| (August 23, 2010) The gate was not closed when we left in the van to transport to the airport, that to me does not mean 24 hr. security. When we returned from airport to parking lot, the gate was wide open as well..........not good.
Don't think I will use this lot again.
Timing was good on the vans arrival to the airport on our return trip.
AND the Chicagoland county taxes.they tack on so much more money... oh my gosh...would be cheaper for anyone to have someone take them to the airport after taxes are added to daily rate. |

They would have gotten a 5 star but we had to call them when we arrived at 4:30 am to let them know we were there to park. No one was around. The same when we returned. I did notice that our car was under video survalience while no one was there. I would part there again!!!! |

I had left several valuable items in the car so i called to see if they would check my car and sure enough it was open. They locked the car. When I had to stay in Florida alot longer than I anticipated he was so kind and helpful over the phone. My daughter had to come for my car because I am still in Florida, she had no problem recovering it. The gentleman even remembered me when I called to let him know my daughter was coming and gave me the original rate even though the long stay was unplanned. It was a pleasure to do business with him. I am sorry I don't remember his name. But I will definietly recommend this co. to my friends and will certainly use them again.

| (July 6, 2010) Airport Parking Express was very economical and close to the Midway Airport. It was functional though small, and many cars are double parked to allow for more parking. This was a concern when we dropped off the car, because the person driving the van was the only one there. When we got back, we were parked in, but an employee was there to quickly get us out. The car was kept safe, though the neighborhood is a little intimidating. The staff served us well, but also were a little rough looking and the van was servicable but not in great shape. It was ultimately a very good value and I would use it again, but some people may be a little taken aback by appearances. |

| (May 6, 2010) Made a reservation online with a deposit, when we arrived they said the lot was full. I complained that I had a reservation, even had the confirmatin with me. At first they said I would have to call the online service I booked it through to get my deposit back but after realizing we were upset they ended up taking our car (along with the key to move it) and stacked it until a vehicle left. We were a little uneasy leaving our vehicle and key without an available space but everything ended up fine. When we returned our car was in a spot and no damage was done. Good deal for the $$. |

We actually left one of our phones in the van that transported us to the airport. The company took the liberty to call the last couple of numbers on the history of the phone to let us know that we left it in the van. They then kept the phone secured in their office drawer until we returned. We were picked up immediately at the airport right where they said they would be. By the looks of their inventory, I couldn't argue, however I had made a reservation 2 months prior, so once I showed confirmation #, we were taken care of immediatly. We caught their shuttle along with another couple and was promptly taken to the airport.
Our return a week later wasn't much of a hassel either. We were given instructions to call the office # upon arrival to schedule p/u, which I did. After several rings, (which apparently had awoken are driver), we were told to call back once we recieved our baggage. 10 minutes later I phoned & stated we were all set, and then our driver arrived a few minutes later.
We noticed our vehicle was pretty much where we had put it a week ago. Except for the obvious collection of dust, things were in order. |

| Good experience but problems with security |
| (March 23, 2010) The reason they get three stars is because:
1. We return from our trip on Sunday and from the time we called and got someone to Midway it was about 45 minutes. The drive is acutally about 5 minutes at most.
2. On Sunday's they only have one person to keep an eye on the lot and shuttle and collect fees. This was the main reason it was 45 mintes but more so the gate is open and anyone who knows how they operate can easily go into their lot and steal, break-in etc to the vehicles. They don't even have spikes to protect the exit. |
