the shuttle was behind me and the driver was placing my luggage in the van. We didn't wait for anyone else and had no delays either coming or going!!!! I would highly recommend it!!!!! |

| (November 10, 2010) I was given a coupon for discounted parking of $6.90 per day. When I paid the cashier I was charged the full price of $9.50 per day. I asked him why and was told I could not use the coupon because I had already made a reservation online. It is one or the other. I made the reservation online to avoid losing a parking space if the lot was full. I wish you would not make it so complicated. I run the risk of the lot being full when I use a coupon because I cannot book ahead. |

- Walked all the way to pay booth (with 2 languages)
- Told to wait, van will be there
- Waited and finally van arrived (good thing it was not raining and it is not winter)
- Very nice and apologetic driver
- Returning to parking lot:
- Good/fast pick up service at airport
- Parking lot over crowded, more cars than parking areas
- Cars blocking intersecting roads inside parking areas (not sure if fire code approved)
- Shuttle Vans parked all over, blocking park cars, making it hard to drive around
- Not sure about this place (travel 5 times a year from BWI, and 5 from EWR (no issues there)
- I hope these comments are reviewed and considered (will park here again but no longer if the same issues occur)

| (August 18, 2010) When I returned from my 5 day trip, at around midnight, I discovered that I had left the map light on in my car and so the battery was completely dead. The attendant immediately got a portable charger and so we were about to start the car easily. I was very impressed with his professional, yet friendly, manner. In fact, I was very pleased with every aspect of my PreFlight experience. |

| (June 26, 2010) I made a reservation only 2 days in advance and there was no problem. A space was ready for me when I arrived and the bus was waiting for me. When I exited the airport termial, the PreFlight bus was the first to arrive (not even 5 minutes) for pickup of the 3 different places members of our group parked. I would definitely use PreFlight again. |

| (February 23, 2010) Everything about my PreFlight service was great, easy to find, directed to my parking spot, got out of the car and the shuttle was waiting. I was taken directly to my airline door at the airport. Coming back was just a smooth, was outside only 5 minutes before the shuttle appeared and took me back to my car. I would recomend PreFlight to anyone.

| (January 4, 2010) The service was very convenient and efficient. Upon return, some Preflight customers were having trouble getting a bus that was not already full. One customer reported being passed by four full buses. I manages to catch a bus just prior to the "official" loading areas, and did not have a problem.
I will probably continue to use the service, as the overall experience was good. |

| (November 20, 2009) We have parked at pre-flight many times. This time it seemed a little different. It is still convenient but we had to wait a litte longer in the morning for the bus to come pick us up. The driver was very nice.
Regarding pick-up on the return --we had to wait about 10 minutes for a bus to come. That was no too bad but even though the driver was very nice and very strong and couretous - but she was texting with one hand while looking at the red parking slips in the other hand to determine where everyone was parked. This was after she had picked up everyone at the airport and we were on our was back to the lot. The bus was full at this time so she had at least five red parking slips. During this time we were going quite fast. It was a little unnerving. |

They told me where to park, sent a shutle that followed me to the parking spot, helped me load my luggage on the shuttle, and promptly drove me to the airport (about a 3-5 minute ride). When I returned, once I retreived my luggage, a shuttle came by within 5 minutes. I gave the driver my red reciept, and he drove me straight to the lot and dropped me off at my car. I would use this service again. |

| (July 20, 2009) I had an outstanding experience with pre-flight! Last year, I didn't have a reservation and therefore had to find another place to park. I remembered for this year to make a reservation. I pulled in, the guy told me where to park. The shuttle pulled up shortly after and took us to our airline terminal. On the way back, not a long wait at all for the shuttle. Dropped us off at our vehicle. Went to pay and it was not as expensive as I had thought! Thank you so much! |

Upon arrival back at BWI it was a very busy Saturday night and there were 5 of us so we split up and 2 went on the first shuttle and 3 on the second and we arrived back at our car within a minute of each other. | (July 14, 2009) I was very pleased with the customer service that I received! The testimonials that I read before choosing the service proved true with my own experience. The parking lot attendant was cordial and helpful, asking me if it was the first time using their service, and then explained thoroughly what to do. I was promptly picked up by the shuttle as I got out of my car and within three minutes I was dropped off in front of my terminal entrance. Upon returning, I was picked up by the shuttle and returned directly to my parked car. The staff exemplified the level of customer service that seems to be lost with many of today's businesses. I was very pleased and I will be using PreFlight Airport Parking again! |

| (June 23, 2009) we had a great experience. your lot was easy to find. the shuttle was to our car before we were unloaded, and the driver had the luggage loaded before i could lock the car. he dropped us off right at our check-in desk. to get picked up, was only 20 feet from baggage claim. we waited less than 30 seconds for the shuttle! my only concern was that it was storming when we returned. since your parking lot is not covered, that could have been a mess, but it backed off to a drizzle when we unloaded. our bill was an extra $4 because we did not account for the time from landing to leaving your lot. not a big deal. the lady where we paid, was more concerned than us, and explained the difference.

| (May 29, 2009) I am new to US and did not know such a thing existed.Back in my country, they take taxis or some friend drops u to the airport.SO, this concept was a breezer for me. The airport shuttle was right there when we parked and it dropped us at the respective airlines. The driver was very friendly.He helped us with the luggage.
When we came back, within three minutes the shuttle came and we flagged it down by the red ticket.
Overall Nice.I gave four stars because I have not got a chance to compare it with any of its competitors. And i think, it'll always be a four star because if the service is this good, I 'll never go to their competitors and get a chance to compare. :)

I don't recall their name or street but I know they are not far from the airport either and they have a shuttle service also. However I randomly chose you from the BWI parking web site, glad I did. If I fly out of BWI again, I will be sure to use your services again. (January 7, 2008) I have been using PreFlight parking for 7 years with great success. Even though I am not a frequent flyer, I obtained a membership to gurantee a spot especially helpful during holiday weekends.
Pros: Quick pick up in the lot, one of the closest to the airport. Beats long term parking at BWI's own facilities. Print off coupon from their website to get parking at $6.95 a day.
Cons: Terminal pickup not always as frequent as other competitors. |
