Great and friendly service

(November 11, 2009) This was my first time using this service and I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone I encountered (from the clerks at the check-in/check-out gates to the van drivers) at Midway Park Ride & Fly were friendly and very helpful. I would without a doubt or hesitation highly recommend it to a friend or foe.

Excellent record keeping

(October 10, 2009) The service was excellent in every way. When we called for the van upon arrival at Midway and after securing our luggage - the van was already at the airport. The drivers are extremely courteous. This was our first time using this service but it will not be our last.

Good experience

(October 7, 2009) This was my first time using Midway Park Ride and Fly. When we entered the gat we were instructed to proceed to row "I". There we were met by the bus and driver who loaded our bags and inquired as to our airline. I was given a slip with pick-up instructions. Sunday evening I called the toll-free number upon exiting the plane. After picking up our checked luggage we proceeded to Door 4 where we were met by our driver who loaded our bags. We were dropped at our car and the driver loaded our bags into the car as well. Both drivers were courteous and professional. Payment and exiting the lot were seamless and timely as well.

Parked for 10 days and NO REGRETS!

(September 30, 2009) My kids and I took a 10 day vacation out of the country. Our departing flight was really early and our arrival flight was really late, so we didn't want to bother family with a ride to the airport. I was initially concerned that no one would be there once I parked my car, but they were - as soon as I parked it, a courtesy van pulled up, put me, the kids and four bags of luggage in the van and off to the airport. Seamless! When we came back, just called the number and we didn't even have to wait,the van was waiting for us at the airport! Got back to my car and it was just like I left it. Paid the cashier and drove home. I would use this company over and over again and I encourage everyone to do the same.

(September 9, 2009) I should have been parking at Midway Park Ride & Fly for years! As a woman traveling alone with a late night return, I was apprehensive of walking to a parked car in the airport parking. I called for a shuttle and was extremely surprised that one was waiting at the door, another pulled up as we pulled out and we passed another leaving the parking area. How nice to be delivered to my car with my luggage placed in the trunk for me. I am so happy to have found Midway Park Ride & Fly.

Highlyl Recommend Them

(September 1, 2009) Excellent service. It was raining when I arrived to park. The van driver pulled right next to my car and handled loading my bag from my car onto the van so that I could go straight onto the van. I called before getting my luggage, as directed, and the van was waiting for me at the curb. When we arrived at the lot, I could not find my keys. The van driver stayed with me until I found them to insure that I was okay. I will definitely use this company every time I fly Midway.

Pleased with Midway

(August 27, 2009) After parking at Thrifty for years, we decided to find something less expensive. We were pleased with the efficiency of the parking experience, the drivers who went out of their way to help us with our bags, even to put them in the trunk, and the price.

FAST SERVICE, GREAT PRICE, AND CONVENIENCE

(August 26, 2009) What an enjoyable experience! I would not hesitate to use MIDWAY PARK RIDE & FLY again. Their location is close to the airport. When we first parked our car, the shuttle was right there, waiting for us. The driver took our bags and loaded them on the shuttle. He dropped us off right at our airlines, and took our bags off the shuttle for us and placed them on the curb for us. We were gone for 3 days. When we landed, we called MIDWAY PARK RIDE & FLY as we were instructed to do, and were told that their shuttle was at the airport and we should proceed to exit #4. We probably waiting a minute or two, and there was our shuttle. Again, the driver was very courteous, and loaded our bags onto the shuttle. And, we were off to our car. At our car, the driver took our bags off the shuittle for us. The serice was outstanding. YOU WANT THE BEST IN SERVICE, PRICE AND CONVENIENCE GO WITH MIDWAY PARK RIDE & FLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Outstanding Service

I had a problem with a tire on my car, and the valet went out of his way to help me and make sure my car was safe to drive before I left. I recommend them to everyone. GREAT SERVICE

(August 19, 2009) We have used them for over 3 years and could mot be happier. They are Always friendly fast and demonstrate that they appreciate our patronage. Lot is well lit, the drivers always follow you tho your car when you arrive and make sure you get started and going beforethey leave. Very safe place to park.

Perfect Service

(August 14, 2009) First off I was a little leary about parking off-site since my flight departed in the early morning and my returning flight was at midnight plus I was traveling by myself. I felt completely safe. I immediately parked my car and they pick you up and anyone else that parked at the same time. Overall it took under 15 minutes to get to the airport from the time I parked. Then on my return there was a bus waiting at the airport and luckily I got dropped off first so it took even less time to get to my car and again I felt completely safe. The only minor issue I had was that it's a little farther down 47th than I expected, basically go through a stop sign and it will be on the right. All in all I was very satisfied and the price was right.

(August 5, 2009) My only complaint is that the parking attendant gave me a hard time about not paying enough ahead of time. When we reserved the parking online the day before, we pre-paid the required amount with our credit card. The parking attendant said that we should of paid more for reservation of our vehicle. Why would she say that if we paid what was required? She was rude! The parking station itself was very easy to find and it was nice to have the shuttle service to the airport. Thank you. Maybe your staff should be updated on the policy of the website. I'm not sure where the confusion lies.

A very pleasant surprise

(August 4, 2009) Wasn't sure what to expect - it was my first time using a remote parking facility rather than taking a cab. On arriving at the facility, I was immediately escorted to a parking space by the shuttle van. The driver assisted with my bag, picked up a couple of other passengers and then promptly delivered us to the terminal. Upon return to Midway the van was waiting at the island outside the terminal for a quick return to the lot. Got dropped off right at my car and was able to make a quick exit and be on my way. Will definitely use MPRF for my future parking needs at Midway.

(July 31, 2009) I choose Park Ride & Fly based on it's positive reviews. I almost went with the place down the street but it had too many bad reviews. I was picked up at my car and dropped off fast at Midway. On the return the bus was waiting for me. As the Terminator says, "I'll be back".

(July 26, 2009) This was my first experience with Park, Ride, and Fly and I will do it again. We did not have to wait for a shuttle to or from the airport. The price for our stay was a bargain compared to other lots. Reservations are great so that you know that you will have a parking spot. Thank you for keeping my car safe during our trip. Now, if only you could wash and fill up our cars. :)

Easy parking

(July 16, 2009) This was the first time using your lot and I found it easy to find and the service excellent. Quick travel to the airport and the shuttle was there when I arrived at Midway coming home. Service was courteous and timely. I'll use your parking again.

(Just FYI NOTICE: We almost parked by mistake at the "other company" that is on the same road, be careful! We pulled in their lot first and they took our paperwork and just said go park your car. Realized that we were in the wrong parking lot and retrieved paperwork and headed down 47th to the correct parking company. So glad we did!)

(May 23, 2009) I was a bit nervous about flying out of Chicago, as we typically fly downstate ~ particularly since it was 4 women traveling. This made flying from Midway a breeze. They were right ~ they followed us to our van, and we were at our checkin within 15 minutes. Upon return, they were already at the airport when we got there. We also loved the fact that they are so close to I55. Will definitely go with them again!

(May 19, 2009) We left our cars there while we were in Florida. It worked out well. The shuttles were very prompt both going and coming back. The rate was also very reasonable and security was good. Will do it again the next time we travel.

Midway parking

(May 4, 2009) The only thing not very well done was the gate attendant when we arrived. Apparently we interrupted her reading and she was upset that I didn't take a ticket before pulling to her window with my reservation printout. Both drivers were very helpful with our luggage, prompt and courteous. If we fly from Midway, we'll use you again.

Affordable Parking - Incompetent Customers

(April 22, 2009) The Park Ride & Fly was great. I saved a bunch of money by parking here instead of the airport. When I arrived, the shuttle followed me to my parking spot, and the driver got out to help me with my bag. Then he drove me to the terminal, which took less than 5 minutes. When my flight returned, I was promptly picked up by the shuttle waiting at the airport. The second driver didn't help with my bags though, so his tip was significantly less than the first. The lot is professionally run, but the people who park there are questionable. Many spots were tight because other drivers were parked almost directly on the lines, but I found one spot that looked pretty good and took it. Four days later, two different cars were parked on either side of mine and they were both pretty damn close. Now I have a new scratch on my door, surely from another car door or some luggage. Not the fault of the lot management, but definitely something to keep in mind if you like your paint job. I'd park here again, but not with a new car.

Very Convenient

(April 22, 2009) This was my second time parking at Midway Park Ride & Fly. It was very convenient. I parked my car and the shuttle was right there to take me to the airport. When I returned, I simply called the toll free number to let them know my flgiht arrived and the shuttle was already waiting after I made it to baggage claim and collected my things. Both times the driver helped me with my bags. Very convenient. I would definitely use this service again.

Ripped off

Excellent Service

(April 14, 2009) Great Service! Picked up right at the parking spot of the car, was assisted by the mini-bus driver in loading and unloading luggage. Our return flight arrived at midnight and I called after departing the plane. We picked up our luggage and the bus was right there to take us to the parking lot. He drove us right up to our car and unloaded our luggage. I would highly recommend this parking service!

When I returned, I made the call and the shuttle bus was right there waiting 4 me. I would definetely use their services again!

However, my concerns were releifed when I arrived and your bus immediately directed us to a parking spot, loaded our luggage, and wisked us to the airport in under 10 minutes. Upon return from our trip a bus was waiting and again, we were back in our car in minutes. Great service at a great price! I'll definitely use you again on my next trip and recommand you to my friends too.

(April 6, 2009) My experience was very positive (used to going out of O'Hare). Driving there was fine, easy to locate, very quick to the airport. When I returned at 11:30 on a Friday night, the shuttle was already waiting at the airport. Everything was very straight forward and the price was right. Only concern, my husband claimed that the car had been "keyed" while there. It wasn't a huge deal, as he was able to rub it out. I hadn't noticed it, but I do not attribute it to Park and Ride......anyone could have done that. Overall a very good experience.

Easy in and out

(March 30, 2009) We fought through traffic and had less than an hour before flight. We got to the park and ride unloaded got onto the bus and headed to the terminal. We just made our flight. The way back we were delayed arrived at 2am and the bus was waiting. Got to our car and was gone in no time. Definately easy.

What a great service

(March 23, 2009) This is one very user friendly service! From the moment I arrived at the entrance it's obvious that the employees here truly understand customer service. I was escorted to my parking spot and even before I had a chance to get out of my car the bus driver had taken my luggage from my trunk and put it onto the bus. A few minutes and a short drive later I was dropped off at the terminal for my flight. The service returning to Midway was equal to my departure. I will certainly use this service again and recommend it to my friends who travel.

Very Good Experience

(March 10, 2009) We had a great experience with Midway Park Ride and Fly. The shuttle drivers were very helpful. We parked and hopped right into the shuttle and when we came back from our trip a shuttle was right outside the baggage claim door closest to us and we were taken directly to our car and helped with the baggage. This was especially great because it was raining outside. The one thing that would have been nice would be to add to the online website a mention of the $2 charge we were asked to pay at the gate beyond what was on our invoice. Basically, because the shuttle staff were so helpful this was a very pleasant experience.

Excellent Parking Facility

(February 17, 2009) We like parking at Midway Park Ride & Fly for the convenience of the location (off the tollroad). We have never had any problems. The people that work there are very courteous and get you to the airport very fast. One other thing--they pick you up at your car and when you return, they drop you off at your car which really helps in the cold weather.

Excellent Service, Spacious Lot, Courteous, Professional Staff

(February 17, 2009) I had never used the service before, but I found it online and decided to make a reservation b/c the prices were so economical. I arrived and the attendant took my reservation and told me to place the online reservation sheet on the dashboard of my car. A shuttle van followed me to my parking space so that by the time that I turned off my car, the gentleman was standing at my car waiting to assist me with my suitcase. He placed it in the shuttle, provided me with my documents and safely drove me and other passengers to the airport & then unloaded all of our luggage and placed it on the curb. Upon return to Midway, the shuttle was waiting and, again, another courteous driver met us, loaded our luggage onto the van and drove us safely back to the lot. I tipped both drivers because they provided such excellent, rapid service (and wish every passenger would do so b/c they work hard for us!). The lot is spacious and, again, the attendant was professional and helpful. I will DEFINITELY use Midway Park Ride & Fly every time I choose to drive to the airport. Thanks for providing such excellent service, which is sometimes SO RARE these days. A heartfelt "thank you" to all of the staff!
