Great Service and Easy to Use

(July 28, 2010) I loved being able to reserve online. Then, when I arrived to drop off my car, there was a van immediately available to take me to the airport. When I came back to pick up my car, despite the horrible traffic at the airport, there was a van within five minutes to take me to my car. All in all, it was efficient and economical, which is a breath of fresh air when you incur a delayed flight or problems at the airport.

A GREAT VALUE

(July 22, 2010) My Park N Go experience was excellent. The cost was a great value. As soon as, we parked our car a shuttle was waiting at the car to load our luggage. When we returned from our trip we had less than a five minute wait before a Park N Go shuttle arrived. The shuttles were very clean and the drivers were very courteous. I know that I will use Park N Go the next time I have an extended trip.

problem free parking

(July 21, 2010) We flew out of Baltimore and in the past I have used their satellite parking. This time I went with Park N Go and it was easy to get a space and the shuttle picked me up as soon as I got out of my car. Returning was just as easy. We waited maybe five minutes for the small shuttle. This easily saved us time in having to wait for different satellite lot shuttles. Park N Go was cheaper than using any of the satellite lots. Next time I will use them again.

My Stay @ Park N Go

(July 19, 2010) I was really impressed with the curb to curb service received and hospitality of the drivers. I was picked up and delivered back in a timely manner and the location is ideal!! I will definitely use Pay N Go again in the coming weeks for my work trips. However, I was quite disappointed in the way the online deposit works. I paid for one day online and then paid for the parking at the end, however, I couldn't find my receipt in my car (getting back from a trip and remembering where you left your receipt is confusing) and I had to pay for an extra day because I didn't have my receipt handy. There were several cars behind me and if I had a bit more time I could have found it because I did end up finding it later in my pocketbook. So much for pre-planning.

THE BEST

(July 18, 2010) This is the best way to go if you have to leave your car for an extended stay somewhere. The pick up at your car and the card designating where you left your car and then pick up at airport, drop off at your car and your on your way home. You can't beat it! No long waiting time either! It's GREAT!

(July 16, 2010) The location of the parking was great and easily accessible to BWI Airport. The van was there to pick us up from baggage claim as soon as we arrived back from our trip. Received a great price from the Internet. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

First time user-Happy customer

(July 15, 2010) I've been in the area for 20 years and use IAD, BWI, and DCA airports on a regular basis. This is the first time I used park N go for long term parking at BWI. The price is very reasonable, and the van pick-up and delivery from and to your car door is fantastic. Every employee I dealt with was courteous, friendly, and professional. You will be my choice from now on for long-term parking when I fly out of BWI!

Wonderful first time experience

(July 15, 2010) This is my husband and my first time using an long term parking facility. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because we were looking for the logo that is used on-line. Not realizing that we were where we needed to be, I got out to ask the attendant if we were in the right location after showing him the receipt that I printed out from my on-line reservation. He was more than helpful. The shuttle was there before we could even get our bags out of our car. So, my only (I guess you want to call it) "complaint" would be the signage. But, now that we know where it is located, I'm sure we will park there again in the future.

Good Service at a Fair Price!

(July 13, 2010) I shopped around and decided to give Park N Go a shot. It had been quite a while since I last traveled out of BWI and my wife and I were going out West for a week. Park N Go had the better rate and their service from and to our car was top notch. Their busses were clean and the drivers were friendly. There was no waiting on either end (we traveled Saturday to Saturday), and the drivers did the heavy lifting in and out of the bus. Upon our return, the driver offered to place our luggage into the trunk of our car, but I did not have my keys ready. I would use Park N Go again, and I recommend you give them a try as well.

Very positive experience

(July 9, 2010) It was refreshing to me to simply drive in to Park N Go and be guided directly to a spot for parking...all efficiently handled...as compared to entering a public lot where I had to search all around for a spot, hoping for one near a shuttle bus pick-up. I felt so much calmer and without the sense that I must rush to get the shuttle because I never know how long I would need to wait for the next one. My return pick up was also easily handled. The bus driver helped me lift my suitcase into the bus (not commonly done at the public lots) with a smile and a cheerful greeting to everyone...even in the 101o heat. I now plan to go online to Park N Fly in future trips and look forward to the lower rate of $6.57/day. Thanks to everyone in your organization for making the hassle of parking a pleasurable experience..

Park N Go

(June 28, 2010) Park n Go was a great ideal, It was such a great way to get too the airport, There was no hassle to worry about were to park and how to get back to my car. There was no waiting time when we got there or when we came back from our trip we walked out side and the shuttle bus was right there. The only problem we had when we came back was that I could not find the print out sheet with the bar codes showing that we had paid for the first day and that our payment would only be $48.00 dollars, but because i did not have the paper too show that we made a payment and what our payment would be so we had too pay the full amount again. I do not understand why the could not look it up.

(June 23, 2010) The parking experience was great, free shuttle to the airport, no waiting around. However, I paid for the parking in advance online and was later told that I had to pay again to get my car. So not only did I pay with a credit card upfront, but then I had to pay another $30.00 before I left the lot, a dollar amount that made no sense to me considering that the website clearly stated $8.00 per day. Now I have to take the time to call and play the where's my money game. Hassle.

Good Service Matters

(June 17, 2010) Numerous parking facilities are available around the airport, so what makes Park N Go our choice? Certainly, the dependability of its staff and the security of the lot are necessary qualities, but the friendliness and personal attention of the staff are the characteristics that sway our decision. The bus drivers are excellent, and the people who assist you at the site are friendly and helpful. When we return from a trip tired and hungry, it's really helps to be greeted by professional, friendly people. Thanks!

Great Savings and Great Service

(June 11, 2010) I have always just paid the crazy prices that the airport parking lots have charged untill now. I saved almost $100.00 with Park N Go compared to what I would have paid at the airport. It was easy to find and I didn't have to wait at all on a shuttle to pick me up and take me to the airport or to bring me back. I highly reccomend Park N Go unless you just have extra money to waste!

Frequency of Pick-up vans

(June 4, 2010) I am relatively happy with the service; however, I should point out two things: 1) Another comopany sent through 5 or 6 vans before a Park and Go van came to pick me up from the airport; and, 2)That other company listed their price at $6.45 per day. That being said, I am greatful to have been able to reserve online with you and not have to think about parking when I got to the airport.

Painless airport parking

(April 11, 2010) I was delighted with the service I received at Park 'N Go at BWI. The shuttles promptly and courteously drove me to my destinations, helping me load and unload my baggage as well as assisting me since I was on crutches. I was extra pleased with their timely pick-up at the terminal. It was late, stormy and after several hours of delay, I was exhausted. As soon as I arrived at the curb, one of the shuttles was there!! In addition, the young lady at the check out quickly processed me out and on my way home. The lot seemed secure and was well lighted. I most certainly will use these facilities the next time I fly. Thanks for the great customer service.

Drivers are friendly, helpful, and careful on the road. When you get back to the airport, just walk outside and watch for one of the frequent vans. (March 16, 2010) I was greeted with a smile even when I didn't pick up the ticket. There was a space ready and van waiting for me when I arrived. Pickup after my trip was quick, and even though no one else was waiting I was taken right away to the lot. The drivers were friendly and helpful. I will use your lot again as we have in the past.

My parking review

(March 16, 2010) The parking was great. Easy to find with a GPS. Friendly courteous staff that helps with the suitcases. The only problem I experienced was not being able to find my ticket when I returned. It was eventually found and left without incidence.

Parking Exerience

(March 11, 2010) Everything went very well until we got ready to pay/exit. First, the person infront of us had problems paying; I believe credit card was not working and then she was scrounging for cash all over her car. All in all it took more than 10 minutes. When a cashier has a problem with one person and there are a number of cars behind them waiting to pay and exit the cashier should ask the person to turn-around and re-enter the lot and get in the back of the line so that other customers do not have to wait a long time for one customer who has problems paying. When our turn came, the cashier was very slow. Need one more cashier who can help or a second check-out line like at other parking lots. I do want to commend your van drivers who were very helpful both on March 3rd (early a.m) and March 8th (evening).

Undoubtedly fast and convenient

(March 7, 2010) Easy access from I-695 Can make reservations online By the time your car is parked, the shuttle is waiting on you. In a matter of minutes, you have arrived at the airport and vice versa. Don't fret about remembering what spot you parked in. Once you get settled in the shuttle, the driver hands you a ticket with your parking spot number on it. (which you will need to give him on your return trip) I will always use this method of transportation. Fast and convenient.

(February 11, 2010) we parked for 11 days and returned just after the blizzard had come through. transactions-- both over the internet and paying at the end of our stay-- were efficient. very expeditious in getting us to the terminal for our outbound flight. they were slow picking us up upon our return, and we watched several vans from other lots pass us before ours came. however, we decided that wasn't such a big deal once they dropped us at our car and we found that they had plowed us out already--as well as the other two passengers on our van--that was awesome! for that alone we would use them again.

Park N Go review

(February 9, 2010) This was my first experience with Park n Go and it was great. I made parking reservations on-line, made a deposit and printed out the receipt. No problem finding the location. The transport was right there, nice fellow helped me with my bags and dropped me off at the terminal. Coming back the transporter had a different name other than Park N Go - so it was a little confusing as to which bus to board. Check out was a breeze, gave the attendent my parking ticket and copy of on-line receipt showing deposit - settled up the differece and was on my way quickly. Very efficient system and will certainly use again.

Upon my return the bus arrived within moments, the driver was friendly and his driving safe.the car awaited, the cashier was courteous. The payment procedure took longer than expected because the office had not seen a voucher from aboutairportparking.com for a long while.

simple, speedy and staff were all super nice

(January 20, 2010) This was the first time I took myself via car to the airport and it was so easy and even faster than waiting for a pick-up. The only thing I was uncertain about was how to flag down the van for pick up. Literally waving my hands worked but seemed a bit more effort than I would have liked (maybe I was supposed to call the depot). I absolutely will use Park N Go again.

Early Morning Parking

(January 9, 2010) I believe this was the best long term parking deal I've had at the BWI airport. Price was excellent compared to others used before. We used the lot afer the heavy December snow and the lot was well plowed and plenty of parking available. Checking out seems like it took a little longer than we expected but this could have been because of the ansciety of getting home to bed after a long trip.

(January 7, 2010) Great service. Very helpful and friendly personnel. A little hard flagging down a shuttle bus at BWI due to heavy traffic. Suggest clearer instructions on how to obtain the shuttle bus be included in the reservation/confirmation. Also, you need a bus with handicap-accessible stairs. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience.

Fast!

(January 5, 2010) The BWI satellite parking was full on Christmas day, as expected, but even with a foot of snow covering many open spaces, PARK-N-GO instituted valet parking to make sure we had a spot. The shuttle waited as we unloaded our car and zipped us to the airport. On our return, the shuttle pulled up just as we got to the curb and took us straight to our car. To top it off, the driver helped unload our bags from the shuttle and took them to the trunk of our car. First class service for an economy price! One fly in the ointment, was that payment was a bit confusing. I thought I had paid online, but it turns out I only paid the first day online and had to pay the rest when we left. If you know this ahead of time, you'll love the experience!

(January 5, 2010) This was the first time I reserved a parking spot on line and I was very thankful I did. Not only did it save money but at 6 a.m. Christmas morning the lot was full as I suspect were several others because the attendant was sending many folks away. The service to and from the terminal was very good. All went well. The only surprise was at check out that I had to pay for an additonal day because I had predicted I'd check in later than I did. The cashier said I was to check in at noon which doesn't seem possible as my flight was at 8 a.m. So I don't know if the error was mine or not but it did put a bit of a damper on an otherwise excellent experience.

Could have been holiday blues!!

(January 4, 2010) Luckily I decided to check out reserved (or private parking) before I left for a week on the west coast. When we were driving along Aviation Blvd signs for the airport parking were full all that was left was hourly ($22/hour!!) We pulled into the lot, left keys, got into a minivan that dropped us at the terminal and our trip began. Coming home was just as easy!! Find the right van, 10minutes, drive to lot and be dropped off at your vehicle. Parking lot staff and drivers were courteous. Will use them again. Hands down one of the best parts of the trip!!!!

Good Experience

(January 4, 2010) Everything worked out fine. The service from your lot and back was fine. Only two little things... (1) On the ticket it said "Park N Fly" and the front of the bus said "Park N Go". At first my wife said don't take that bus it is the wrong one. I assured her that they were the same....but I wasn't absolutely sure until I got on. Maybe a sign saying they were the same and you were transitioning may have helped us more. (2) My wife was driving out of the lot and was told to pay the full parking rate for the full 4 days. I had to tell her that the rate was lower (an Internet special rate) and that we had paid for the first day already, and I had given her the paperwork. Had I not done this the clerk in the window would have charged her forty some dollars rather than the $24 we owed. Maybe the clerk should have asked for her paperwork before she quoted the full price?

Excellent Service as Advertised

(January 4, 2010) I usually do not post on sites like this but i feel compelled in this instance as my experience with this company's service was notable. After researching parking for a Christmas day trip, I decided to reserve a spot with Park-N-Go, which I believe is now Park-N-Fly. I printed and took the reservation with me as instructed on the website. When I got to the site which is very easy to find, the lot was full and the attendants were turning people away. I showed my reservation slip and was immediately let in. The van was beside my car waiting for me within 1 minute. Once loaded, I was driven directly to the terminal. Upon return to BWI several days later, the van appeared within 10 minutes and drove me directly to my car inside their lot. Price was exactly as advertised.

You treated us so well

(January 3, 2010) My review title says it all, actually. Arriving at Park N Go was simple, finding a parking spot was easy. The shuttle driver was courteous and plesant. We will return to Park N Go in the future -- probably March at the soonest. Thanks.

Not Good Customer Service

(December 2, 2009) I made a reservation for Thanksgiving weekend thinking that guaranteed me a spot. The information was not clear in the directions. We were greeted by a unfriendly woman who told us there weren't any spots and the only thing available to us was valet parking- never explaining what that meant (would it cost more, what about our reservation fee, etc). We had to keep asking questions to understand their process. Finally we agreed to do valet parking. On the way to the airport the bus driver said they took competitor coupons. At my destination I printed a competitor coupon and brought it to check out on the day of our departure. We were again greeted by an unfriendly person who said they would only take our reservation or the coupon, not both. This made no sense to us. The reservation wasn't a coupon it was as reservation. It was going on 1:00 AM and we didn't want to argue so we paid the reservation amount, not wanting to loose the money we already paid. I will not be using this lot again.

Fast!

(December 1, 2009) We were travelling with two babies and heaps o' luggage. Park N Go only had us wait five minutes for a shuttle to the airport, and they came right to our car to get us. On the way home, we waited less than two minutes for a shuttle back to the car from the airport. We'll definitely use this service again.

Made travel easier

(November 17, 2009) We registered on-line, and drove directly to the Park & Go. The driver was helpful, and took us exactly where we needed to go without stress. The return trip was just as easy. After traveling all day, it was nice to not worry about our parking situation. We were taxied right to our car door.

(November 12, 2009) generally fine. efficient, easy to find, good shuttle service, secure. Only drawback was that on-line I was told the charge would be $24 but at the gate it turned out it was $38. At 12.30am I wasn't prepared to argue!

Park n' Go Review

(October 15, 2009) Everything went great when we arrived to go on our trip. Everyone was really nice and helpful. There was only one snag and that was on our return when we got up to the booth and showed them our receipt. At first they said that we owed them the money and when we said that we already paid, it took about 10 minutes to clarify it. Besides that, it was a great place to park.

No Problems

(October 8, 2009) We arrived at 6:30 in the morning and were picked up 5 minutes after parking. It was a little chilly and there was no heat , but the driver said they were working on it. When we came back we only had to wait 7 or 8 minutes outside baggage claim til a van came by. All in all, a painless experience at around $8 per day.

(August 25, 2009) My husband and I have parked here many times and we have never had any problems getting back and forth to the airport in a timely manner. The rates are reasonable and everyone is helpful and friendly.

Airport Parking

(July 16, 2009) Park N Go always give the personal touch to make our trip easy at the beginning and when we return. Friendly assistance with luggage on and off the bus and even into the car on occassions make Park N Go our BWI parking lot of choice.
