When we arrived at 5am, they were friendly and accomodating, and got us to the airport within 5-10 min. On our return, I called them and a shuttle was there within 5 min. Since this was our first time parking with AirPark, we did not know that we would be picked up at LGA at arrivals rather than departures, near baggage claim, so we had to go back upstairs. Not "stretch limo" level service, but polite and well intended. Not the cheapest parking, but I'd probably pay for this a second time unless something MUCH cheaper and about as near surfaced.

| Good and bad news |
| (September 28, 2011) The good news was that the shuttle service was very good. I did not have to wait long at all to be picked up.
Here is the bad news: A simple request ignored. After dropping the car off at AirPark I realized that I had left my GPS attached to the inside of the windshield of my car. As soon as my flight landed at our destination, I called AirPark and asked the attendant if he could place the GPS in the glove compartment for safe keeping. When we returned to pick up the car I noticed that the GPS had not be stowed in the glove compartment as the attendant assured me that it would be.
A little bit of extra service goes a long way in making sure that customers continue doing business with you. |

| (August 4, 2011) I do live close to LaGuardia airport and could take a car service or a taxi back and forth for a little less money, but the convenience of AirPark is so much better. Their van shuttle to the terminal is fast and efficient. No waiting whatsoever. If you take a taxi from LaGuardia to Queens, the taxi drivers grumble because it's a short fare. Plus you have to wait in long lines. With AirPark you call them as soon as you land, and they pick you up and bring you back to your car in about 5 to 10 minutes. The staff is courteous, and you know your car is safe. I would highly recommend using them for short stays especially. |

After using the directions given from the web I found the place very easily and left my car admittedly with some hesitation . I was travelling alone with my younger son and they couldn't have been nicer. The shuttle immediately took us over to the airport dropped us off and the driver told us to call the # on the card when we landed back at the airport. When we came back, we did exactly that, and within minutes someone was there to pick us back up and return is to the lot. I actually paid leas then I was quoted! I will definetly use this service the next time that we fly, and would highly recommend them. |

| (July 7, 2011) Never having used long term parking travelling through Laguardia, I spent a lot of time researching reviews. Yours by far were the best and our experience was beyond expectations. The service was prompt and courteous. Shuttle to airport was waiting for us when we checked in. A clear demonstration of how Airpark goes above and beyond the call of duty occurred when I realized I left my cell in the car after I went through security. I called Airpark and Paul answered promising me to all he could to get the cell to me ASAP. Within 10 minutes a driver pulled up in front of the terminal with my cell in hand! Incredible! Upon our arrival back at Laguardia baggage in hand, we called and a shuttle arrived in 15 minutes to take us back to pick up our car which was in perfect condition. We even received a $3 refund from intial charges. With Airpark we had peace of mind, excellent $17 day prices, and customer service that went above and beyond. Who could ask for more! |

| (June 18, 2011) Being from CT, I was a little leary about parking my car at an airport parking facility in NY. I was pleasantly surprised:
- The staff was very friendly, made sure I had my coupon to get the least expensive rate.
- They video taped the exterior of my car, so there was proof if the car was damaged. (I realize for their purposes, but would work for me too).
- Literally a 90 second ride to La Guardia terminals.
- Picked me up from my arrival within 2 minutes from when I called.
- Answered the phone and were helpful when we couldn't find their facility.
I would definitely use them again, even their other location when flying out of JFK.
