| (October 31, 2011) I have used this service for many years and have always been very pleased. the shuttle wait coming or going has never been more than 5 min going and 10-15 returning from the airport. For me it is in the perfect spot since my office is on Rosecrans (3-5 min a way). To date, I have Always had good service. |

| They came through in a pinch! |
| (August 13, 2011) I had to drop my car off here at 5am one Saturday and was running late. (Who wouldn't be?) Anyway, I was panicking because the 5 to 6 hour is apparently crunch time here and a whole shuttle filled up and left, leaving me stuck waiting for the next one. But in less than five minutes, the next van drove up and took us all to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Except for that little bit of anxiety at the start, the experience was perfect. Just a short wait when I got back, and then they picked me up and drove me back to the lot, I paid and left. Simple, easy and affordable. I couldn't be happier.

| (July 28, 2011) This is the best kept secret in parking. A friend recommended them for parking while at Comic-Con, and I was very satisfied. A tiny, out of the way place that offers the lowest price and the highest quality service of any parking company I've ever used in San Diego. It's a little tough to find off Pacific Highway your first time, but once you know where you're going, it's a breeze. They even asked me to leave my keys with them, and parked it themselves at no additional cost. I guess not many people know this, but leaving your keys makes THEM liable for ANY damage to your car. Talk about full service customer satisfaction. These people deliver!! I'll be using them from now on.

| (July 27, 2011) Our family's been using this place for about 15 years, and we've got nothing but positive things to say about it. The staff is always helpful and friendly, the check-in process is smooth and easy, and the shuttle ride to the airport is usually no more than 10 minutes long. The trip is more comfortable and enjoyable than ever now that they've upgraded their shuttle vans. The secure lot with a person on duty 24 hours a day gives us peace of mind when we need to leave our car there for a week or two at a time. And the price just can't be beat. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for great service at a very reasonable cost.

The staff is some of the most friendliest I have encountered in service in a long time. Great job guys, I am a fan and will not go anywhere else. On time, clean and nice vans, the staff was extremely welcoming. Best price in town and best service.

The service is a treat and hey...by the way...they have been in business for over 19 years, so that says alot. I highly recommend this place and so do many others as I was referred by 3 different people to this place. I will be returning! |

I HAVE BEEN PARKING @ THIS LOCATION FOR 6 YEARS STRAIGHT NOW, THE RATES ARE GREAT THEY HAVE A DAILY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY & QUARTERLY RATE. WHICH I HAVE USED. THEY DONT HAVE SERVICE CHARGE ON TOP OF THE PARKING RATE AS OTHER REVIEWS HAVE STATED. (WELL IF YOU WANT ADDITIONAL SERVICES LIKE AN OIL CHANGE OR A FULL TANK OF GAS WHEN YOU COME BACK FROM YOUR TRIP THERE IS A SERVICE CHARGE BUT THATS NOT FOR PARKING)I TRULLY RECOMMEND THIS PARKING LOT TO EVERY ONE THAT WANTS TO SAVE SOME SERIOUS CASH. |

(August 24, 2007) The advertisement says $7.75 per day. I called to reserve a spot and the person I spoke with confirmed $7.75 per day. But when I checked out they charged me $8 per day plus $3 sevice charge.
Cons: The lady at the desk is less than stunning. |

Cons: spaces way too small, car dings, sometimes spaces not available even with reservation and car has to be left in aisles for them to move it later. |
