| (February 1, 2012) My car was kept safe while I was gone and the shuttle was prompt and helpful. However, I WAS OVERCHARGED upon returning from my trip. The pricing on the reservation I made was ignored and the employee at the lot seemed to make up his own price to charge me. He was rude and unfair. I was charged $10 more than the price I was quoted online, for no explainable reason. I would not use this lot again. If you use it, be sure to print multiple copies of your reservation with the stated prices highlighted. Get that initialed by someone who works there before you leave. These people do not stand by their prices. |

| (January 16, 2012) This lot was a great deal. It was the best price we could find near Midway and evertyhing went smoothly. We dropped the car off and the shuttle was ready to go as soon as we unloaded our bags from the car. On our return trip we called the shuttle when we landed and they pulled up right when we were walking out of the airport when we arrived. It snowed while we were gone and the shuttle driver cleared our car off for us. I would reccomend this location for an easy in and out at Midway with a good price. |

The location is good. Right of the highway. Easiest MDW parking I did. You park the car and pick it up then from the same location.
The best thing about this location is the time AFTER you come back to MDW. There was no wait. It took less then 5 minutes to pick up the car, pay the charges and leave. |

| (November 17, 2011) The parking lot was full when we arrived and had to leave our key (I was a little leery of this) so the attendant could park and move our vehicle as needed. We only waited 10-15 mins for the Shuttle to the Airport and luckily when I called the Shuttle was already at the Airport upon our arrival.
The Daily $7.25 fee that was indicated onine is really misleading because after taxes and other additional fees it came out to around $10.40 a day. This is even after I reserved ahead of time online.
Security appears sufficient and the staff was very polite and helpful. |

Returning from the trip the driver was kind, concern and patient. An older gentleman got on our shuttle and realized while in route. He asked the driver a few questions and the driver reassured him that he will bring him to the proper lot. I am truly sorry I didn't get their (the drivers) names but they are the reason why I continue to park in the lot. |

My issue was that when we arrived back at the parking lot the gate was open, office door was open, and inside people's keys were were hanging out it the open instead of being locked up. Now we did not have to leave our keys, but for those who did their car could have easily been stolen. There is only one guy working and when he is going back and forth to the airport the place was completely left open. I don't know if this is normally how it is or if he was just really busy and forgot to lock the gate that one time. |

However, when we came back to a dead car (I may have left a small light on in the car), the owner (?) was very helpful with not only jumping our car, but cleaning off the battering and making sure we were already to go.
