| (January 30, 2009) Last night, around midnight, we returned from two weeks of sunshine to find our car buried under ice and snow at location C-9. Four of your workers spent over half an hour getting the car out and in condition to drive safely.

| Business as usual; Top-notch service for many many years! |
| (December 19, 2008) Afternoon of December 16, 2008 - I've arrived from Namibia, Africa, (no car) and my wife arrived from SFO(she left a car), and we met for the ride home. (This was a miracle!) There had been a short blizzard, and we were the only passengers on the shuttle. Our driver was spectacular (and I've forgotten his name!) He shoveled and swept the snow off our car, carried our (FIVE) bags and helped us load them, and waited to make sure that the car started. We DID shower him with money, which was well-deserved! Anyway, in the confusion, I made one boo-boo. I left, in the back of the top shelf on the bus, a very long and heavy piece of hand-blown glass art work that had traveled with me for 8,000 miles and survived everything that Africa could offer. It took us two days to remember where we left it. (It had NO I.D. on it, as it had been hand-carried.) I phoned Fast Park in the middle of the night, and there was your man, looking at it in the office, waiting for my return! You people are the greatest! Merry Christmas! And, a very appreciative "Thank You"! |

| (June 9, 2008) I was just looking online to check the current parking price expecting to see a huge price increase. I was so glad to see that they still have a price that I can afford. I love this place, easy, friendly staff, quick service. I never have to wait long at all to be picked up from my parking space to the airport as well as from the airport back to my car. I never park anywhere else and have been a customer for as long as I can remember. 17 years. |

| (September 9, 2007) I used Fast Park back in June, and will be doing so again in a few days when I go out of the country for two weeks. Everything was just as Hunter described; even though it was my first time using long-term parking, it all went very quickly and smoothly, both upon departure and arrival. They made it very easy, and $7 a day with the coupon is much better than the $12 some other places will charge you. Definitely recommend it.
Oh, the only thing I'd add is that if you print off the directions from the site before you go, it's very easy to find.

| you'll never be late because of a slow shuttle! |
(December 19, 2006) Seriously. I've used the CVG econo-long term parking lot before and cut it dangerously close to flight time, just because the shuttle took much longer than expected to pick me up. Fast Park is really is FAST. You are directed to a row with empty spots when you enter (so you are never hunting for a spot), the shuttle practically meets you right after you've finished pulling you luggage out of the car. The driver will even write your space number down on a piece of paper so you remember it when you come back. It's the same deal when you return: you'll never be waiting at the airport more than 5 minutes, it seems, and you'll be dropped off right at your space.
It's also 7 bucks, which is just as cheap as any other place around.
Pros: -Shuttles are FAST! Both picking up and drop off.
-Courteous drivers
-Can use a Fast Park pass so there is no ticket to lose.
Cons: -Difficult to get to the first time... you cannot just follow the airport signs. |
