the rest. In the spirit of practicing what I preach to my team, I have to reinforce all the things your business is doing, not well, but GREAT. Thanks to the team at AirPark on Ditmars for their world-class customer service. I will be using them again, and suggesting others do the same. Again, it wasn't the actual service you provide, but the service I received that made the difference. Many wishes for a happy and profitable 2010

(January 3, 2010) The staff is friendly and courteous, the drop-off and pick up is quick and efficient, and the car was clean and snow-free! There was a minor mixup with our car key, but luckily it was quickly resolved! Keep up the good work and we'll be back.

parking comment

(December 13, 2009) service bring me and pickup to the air port is excellent. however being carefull in parking the car is bad. i say this because once i arrived in my garage i saw a scatch to my rear bumper. my car is not park in the street that is why the only place this can happen is to your lot.

Airpark Parking was great!

(December 12, 2009) I used Airpark parking on the 25th of November which was the day before Thanksgiving. I arrived at 11:00a.m. and my family and I were taken directly to La Guardia Airport in 5 minutes. This happens to be one of the businest times of the year for travelling. We return to La Guardia airport on the 28th of November. Airpark parking came by the time that we had picked up our luggage, they were right out side. They get a thumbs up from me. I would definitely use them again.

Concern with Pickup

(December 2, 2009) Everything was fine when we arrived to drop off the car, shuttle service was quick to take us to the airport. However, when we returned and arranged for pickup, the couple we were travelling with had to wait for an hour at Delta. Turns out we were told to wait upstairs (we came in on American), they were also told to wait upstairs for Delta. The shuttle picked us up after 20 minutes, but they kept missing our friends at Delta. We waited at the parking area for them for 40 minutes, the shuttle kept going back and forth and not getting our friends. We overheard one of the guys telling someone on the phone to wait for Delta downstairs. That is when we realized the problem - our friends were told to wait upstairs. They finally picked them up. It seems like someone should asked them where they were to locate them. We did get one day free of parking for the the trouble, but it seems like it could have been avoided or figured out sooner what was the problem.

(December 2, 2009) Arrived at Airpark at 4:00 AM, prompt service and prompt shuttle to LGA even at 4 AM. Pick up was at 10:30 PM. Was slightly delayed, noticeable only because it was cold out, but prompt enough so I would definately park at Airpark again.

Great Parking Decent Pricing

(December 1, 2009) This was a pretty normal parking place. Its A little hard to see from the road. The valet was nice and the inside clean. The pricing was less than the 17 or more you may spend at airport parking or other competitors. Nice staff.

1st time

(November 30, 2009) I had a hard time finding AirPark at LGA because there is no real sign and it was dark out. After driving around a few times, I finally saw the lot. Even the entrance was small and didnt look like a legitimate place. However, once I arrived, I went into the office checked in and was in the van ready to go in just minutes. The price was okay, although I always love a better deal. The return home also was easy and I would definately use AirPark LGA again.

To long to pick us up after fleight arrival

Great Experience

(November 19, 2009) The parking was great! The shuttle was fast and convenient. My only complaint was that it was difficult to locate. We have never flown out of LaGuardia adn it was not easy to find the location. The sign was small and not well lit. There were no signs at major intersections to help either. It was frustrating for a very early morning flight.

(November 18, 2009) We had prepared ourselves for the typical park and WAIT service, so we were absolutely blown away by the instant parking, and the immediate shuttle to the airport. The return was no different... Immediate pick up at the airport whisking us to the parking lot where our car was waiting near the exit. Even if I had parked at the airport itself, I could not have gotten to my car and exited the airport as fast as this. You guys really have your act together. If only the airline check-in was as efficient !!

Car was fine -- pick-up confusion

(November 18, 2009) My car was returned how I left it which was great. When calling for the return pick-up, the dispatcher did not fully explain that I'd be picked up at departures rather than arrivals. Several Avistar vans went by at the typical pick-up spot before I called again and was told to go upstairs to arrivals for pick-up. In general I thought the place was fine.

perfect in every way

(November 11, 2009) This is my 1st time bringing my car to LGA for 4days. Location to the airport-ideal, van to airport fast. When i returned to LGA, i called from the plane. by the time i was outside, i waited for maybe 1 minute. meanwhile the line for taxis at 11 PM was huge. Door to door, I landed at 10:50 and was on the Upper East side-and parked-by 11:30. Price was better than all the others and my car was waiting for me as the van pulled into their lot.

(November 4, 2009) I recently used the Airpark parking service on a overnight trip from La Guardia I was very pleased It was easy to make a reservation, easy to find, and all went very smoothly.. I was driven to my gate and there within minutes of dropping off the car. Retrieving the car was as simple...I called the 800 number as I picking up my bags and the van arrived in minutes to drive me back to the lot. Price was exactly as quoted.. very efficient and well run operation. A GREAT alternative to the airport lot...
