| (March 18, 2010) My wife and I were pleasantly surprized by the ease with which we were able to find ypur location, to say nothing of the way we were directed to our space and then to find the shuttle bus right there behind our car. The driver was very helpful in explaining the routine of pick up and delivery once we returned, handling our bags going and coming was very nice too. The pick up timely on our way back and right to our car. The cashier was very helpful in giving us instructions on how to reach the road we wanted, which can be miserable after dark. We gave the company (on the internet) our credit card for the $8.00 deposit. However, when we left, I don't believe that amount was credited our account - the total rate was therefore higher than the one given us on the internet. | (February 1, 2010) We did a lot of research between this and taking a shuttle van. This was a MUCH cheaper option (considering we had 6 people in our party) even with parking two separate cars. Also, it was easier in the long run since we didn't have to worry if the company was going to remember to pick us up upon our return.
We made the reservations online a few days beforehand, and printed out the receipt (a very easy, yet important, step...keep it in the car for a quicker exit). On the night we were to fly out, they found us a parking spot close by and took us immediately to the airport. Upon our return, we called the # on the card and it took only a few minutes for them to retrieve us. Dropped off right by our car, we packed up and were on our way home again.
If only traveling with my family was this easy! |

| (January 27, 2010) I became tired of the PDX parking rates and waiting for shuttles in the cold or at night so decided to give AirPark a try.
Wished I had done this much sooner. Made reservation on-line, showed up, drove to parking space, picked up within a minute by shuttle and off to PDX. Upon return, a shuttle was already at Island 2, so got on, was dropped off at car (and I mean AT my car!), paid at the exit for actual time parked, and on my way.
Things went so smoothly and so efficiently that as I was driving home, I wondered if I should have tipped! |

It was truly a great experience. They shuttled us quickly to the airport (no more having 30+ stops at the airport longterm parking!)and with one call upon our return, they picked us up and delivered us to our car. The good news? I had concerns leaving my car alone in a parking lot, but once I got there I felt comfortable with the lot because it was blocked at each entrance and the lot was manned at all times (or at least that was the claim and what I noticed when I entered and excited). It was nice to not worry about the airport drop off or pick up and to not worry about someone else's time. The AirPark employees were very kind and professional and the moment I needed a pick up they were there. The cost was excellent and it was no hassle all the way. I would definitely make a reservation as the lot was full to the point of double parking cars, and the lot is kind of awkward to wind through when full. I would definitely recommend using AirPark to anyone. |

| (December 13, 2009) AirPark was recommended by a fellow flier so I gave it a try. It was easy to find, parking was easy, and the shuttle was right there when we needed it — at both ends of the trip. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The only thing that would be an improvement would be if they identified their lot with sections: A2, C1, that sort of thing. Currently you need to remember "I'm parked back near the fence where the first area kind of opens up." They gave me a little blue business card that the driver wrote on, but never said that I should guard it with my life if I wanted to find my car. We returned using a different route than we used when we left and It took us a bit of wandering…
The net result of my first time use is that I've already made reservations for my next trip a few weeks from now. I'll keep my blue card handy. |

| (September 7, 2009) Normaly we (our family of six) have someone drive us from Vancouver to PDX and then pick us up after our trip. This was not an option for us this time so we looked around for an alternative. After comparing a few companies and options, we settled on AirPark. In truth, it was a shot in the dark but I knew from your location that you were very close to the airport and we had a very early flight to catch, so travel time was crucial.
We were pleasantly delighted with the 'car door to car door' service you provided and the promptness and efficiency of your whole operation. We were deposited at the airport just as it opened and were picked up (literally) seconds after we collected our baggage late at night. If we had parked in any of the official airport parking lots we could not have been any quicker...and we would have been manhandling all our luggage ourselves.
I do not ususally sing praises often, but you have it now without reservation.
We are not frequent air travellers (as a whole family - all together) but we will definitely use your service again and recommend it to other potential customers.

A couple of things could have improved our experience. The driver seemed to have difficulty finding our car even though the row and number was clearly marked on our blue ticket.
The online reservation process needs to be improved. We showed our printed copy of the reservation when we checked in and the guy took down the information so that it would be reflected in the system, but when we checked out they didn't have a clue that we had booked online. So we had to show them the information all over again. It seems logical that if you show the information on the front-end that your deposit and daily rate should be entered into the system for when you check out.

| (August 10, 2009) AirPark is conveintly located off of NE 82nd Ave. near the airport. Access was quick and easy from Airport Dr. We checked in with a real-live person and were directed to park in a specific area. A shuttle was at our car as soon as we parked it, the driver helped us with our luggage, and we were off to the airport. We were given a card with our space number on it, and a phone number to call when we were ready to be picked up at the aiport after our trip. After getting our luggage, we called the number and waited in the designated area at the airport and within less that 5 minutes a shuttle was there to take us back to our car. Super-Easy!!! Payment with a credit card was done quickly and we were on the road home within about 15 minutes after making the call to be picked up.
I'll definately use AirPark again! |
