| (May 30, 2012) Usually I fly out of Sea-Tac since I live closer to that airport. Decided to try the Portland airport. One reason was the convenience and pricing of leaving my vehicle near the airport. It was a great decision to use AirPark. It was easy to find off of the highway, the shuttle driver was exceptional, the drive through staff friendly and efficient and wait time minimal. Will use again if I fly out of Portland. |

A friend told me about Air Park and I have never looked back. I have used them three times now and each time has been a breeze. I park and the shuttle pulls up to take me to the terminal before I can even get my bag out of the car! Very personable drivers who seem to enjoy their jobs.

It was so nice to be able to have affordable parking available to us in the short term parking area while we were gone for a week. We checked with your attendant at the cashier office the day before we parked to be sure we did everything right for the next morning. The lady very carefully explained everything we should do and was very, very polite in doing so. We have never before parked in a cleaner and more organized airport parking area. We also have to say the same thing about the entire Portland Airport. Everyone very polite and helpful, (even the TSA guys were were polite) everything very clean and orderly. We sincerely hope to be able to use the Portland Airport again in the future. Thank you for allowing us to coment. |

| (February 19, 2011) My daughter and I got to AirPark a little after 5AM. At the entrance we were well taken care of, given all the information we needed by a very friendly guy. It was easy to find the parking spot and the shuttle showed up before we were out of the car. After the other shuttle showed up we were on our way to the airport with a friendly and helpful driver. My daughter returned to pick up the car the next night. I'm assuming (since I haven't talked to her yet) that the shuttle picked her up without to long a wait and got her back to AirPark without much delay. |

It is literally 5 mins to and from dropping your car off till you get the flight, and I didn't wait on either end...amazing! Super BIG kudos to Max...I mistakenly printed directions from mapquest(don't do that!!!) and they sent me in a round about way. I got lost and Max stayed on the phone with me till I arrived safely...Amazing group of guys there!! I will go back over and over again! |

Coming back we didn't even call(someone else had), so no waiting there either. Check out was smooth and swift. Because the lot is a little tricky to get out of, staff were extremely courteous and precise about how to depart.
If I had ugly depature and arrival times I'd do it again, even tho' I live only 25 min. from the airport.

I made my reservations through airportparking.com and it cost $5 extra. If you make reservation at airpark.com you can save the $5. |
