Very well run and friendly!

(June 17, 2009) We made advanced reservations for a covered parking spot since our car was new and we did not want to chance that stray hail storm that might occur. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly employee. She actually walked in front of us to show us the space that was reserved. It was on the first level in a great location near their office. The shuttle was waiting for us as we left the car. On our return, the shuttle was there to pick us up from the airport and take us to our car within a couple minutes. We were dropped near our car. Unfortunately, our car had a dead battery. Not to worry, the employees immediately came to our aid and every shuttle that went by us actually stopped and asked if someone was helping us. The car was jumped within minutes and we were on our way. On the way out we were all offered an ice cold water for the road. Very friendly people. The price was very reasonable for the top service we received!!

Overpriced and shuttle took long

(July 23, 2007) I paid too much to park here. Shuttle took forever to pick us up and worst of all I waited in line to pay for my car for 15 minutes!!!!
Pros: cool looking shuttle and creative name
Cons: horrible service and overpriced
