The guy didn't show his appreciation for my services, I thought when you give someone your business the approriate thing to say is THANK YOU! Another thing is I know we all are out to make a business sale but due to human error I put the wrong day down for my return and I think that the guy could have brought it to my attention that it wasn't correct, but I guess that is not his job! But to get whatever sale he can.. I will not patronize that parking lot AGAIN! |

Also, the company made us wait for one hour to be picked up after our flight and they never appologized for the inconvience!
My elderly parents had to wait in the cold for pickup!!
I will not use this service again!! |

| (September 28, 2009) I have used parking express at the corner of 47 and cicero by midway airport.
While I had the car left for a week I know that The car was opened and somone moved things around.
Another part was when I came back. The person answering the phone was very rude with very heavy accent. He came with alarge van that had a heavy smell of smoking and had to go around the second time and wait for another traveler for 15 minute while we are in the car.
We asked him to take us first and than come back while waiting but he refused doing that.
Last but not list. While driving back he was playong around with the phone tryong to figure out the radid conection to another phone with pure weather condition and night hours of traffic.
I find this very trubbeling to health and safety of passengers. |

Wanted to overcharge by 15.00, had the paperwork showing what I was to pay from my reservation online.. after much back and forth I was only charged what was stated on my confirmation. the 2 cars that were parked next to me were so close I could hardly get my door opend. I will be parking at midway nextime. |

| (August 20, 2009) Everything worked fine. The lot is easily accessable from I-55. There seems to be only one person on duty at a time. It wasn't a serious issue, but I did have to wait 10-15 minutes for him to show up to get me to the airport. The pickup was as prompt as could be expected given the amount of traffic. I would probably park there again. |

| (August 8, 2009) We waited for roughly 30 minutes to get picked up. We called both phone numbers that were provided. One didn't work and the other went right to voicemail. We saw 4 Midway Park and Fly vans go by while we were standing there. Next time we will just park with them since their pick-up is a lot more frequent. . |

| (July 28, 2009) They got me to the airport in Great Time... only problem I had was getting them come pick me up. They showed up about 15 minutes late. But they were understaffed and only (1) person working the lot. I suggest they hire someone to run the lot and another to go pick up and drop off. Call them as soon as you get off the plane if you want them there when you leave the Baggage Area. Other than that I will use again. |

| (June 22, 2009) Do not use this lot! They overcharged me for parking- it was NOT what they posted on website but they are soooo rude here, you just want to get out. I coldn't contact them via phone- the phone kept going to voicemail, I was left at the airport, had to take a cab to the lot, the employees were just standing there saying 'I never called'. In addition, they were extremely rude to us. The lot down the street has constant shuttles and actually charges what they say. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOT. |

| (June 8, 2009) I had to wait 30 minutes to get picked up in a dirty van by a man who gave me the 3rd degree as to whether or not my car was really there. When I went to get my car, it was blocked in by another vehicle. I needed to drop it back off early the next morning, he told me "not to make a reservation he would give me the same rate". When I returned with my family, we called 27 times to get picked up before anyone answered the phone. Then he drove eratically in the rain with no regard for the safety of my sleeping 2 year old daughter. When we went to pay, he insisted he could only take cash and charged us 130% of the quoted rate. Clearly this 2nd rental he was making money under the table. I would never reccomend them to anyone again!! |

| Overpaid for stay |
| (April 29, 2009) My family and I traveled from Midway Airport in Chicago and had no trouble with the actual parking of the car. The problem we had was after we picked the car up and paid for the parking. We were only supposed to be charged $68.04 but were actually charged $96.00. At the time I suspected we were overcharged but, being weary from a day of travel, I did not question it. After getting home I checked the reservation confirmation and found the error. I contacted the parking lot on three separate occasions to get this corrected and was finally promised that a check would be sent for the difference. After waiting a week for the check I called back and the employee there had no knowledge of this transaction. I eventually had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. |

| (April 23, 2009) The attendants were unprofessional, inappropriate, RUDE, and careless! Cars are parked INCHES from one another, Lot was so full the day we left there were only 2 spots that were left open- what would have happened if there were no spots? It is located in a very shady part of town and security is certainly an issue. I will never do business here again. I owed more money because my flight was late and it arrived at 11:30pm but by the time I received my luggage and they were called to come and get me it was after midnight which was another day!! Therefore I owed for the day when I was only there for 30 minutes into the day!! I would never recommend this lot! IF YOU ARE A WOMEN TRAVELING ALONE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AS THERE ARE SAFTEY ISSUES AS WELL AS THE DISRESPECT THEY SHOW TOWARDS WOMEN!

| (April 22, 2009) My SUV was parked in this lot for 9 days during Spring Break. Came back, after an evening flight, to find that my SUV had been vandalized, ransacked, and theft. Damage to my SUV is $1500.00 Theft is over $400.00 Feelings of being violated....can not describe.
I do not recommend nor will I ever park here again. From now on I will do as my insurance agent has told me--"always park in long term parking @ the airport". |

Not worth the cheap rate, lot not safe. Better off parking in the airport, or taking a cab. Will not be back. |

| (March 23, 2009) If I could give this lot a "0 star" rating I would. The attendants were unprofessional, inappropriate, rude, and careless not only with my luggage, but with my vehicle as well. Cars are parked INCHES from one another, the attendant maneuvers a very large van INCHES from your vehicle, and I received a fairly significant door ding for my efforts. It is located in a very shady part of town and security is certainly an issue. I will never do business here again, I would never recommend this lot to a fellow traveler, and I will be filing a claim with the local Better Business Bureau. Pay the extra few bucks a day and park your vehicle in a more secure lot that avoids door dings and the high chance of it being stolen. |

The attendants were rude and unclean and made me extremely uncomfortable - I had a male friend pick me up from the airport and drive me back to APE to get my car so i wouldn't have to deal with them again alone. On top of this somebody either dragged their luggage across the hood of my car or keyed it while it was parked there. don't park here. |

| (March 22, 2009) We chose to use Airport Parking Express again after having used them the last time we flew out of Midway. The service was again excellent. When dropping us off at the airport, we discovered that we mistakenly brought along a bag that was supposed to remain in our car. The driver offered to put it in our car back in the lot. No problem! |

| Left In The Cold |
| (January 25, 2009) We were a group of six which included a 6 month old baby. Another couple who did not call to be picked up jumped in the van. We told the driver we would not all fit, he told my son he could come back for him. He was the one who called for the pick up. We asked the driver if we could be left off at the office, as it was below zero, and we had the baby. We would have liked to warm the car up first. He dropped all of us off in the middle of the parking lot, and put our luggage in the middle of the parking lot too. The baby was crying at this point. After this, we discovered our car was plowed in. My son in law was able to drive out as he had four wheel drive, or we would have been stuck. Driver tried to overcharge us as well. It was a complete nightmare. Will not use this garage again. |

| (November 29, 2008) We made a reservation through this system for this lot, and when we arrived, we were told by the attendant they would not honor our reservation and were told to use the main airport lot (which obviously would not honor the rate or paid deposit). Wasted time and frustration on the morning of travel. I do not recommend this lot.
