Knowing these bits of info in advance was helpful. Therefore, I had an excellent experience. Very speedy and courteous service during drop off and pick up. Saved money by reserving on internet. I paid a total (including taxes and fees) of only $29. from Jul 11 (4:30am)- Jul 19 (5:30pm), 2010. Will use again and have already recommended to someone else. |

| (July 19, 2010) 1) YOU MUST PAY CASH!!! This is not made very clear on the web site.
2) Unless you have a small car you will probably be charged the extra $3.00/day upcharge. Ask about your specific make and model and I think they reel you in with the $2.00/day fee, but almost always get it up to $5.00/day. This is still a pretty good deal, but it made me angry to find out at 5 am that I needed to pay cash and that my charge was more than double what I expected because I drive a small van! It's really no bigger than my 4 door sedan, but what are you going to do at 5 am when your flight is an hour later?
The rest of the service is well executed and I still might go back to this lot. |

| (July 14, 2010) I have used this company once before. The driver is upbeat and fast to come pick up. He is organized and calls ahead for the cars to be pulled out and ready when we get back. The man working in the office was awful. He would rather be on facebook then to pay attention to the customers. Last time I returned from a trip I had to call twice and he sounded like he was half asleep when he finally did awnswer the phone. |

I knew beforehand that I would have to pay cash, which might have been a problem if I hadn't read about it in reviews here first--but since I knew, everything was fine. | (June 25, 2010) From the website to directions, drop off and pick up I had an absolutely great experience. Traveling can and usually is a somewhat stressful experience and where to leave your car is a part of that. Parking at the airport is easy and close but always expensive. I found the price to be amazing, the staff courteous and quick to drop me off and pick me up! I will use them everytime I have to park at the Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport even though I live all the way up in Jupiter! Thanks again! |

I was not expecting to have to pay cash for my balance but luckily had cash with me for my trip. The location is also a little sketchy but my car was in one piece when I got home so I can't complain. It's also located very close to the airport and we didn't have to wait more than 5 mins for a shuttle upon departure or arrival. I would use them again. |

| (August 23, 2009) In order to get prepared for my trip I made the parking reservation some weeks in advance and get a quotation from the interenet webpage and the total amount I should pay was $ 33.25 so I prepaid 5.50 (1 day)to guarantee the rate. Surprise to me when I arrived to the place in order to departure for my trip the attaendant told me there was a daily extra fee of $3.00 for oversized vehicles (pick-ups, vans, etc) so after discuss the policy, and the lack of information on the page I had to agree to pay the extra fee due to I was running out of time. My returning flight was 1 day later than expected due to flight was canceled, so I left the car 5 completes days and the atendant told me that I had a total due amount of $ 79.00 which I refused to pay due to incosintency on the account, finally the total outcome in $ 59.50. The driver was extremely courteous and helpfull. The car was safe and ready to leave when I arrived. |
