| Friendly service - process not clear |
| (November 1, 2009) Great staff - friendly and helpful - but need to get the process of how to pay sorted out. There is an automated machine on the ground floor (confusingly called the third floor) but not easily found. It faces away from the entrance. It isn't clear where you're supposed to park and whether you need to do any paperwork on arrival. You need to keep asking people- and they are helpful - but the process should be clearer
Also, I had booked ahead and when, on leaving, I put my ticket into the machine, it asked for more money than my booking said I should pay. Easily sorted out with the staff there but not necessary.
It was also not clear that the $2 per day discount coupon available on the Aladdin site can't be used in addition to the reduced rate offered on this site. |

| Great parking |
| (October 28, 2009) This is the first time we park our car at the airport and it was a pleasant experience, it was conveniently located near the airport and the shuttle was very roomy and the drivers are very helpful. We will definitely use this parking again in the future. |

| Super easy and efficient!!! |
| (October 27, 2009) We made our reservation online in one simple step. When we arrived at Aladdin parking we quickly found a spot and were on the shuttle (which comes every 5 minutes!) within minutes! The shuttle driver had little tolerance for laggers and suggested they take the next shuttle.....way to go shuttle driver!! The whole process from parking to the airport took less than 15 minutes. Returning by shuttle from the airport was just as quick and efficient!! We were back to our car and on our way in less than 15 minutes!! The staff was also very professional, helpful, and available. Will definitely be using Aladdin parking again!! |

| (October 27, 2009) It was an easy process, however; the credit card machine was down. The supervisor on duty at 1 pm on 10/25/09 did not know how to handle the situation. I was lucky to cough up the 36.00 in cash after traveling. The next customer was irate. His bill was 56.00. There was no ATM in sight. In my experience, the manager should have pulled out the old credit card slider and taken an imprint of the credit card. He made me and the other customer feel like it was our problem. The crew on duty seemed disorganized, a lot of yelling going on. There were no clear signs on who and where to pay. I would have given more stars if the supervisor knew what to do. I will use you guys again. Thank you. |

| Aladdin is GREAT!!!!! |
| (October 20, 2009) Since I moved to San Diego 9 years ago, I have taken the shuttle to the airport, which meant being there over two hours in advance and waiting an extra hour on the other end to be home.
Recently, SuperShuttle told me that I can no longer walk across the street to the Marriott, but must pay an additional $25 to be picked up on my side of the street on the other side of the apartment complex where I live.
My cost for parking with Aladdin for four days was less than the shuttle would have cost, and allowed me to leave on my own time, be at the airport just under an hour before my flight, and have my car immediately available to me when I returned.
Aladdin has shuttles every ten minutes to/from the garage, which is about two blocks from the airport. There is covered parking available, and a well-lit garage. I was especially impressed when, after a very long travel day, the shuttle driver lifted everyone's bags into/out of the bus!

The service was excellent to and from the airport (I only waited a couple minutes upon my arrival back to San Diego and it was around 11 pm). The place was easy to find. I felt safe leaving my car there while I was away and came back to find my car just as I had left it. I will not hesitate to park there again if I need to. |

I guess I was over by 3 hours and I have no problem of paying the extra charges, however she wouldn't even look at me the whole time while she talked to the cashier and referred me as a third person while I was standing 2 feets away from her. bad bad service not impressed at all. |

My experience would have been better if there were only more instructions on how, when and where to pay for my parking. It was a lot of guess work and it didn't seem like the staff had a good process for people who reserved online vs. those with coupons, etc. Overall, my car was where I left it and the shuttles were there when I needed them to be.

There were no signs indicating and I had to finally find someone and ask them. They were very nice and polite but it wasted my time trying to figure the system out. Otherwise it was fine. |

| (June 30, 2009) I drive a Toyota Camry, and the spaces were small for my car, let alone those of you who drive a larger car. The staff were friendly and efficient. The shuttle to the cruise ship terminal makes it pretty simple to get from here to there. |

| (June 25, 2009) Our reservation was to return on 6/23/09 at 12:30 a.m. Our flight was scheduled to arrive at midnight, but we were 25 min. late. We waited and waited for the driver and had to call 3 times before the van arrived. We got to the garage just after 1:00 a.m. We had paid a deposit online and had the "contract" in hand, but the man in the office charged us an extra day because we were late. Facility was fine, service was not. We will use another service in the future. |

| (April 1, 2009) My owner had no problems finding Aladdin, the location was perfect. I liked the idea of being in a covered garage for the 5 days my owner would be away. After entering the garage, we went around and around but could not find a space. I feared we would have to park on the roof. After ten minutes of searching, we found a spot at the end of a row, whew! Before boarding the shuttle to the airport, my owner mentioned to the employee that she had made a reservation and had made deposit. The employee said that she could pay for my stay after she returned. Upon returning to San Diego, my owners bill was $27.50 more than what the reservation indicated so she had to talk to a manager and wait for a refund. But, all in all, it all worked out fine. |
