| (January 27, 2012) Everyone was very pleasant and courteous. However, upon returning to the lot, the man in the booth was having an argument with a customer. When I asked for my car he handed me my keys and directed me to the back of the lot. After I made a comment of so much for paying to valet he told that next time I should not make a reservation on line and gete the discount, but rather pay cash on the spot when I arrive (and of course pay more that way). He was quite rude about it, not too mention he gave me the wrong directions to where my car was parked! |

Upon your arrival you are taken to the airport in a timely manner. When you are ready for pick up all you have to do is call and they are on the way. Only downside is that I had to walk to Terminal 4 from Terminal 3 and my bags were heavy. besides this everything was a breeze. When i returned to the parking facility my car was waiting in front and i was ready to go. Also, very friendly employees! |

I actually had a change in flight time, which led me to arrive over 9 hours later than expected, and they called me to make sure everything was alright, and made sure I still had an escort at 1:15 in the morning. Very helpful for sure. The only inconvenience was the 'cash only' policy, so make sure you have cash on you for them. |

| (June 3, 2011) I failed to notice that the covered self parking required to leave the keys with the staff? (I assume my car was moved but not too much, however I was late for my flight and forgot to check the odometer reading). At any rate, the staff (on departure) was helpful since I had made a mistake with the reservation and was for the following day (mind you it was the start of memorial weekend, but the guy at the counter was great about it). The 3 stars are for the return experience. I waited 45 minutes. I called as soon as I arrived, patiently waited 35 minutes before calling again, the guy who answered the second time (who happened to be a driver) apologized profusely and arrived at the airport shortly after, and apologized again, however; the guy at the counter (when I arrived to pick up the car, NOT THE SAME DUDE THAT HELPED ME ON DEPARTURE) didn't even say "hello", "thank you" or "I'm sorry I'm such an idiot playing on my phone that I took your call but didn't send a driver right away". Park n' fly was a much smoother experience, their lot and facilities look better kept, I didn't have to leave the keys and ALL the staff is super friendly, I feel bad for the dribver at Airport Parking, the guy who takes the phone calls is a nimrod and probably causes his drivers a lot of aggravation from upset customers |

| (April 23, 2011) When I arrived at the location, I was told the $5 pre-paid was a booking fee for a third party and that my rental had to be paid in CASH.
I do not understand why I could use a credit card to pre-pay a deposit and then HAD to pay CASH [$28,50] for my 5 day parking.
I was very very disappointed by the attitude of the lot folks saying that was the way it was.
Also I was only given a stub marked paid and when I asked for a real receipt, they wrote pd and $28.50 and the date on my claim check.

| (March 16, 2011) I recently utilized this lot while I went on vacation. The personnel are courteous and helpful. Although, I had a concern with the fees. I bought it with the understanding that it would be one cost and found out at the location that there other fees. I accept my part of having missed read the daily added $2.00 fee for having an SUV, but what I don't understand is that while I may the reservation the quoted priced included a fuel charge fee and I was asked again to pay an dditional "fuel charge fee" at the lot. Not sure what happen, but when I asked about it, the gentleman insisted I call the company as though he had nothing to lose. At this point I needed a place to park my car and get on my flight. I just wondered to how many others has this occurred????? |

| (March 16, 2011) Though the location was a smidge hard to find at first, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone directed me very well from where I was to where they were located. The staff was extremely friendly and my car was well-cared for in my absence. Pickup was a snap--not only was the shuttle already at the airport when I needed it, but they also directed me to arrivals where there were fewer people and much less traffic and we got out of the airport very quickly. It's pretty hard to beat their location (once you find it)...it's right off US-1 and you're so close to major roads and, of course, the airport. Very satisfied, will use Airport Parking again! |

| (November 18, 2010) My flight from Denver was delayed close to two hrs. because of airplane motor problems. This meant that instead of being picked up at the Fort Lauderdale airport at 11:30 PM, the time became 1:30 AM.
I called Airport Parking Inc. as soon as I was aware that the problem was definitely causing a lengthly hold before take off.
My call was so appreciated that I was told "thank you" for you courtesy; and, not to worry - as soon as I knew that the flight was resuming, to call them - and - as soon as I landed and gathered my luggage, to call and their van would be there to pick me up. Needless to say - I was impressed by their kindness and understanding towards me.
When I was picked up, the owner, himself (I wish I could remember his name) greeted me with a big smile and let me know that he was happy that I was there and told me that my car was ready for me to drive home to Miami.
Even though the drive to the Airport Parking, Inc. lot was short, he told me over and over how thankful he was for my calling him and keeping him appraised of what was happening. He appreciated my courtesy and let me know.
My drive home to Miami was made a happy trip, just being thankful of the way I was just treated. Whenever I have to fly out of Ft. Lauderdale, Airport Parking, Inc. will be where I park my car. |

| (September 23, 2010) Service was perfect! The van driver took our luggage from our trunk and put it in the van. We left immediately with another couple. We were at the airport in about only 5 minutes. The driver took our luggage from the van and put it on a cart at curbside.
On my return, after I got my luggage, I called for a pick-up and the van came in no time. While we were driving to the parking lot, my car was brought out of the lot and was waiting for me. Again, the driver took my luggage from the van and put in my trunk.

| (September 6, 2010) I parked there as there was an offer of 2$/day in this website. When I arrived I gave them the booking and they told me a different due amount (4 dollars higher) I told him that the due amount was different in the paper I printed and he agreed.
When I returned to pick up my car everything was fine, the shuttle picked me up and I got my keys. The only thing is that they told me that next time I should book in their website (rates are more expensive there).
In general it was good that I paid only 2$ a day for parking near the airport, with a shuttle included. |

| (August 30, 2010) Any negative reviews about this place seem to be due to the information not being read on their page, or someone upset they were upcharged for their mini-SUV...an SUV is an SUV, yeah? This is a 'mom and pop shop' so there is usually just one or two people there, but their service is just as good or better than the parking shuttles that constantly circle the airport. They are no more than one mile away--you call them and they will tell you where to stand and will be there within 5 minutes! Their service to me was extremely great and they were very nice - all for just 2.00 per day and the ONE TIME fuel charge (not daily). I am going to use them again this week, and will continue to use them. Also, don't assume if you have to arrive late due to a delayed flight that they may not help you; just call them and they will have someone wait for you! Definitely worth 5 stars! |

| (August 30, 2010) I was most disturbed to get to the drop off place and be advised that I had to pay cash for my stay as well as pay an additional $3.00 per day for my car which was a Lincoln Town Car.
You should advise people upfront of the additional cost and that they need to pay cash as I normally don't carry alot of cash and put everything on my cards.
The service itself was good and we were picked up in a timely fashion. |
