| (January 21, 2012) I have no complaints at all. The lot was easy to get to, the wait was non-existent, and the ride to the terminal was quick.
In the past we took Bart into SFO because it was a direct route and hassle free. However, it was expensive and time consuming (both airline tickets and travel to the airport). On this trip we decided to use a different airline because the tickets were cheaper but we would have to fly out of Oakland instead. We thought that, well, we could take Bart and then take the shuttle into the airport. Nope, couldn't do it because of Bart's schedule. So we looked into Airport parking and found you guys. The price was great and we wouldn't have to wait for the Bart train or the Bart shuttle into the airport.
The only hitch we had were the directions we got from Google Earth. They had you guys on the other sided of the street, but that was easily rectified. We were met at the entrance a gentleman that gave us the daily paper and directions on what to do. We found a parking spot and was met by the shuttle (almost immediately). I think it took about 5 minutes to get to the airport and be dropped off. When we arrived back into Oakland the shuttle was waiting for us (again no wait at all) and it again took approximately 5 minutes to get to the lot and our car.
The next time we travel we will be taking that airline and use your parking facility. |

The shuttle was right there to pick me up and take me to the airport and the wait when I got back was pretty short. Everyone was incredibly nice, helpful and cheerful. On my return my wait for the shuttle was approximately 5 minutes and the driver dropped me off at my car. The young woman at the window was very pleasant and professional and I was on my way home with no unnecessary delays. I used this facility previously and will use it again in the future. |

However, on my way back, I jumped into the shuttle and the driver took off immediately from the airport. He was very polite and dropped me off directly next to my car. He actually put my luggage right in my trunk as well. That is service! Definitely will be using this parking lot again.

| (March 9, 2011) I made flight reservations on the internet and a couple days later, my wife asked if I had made parking reservations also. I hadn't, so went online and made them. On the way to the airport later my wife asked med where we were going to be. I said, Oakland Airpark. She said Great. We are leaving out of San Francisco. Had no alternative but to continue on to SFO and pay double what you quoted us. I would like to use your Park next time! I gave it 5 stars just because.... Thanks you.

I had a 6am flight and pulled into Airpark about 4am and before I even parked my car the shuttle was right behind me ready to take me to the airport. It was wonderful not to have to drag my luggage and wait in the cold. When I returned a few days later, Airpark was the first shuttle to arrive for pickup and had an extremely pleasant driver who was just as sweet as could be.... then when I was searching for my misplaced ticket, the ticket agent offered me ice cold water which just helped me relax... hands down the best service. |

| (February 9, 2011) The access and parking and getting to and from the airport were punctual and effecient, but the employees were non complacent and not interested in our needs and responding in a civil manner.
To be more precise, the clerk was told we were running late and we needed to know how soon the bus would be available. His response was maybe or about a minute or I don't know and I don't care if you are running late.
That kind of attitude goes along way in deciding if your facilities will be used again.
When I was checking out, the new clerk gave me a bill higher than my contractual obligation and had to be corrected.
Again the bus arrival and departure availability was very good and we were in and out in very good time.

Unfortunately, this last trip the shuttle driver who took us back to the car was not interested in helping with the luggage but that lapse is rare. I certainly plan to park there again. |

| (December 30, 2010) We had a great experience at Airpark recently. When we parked our car a shuttle van came almost immediately. The driver carried our bags on and off the bus. Same thing when we returned. The bus came just as we were walking up to the pick up area. Again, the driver put our bags on the bus. When we got to the parking lot it was raining and she stopped right in front of our car, and even put the bags right in the trunk!
Great service at a good price. Plus, the ride to and from the terminal took less than 5 minutes. |

We chose Airpark, and now I'll never go elsewhere, and this is why: When our return flight was delayed by a few days, I phoned Airpark, and was told not to worry. They even offered to extend the discounted rate for my extra parking days. In addition, everything went smoothly--I never had to wait more than a few minutes before the shuttle appeared. They also gave me a wallet-sized reference card with my parking space #, as well as their contact info. Everyone was polite, helpful, and downright cheerful! This transformed a mundane task into a very pleasant experience! |
