Very Pleased!

(March 17, 2010) This is the first time we used Midway Park, Ride and Fly, it was very easy to find and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone flying out of Chicago Midway Airport.

Efficient!

(March 15, 2010) The individual at the check-in point immediately acknowledged me and told me to drive back to where I saw a bus with headlights. (It was dark by the time I arrived.) The driver waited while I got organized, loaded my luggage, and moved to quickly pick up the next customer. He was friendly and proceeded to the airport and appropriate entrance without delay. I would definitely use this lot again.

(March 11, 2010) * The final price was exactly what I was quoted when I made the online reservation. * It is self-park, so I didn't worry about anyone moving my car or letting themselves into it while I was gone. * Spaces are normal size and have painted lines, so no cramming of cars. * The lot is secure. * When I entered the lot the agent in the booth instructed me where to drive to to find an open space; and the bus driver got out in front of me, and led me to the spot, which meant I didn't have to wait for him to come find me. Very nice. *Distance to the airport isn't too bad, though there are parking lots closer to Midway. *Mine was parked the furthest out of all the riders on the bus, so we were the last to be dropped off. On a crowded bus that will add time to getting back to your car and heading home.

A great secret

(March 9, 2010) Used your lot for the first time in years of traveling and not only found it convenient for web reservations, but the shuttle service was quick and efficient and the driver quite personable. The return shuttle from the airport to the lot was waiting at the curb when we exited the baggage claim and was a quick ride back to the lot. The parking lot attendant/cashier even tried to find us a discount on our parking. A great secret when traveling out of Midway airport and a reasonably priced place to park your car (and safe).

(March 8, 2010) We were very pleased with the service provided by Midway Park Ride and Fly. The drivers were courteous, helpful and friendly. They loaded our suitcases right from our car to the shuttle and took us to the airport. Upon our return, the shuttle was there within 10 minutes of our call and took us right back to our car. We would definitely use this service again.

If I'd known about this sooner MDW would've been more appealing.

(March 6, 2010) I live way in the NW 'burbs so flying out of MDW has always been a nightmare just getting there (1.5 hours!) but factor in parking and it can negate the savings I usually get from flying SWA. This time I had a "too good to be true" rate on SWA so I was determined to get a better deal and less hassle on parking. I did a search on MDW parking and came across "ALLABOUTPARKING.COM" and was pleasantly surprised at the low daily rate. I booked online and printed my booking reservation to take along, put the address on my GPS and off I went. When I arrived at AAP, I was "ushered" to an open parking space (better than driving up and down aisles while time slips by!) where a shuttle and driver awaited. The driver took my (heavy!) luggage out of my car and into the shuttle and I had a leisurely, quick trip to the front door of SWA (they drop you at your airlines, not a general dropoff location). When I returned, I had the same expedient, convenient experience and paid far less than I have in the past at MSW. I will use AAP every time I fly out of MDW and cannot recommend this service enough.

(March 3, 2010) Going into my trip, I had a lot of reservatin about leaving my car for several days in the lot. But economics won out and I parked. Much to my surprise everythng went perfect and most of all on my return back to the lot, I met the most wonderful person who was very upbeat and put the icing on the cake with my entire experience. I will always use the Midway Park and Fly, the price was right, the service was terrific and the driver was great.

(February 26, 2010) We've never flown Midway before, always using O'Hare. Let's just say this, we are totally sold on the awesome service of Midway Park Ride & Fly. Great lot, car was secure. Wonderful service by the two shuttle drivers we had, they were personable, helped with the luggage and were efficient and both great people. Couldn't ask for more! We will definately use this lot over and over again! Midway has just gained two customers, alot more friendly service than anything O'Hare has to offer.

(February 18, 2010) Everything went very smoothly.......from finding the parking lot, to parking, to getting on the shuttle (to and from the airport), and to paying the pre-determined amount. There were no glitches, and we will definitely do it again.

Fuel surcharge

(February 10, 2010) While at your facility I was impressed with the service of the drivers. They followed me to a space on your lot and was ready to leave the moment I boarded the bus. My complaint is with the companies surcharge for fuel. I can understand a surcharge apon drop off and pick up; but to charge a fuel surcharge everyday the vehicle is on the lot and I am not using you your bus is a bit much.

(February 9, 2010) This is my first time using a parking service. It could not have been easier. The lady at the booth was friendly and driver was very kind. I don't know if I was suppose to tip but there is definitely no pressure to. Picking up from airport on way back was super easy and on time after 1 quick phone call. Will definitely use again.

Midway Park Ride & Fly

(February 4, 2010) I am very impressed with this operation. They offer you a safe secure place to leave your car while you are out of town as well as a ride to the airport. I have used the service several times and have never had to wait for a ride at the airport and it has always been hassle free and quick. The staff is extremely polite and firendly. They help you with your bags on and off of the shuttle and even the gate attendant asked how everything was. Their customer service is great. I will continue to use them every time I fly out of Midway.

(February 3, 2010) I decided to use your service because of the help you are supposed to get from the drivers (i.e. help loading luggage into car, snow removal). Our arrival was fine, although the driver was not eager to deal with our luggage. When we returned, however, our driver was not very helpful with our luggage and did not ask or attempt to help us put our luggage into the car. It was my son and I and we struggled to load everything into the car. It was cold and dark, and was not what we were promised with your service. I have used your service before and was happy, so hopefully you may contact me to let me know this issue is resolved so I can use your service again.

Snowing when I parked!

(January 24, 2010) The area received about 8 inches of snow on the day I left. Your bus picked me up at my car. That is ideal. I was gone for 1 week and called for the ride before my bags came out like it said. I walked out and the bus was waiting. I told the driver that I dreaded cleaning the snow off my car. He said I didn't have to worry cause we clean the snow off the cars! That is outstanding service in my mind! Thank you

Stressless Parking

Convenient, easy to find, the shuttles were there almost instantaneously when we needed them to be, the drivers were very friendly, helpful and quick to assist us in transferring our luggage from car to shuttle and shuttle to car. Experience with Midway Park Ride & Fly

(December 23, 2009) Recently I parked my car at Midway Park Ride & Fly for a week. I was very pleased with the quality of service. When I arrived to the parking lot I didn't get from the car yet, and the trunk of my car was opened and the luggage was moved into the bus! On my way back I called from the baggage claim area and the bus was here in five minutes! Very fast and convenient! Thank you much!

Travel time a little lengthy

(December 21, 2009) The trip to departures was fine. Didn't take long at all. But the trip back to our car on arrival took 45 minutes from the time the plane landed to finally getting to our car. We got our luggage right away...we waited outside about 5-10 minutes but spent the rest of the time getting to the lot and driving around letting other people out. Since we had a 100 mile trip ahead of us it would have been nice if we could have cut that time down a little.

Pleased with the stay

(December 18, 2009) I used "Midway Park Ride and Fly" for the first time. I was pleased with the service, the written agreement and charges, and the ease of the arrangement. I booked online for the internet rate, and the charges were as agreed upon even though we changed our return flights and the car stayed an extra couple of days. Note: you must bring your emailed confirmation for this discount. The thing I liked the best was the shuttle that picks you up at your car and then returns you to your car. No lugging bags to and from a shuttle pick up point. Overall well done. I felt safe and comfortable and employees were mostly friendly and helpful.

(December 16, 2009) The van came right to our car-the attendant loaded our luggage onto the shuttle bus and unloaded at the airport. We called for a return ride and the reverse was true- we were driven right to the car and our luggage was loaded into the trunk. We were hardly to the door at the airport and the ride was there. It was well worth the money to have such excellent service, especially in the sub-freezing weather!

Parking Review

(December 15, 2009) This was our first time using this service and it won't be the last. I remember using the remote parking in the past and having to park and walk to the shuttle stop to wait for the bus and then upon returning home, having to wait for the color coded bus to come and then drop us off and then walk back to the car. This service is GREAT...being followed to the parking space and not having to handle our bags...then being returned to the car to put the bags right in the trunk. I even priced a limo to pick up/return us home and the price was twice that of your service. It was well worth driving to your spot. KUDOS!!!!!!

(October 7, 2009) This was my first time using Midway Park Ride and Fly. When we entered the gat we were instructed to proceed to row "I". There we were met by the bus and driver who loaded our bags and inquired as to our airline. I was given a slip with pick-up instructions. Sunday evening I called the toll-free number upon exiting the plane. After picking up our checked luggage we proceeded to Door 4 where we were met by our driver who loaded our bags. We were dropped at our car and the driver loaded our bags into the car as well. Both drivers were courteous and professional. Payment and exiting the lot were seamless and timely as well.

Parked for 10 days and NO REGRETS!

(September 30, 2009) My kids and I took a 10 day vacation out of the country. Our departing flight was really early and our arrival flight was really late, so we didn't want to bother family with a ride to the airport. I was initially concerned that no one would be there once I parked my car, but they were - as soon as I parked it, a courtesy van pulled up, put me, the kids and four bags of luggage in the van and off to the airport. Seamless! When we came back, just called the number and we didn't even have to wait,the van was waiting for us at the airport! Got back to my car and it was just like I left it. Paid the cashier and drove home. I would use this company over and over again and I encourage everyone to do the same.

As a woman traveling alone with a late night return, I was apprehensive of walking to a parked car in the airport parking. I called for a shuttle and was extremely surprised that one was waiting at the door, another pulled up as we pulled out and we passed another leaving the parking area. How nice to be delivered to my car with my luggage placed in the trunk for me. I am so happy to have found Midway Park Ride & Fly.

The van driver pulled right next to my car and handled loading my bag from my car onto the van so that I could go straight onto the van. I called before getting my luggage, as directed, and the van was waiting for me at the curb. When we arrived at the lot, I could not find my keys. The van driver stayed with me until I found them to insure that I was okay. I will definitely use this company every time I fly Midway.

(August 26, 2009) What an enjoyable experience! I would not hesitate to use MIDWAY PARK RIDE & FLY again. Their location is close to the airport. When we first parked our car, the shuttle was right there, waiting for us. The driver took our bags and loaded them on the shuttle. He dropped us off right at our airlines, and took our bags off the shuttle for us and placed them on the curb for us. We were gone for 3 days. When we landed, we called MIDWAY PARK RIDE & FLY as we were instructed to do, and were told that their shuttle was at the airport and we should proceed to exit #4. We probably waiting a minute or two, and there was our shuttle. Again, the driver was very courteous, and loaded our bags onto the shuttle. And, we were off to our car. At our car, the driver took our bags off the shuittle for us. The serice was outstanding. YOU WANT THE BEST IN SERVICE, PRICE AND CONVENIENCE GO WITH MIDWAY PARK RIDE & FLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect Service

(August 14, 2009) First off I was a little leary about parking off-site since my flight departed in the early morning and my returning flight was at midnight plus I was traveling by myself. I felt completely safe. I immediately parked my car and they pick you up and anyone else that parked at the same time. Overall it took under 15 minutes to get to the airport from the time I parked. Then on my return there was a bus waiting at the airport and luckily I got dropped off first so it took even less time to get to my car and again I felt completely safe. The only minor issue I had was that it's a little farther down 47th than I expected, basically go through a stop sign and it will be on the right. All in all I was very satisfied and the price was right.

(August 5, 2009) My only complaint is that the parking attendant gave me a hard time about not paying enough ahead of time. When we reserved the parking online the day before, we pre-paid the required amount with our credit card. The parking attendant said that we should of paid more for reservation of our vehicle. Why would she say that if we paid what was required? She was rude! The parking station itself was very easy to find and it was nice to have the shuttle service to the airport. Thank you. Maybe your staff should be updated on the policy of the website. I'm not sure where the confusion lies.

A very pleasant surprise

(August 4, 2009) Wasn't sure what to expect - it was my first time using a remote parking facility rather than taking a cab. On arriving at the facility, I was immediately escorted to a parking space by the shuttle van. The driver assisted with my bag, picked up a couple of other passengers and then promptly delivered us to the terminal. Upon return to Midway the van was waiting at the island outside the terminal for a quick return to the lot. Got dropped off right at my car and was able to make a quick exit and be on my way. Will definitely use MPRF for my future parking needs at Midway.

(July 31, 2009) I choose Park Ride & Fly based on it's positive reviews. I almost went with the place down the street but it had too many bad reviews. I was picked up at my car and dropped off fast at Midway. On the return the bus was waiting for me. As the Terminator says, "I'll be back".

(July 26, 2009) This was my first experience with Park, Ride, and Fly and I will do it again. We did not have to wait for a shuttle to or from the airport. The price for our stay was a bargain compared to other lots. Reservations are great so that you know that you will have a parking spot. Thank you for keeping my car safe during our trip. Now, if only you could wash and fill up our cars. :)

(Just FYI NOTICE: We almost parked by mistake at the "other company" that is on the same road, be careful! We pulled in their lot first and they took our paperwork and just said go park your car. Realized that we were in the wrong parking lot and retrieved paperwork and headed down 47th to the correct parking company. So glad we did!)

(May 23, 2009) I was a bit nervous about flying out of Chicago, as we typically fly downstate ~ particularly since it was 4 women traveling. This made flying from Midway a breeze. They were right ~ they followed us to our van, and we were at our checkin within 15 minutes. Upon return, they were already at the airport when we got there. We also loved the fact that they are so close to I55. Will definitely go with them again!

(May 19, 2009) We left our cars there while we were in Florida. It worked out well. The shuttles were very prompt both going and coming back. The rate was also very reasonable and security was good. Will do it again the next time we travel.

Midway parking

(May 4, 2009) The only thing not very well done was the gate attendant when we arrived. Apparently we interrupted her reading and she was upset that I didn't take a ticket before pulling to her window with my reservation printout. Both drivers were very helpful with our luggage, prompt and courteous. If we fly from Midway, we'll use you again.
