| (March 3, 2010) Thrifty Parking works out very well. I have used it twice in the past month and both times the shuttle arrived at my car before I even had time to get my luggage out of my trunk. The driver carried my luggage into the shuttle. Upon returning to the airport, the shuttles arrive about every 10 minutes, so you don't even have to call for a ride. I just picked up my baggage and walked out to the curb and they showed up within minutes. The price is right and I will use the service again. |

| (December 28, 2009) Both shuttle bus drivers were courteous and very helpful. The bus schedules were also timely. However, when I returned to pick up my vehicle after a long flight home, there was another vehicle parked behind it. The driver advised he would have someone out to move it. After 20 minutes no one had arrived. I stopped the next shuttle bus and advised them. A few minutes later the vehicle was removed but it was difficult getting my vehicle out from the stall, as other vehicles were also parked in the way. When I went to pay, I was offered a Triple A discount for my troubles, I gladly accepted. However, when I looked at my credit card charge, the price was higher than I had been given when I booked the reservation for parking. To end on a postive note, my vehicle was kept safely for the time it was parked there. |

I parked my car there for 7 nights. They dropped me at the airport and a shuttle was there ready to pick me up. Just an info, when you come back to the airport just go through the departure door, and a shuttle with Thrify written on it will be waiting at the middle of the median. |

When we arrived we just pulled into the lot and the shuttle bus driver came right to our van and helped us load our bags and took us right to the airport. When we came home we just had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle and then he drove us right to our van. Could not have been easier. Both drivers were very courteous also. I have found the process to be very easy and ALL staff to be very accommodating and friendly. It seems that as soon as I park my car the shuttle is there to pick me up. I also never have to wait very long at the airport for the shuttle to return me to my car.

| (September 26, 2009) I was initially hesitant about using Thrifty Parking, especially since I was flying alone with my two year old son. I wanted the process to be as painless as possible...That being said, it couldn't have been better! When we first pulled into the lot, a shuttle followed me to my space. The driver was polite and helpful- even waited as I got my son out of his carseat. He then greeted me and the other passengers and wrote down the location of my car for my return.
When we came back from our visit, all we had to do was walk to Island 3 and a shuttle was waiting. As with the previous driver, the new one helped me with my bags then dropped me off directly at my car, hassle free.
Paying was simple too. I accidentally misplaced my printed reservation and the attendant told me not to worry. I was then given a very generous discount.
I will tell everyone to use this service! It was great! |

| (August 24, 2009) It was very easy to find the parking lot and easy to get in. As soon as we parked the car the shuttle was right there waiting for us. The bus driver was very nice. Unfortunately it didn't go so well on the way back. The driver put our daughter's car seat on top shelf of the shuttle and he was driving too fast so when he pushed the breaks all the sudden the car seat flew down on the floor, almost hit a passenger and a piece from it broke off. Then when we got to our car the driver took our luggage to help us but instead broke a piece off of it by slamming it on the ground. So I guess depending on who is your driver you might have a good or bad experience! Not sure we will use this service again. |

| (August 20, 2009) My first time using Thrifty Airport Parking was excellent - I arrived at 4:15 a.m.to have my shuttle waiting for me(I had called around midnight to reserve the shuttle) The gentleman driving was very helpful and kind, I felt safe as I was alone. And upon my arrival back at the airport in the late morning, there was a shuttle at the kiosk, so no waiting for shuttles, speedy service and I saved an armful compared to parking in the airport!

| (August 13, 2009) When I first arrived at the lot there wasn't much parking left, but I was able to find one space at the back of the lot by the fences. My only issue is that there were a couple of big trucks that went way over their parking space so my space was very little. I do have a compact car, but it was still very tight. I think they need to have some bigger spots for the big pickups and SUV's. Also, I saw the shuttle bus driver pass me when I was walking towards the terminal. Either he didn't see me or was trying to get other passengers. I was able to walk to the office where the shuttle bus was almost completely full. From there on, everything went very smoothly.
The return trip was better. The shuttle bus pulled up within a minute or two of when my companion and I were ready to leave. He drove me directly to my car and everything went like clockwork.
All in all I would definately use your service again. |

| (July 17, 2009) I parked in the shade under some trees. Upon returning I had debris from the trees and bird dirt all over the front of my car fom windshield to bumper, and part of the roof. When checking out I got into the wrong lane and had to back up after sitting for a while, while other cars went ahead of me. Check-out took over 1/2 an hour. Never again.

I had to let my cell phone rang for a long time to get someone on the phone when I called at the airport. Understanding, it's very late that night but still shouldn't make customers wait so long to get someone to answer the call after all, the hotel has 24 hours business hours right? Also, did not have coffee supply available in the morning. I had to go out to the lobby to get some but found they were all empty. I finally asked the housekeeper for more coffee bags.

| (April 9, 2009) Thank you for making my trip easier. Co-workers had suggested using Thrifty, so I thought I would give it a try. Your drivers were very helpful with carrying our luggage and friendly.
When we checked in at the airport after dropping off our car, I realized that I had forgotten my sandwiches in the car. I had roughly 30 minutes before my plan was supposed to take off. I ran outside and quickly flagged down the driver. He immediately radioed someone and told him he was taking me back to get my sandwiches. We made it back to the airport just as my airplane started to board. I was sooo lucky. If not for the helpfullness and willingness of the driver, I would never had been able to get my sandwiches out of my car.

| (March 14, 2009) All in all, it was easy using the self-serve parking at PDX. The only problem was exiting the lot 1 week later, when the attendant at the window did not know how to process my "pre-paid receipt".
It took about 8 - 10 minutes for him and another person to figure out how to get it right. [I'm not sure they ever really did.] Meanwhile - at 11 PM no less! - there were 4 other cars behind us waiting to pay and to go home.
This aspect of the business - the "online pre-payment" and reservation method - needs more work and training for your people.

| (January 25, 2009) I had never parked at Thrifty before & was interested in having my car washed while it was there. I called to get some information. No one ever answered the phone & I was connected to the Nat'l Res folks. They tried to connect me & still NO answer.
I thought I'd take my chances & made my reservation. When I got there I explained to the Driver that I wanted my car washed but hadn't been able to get thru. He said he hears that a lot. The driver was very nice & had form for me to fill out to request a wash, which I did.
The driver gave me a card w/ a # & said when I returned to call, they'd wash my car & bring it up front so I wouldn't have to wait.
When my flight arrived I called the # & again NO answer.
When the shuttle (which automatically comes by) picked me up I told the driver, he got my stall info & called in.
After arriving at the lot I waited awhile for my car & assumed the long wait was b/c my car was being washed. When I paid I looked at the bill & said "I don't see the charge for the wash" The clerk replied that he didn't charge me for it.
I was abt 15 feet from my car & I could clearly see that it had NOT been washed. I went back in & to their credit they did wash my car for free AND the washer refused my efforts to tip him.
So all's well that ends well, BUT I was strapped for time & got a late start to my long trip home b/c of the mix up, which could have been easily avoided if they'd just answered the phone. |

| (January 6, 2009) the morning we arrived the woman at the gate said there was not any parking available and was unsure of where there might be any empty spots. I had a reservation and a plane to catch so it got a little scary for us when we arrived to this particular welcome. The driver took over and told me where a spot was and took our bags. WONDERFUL GUY. I dont remember his name but he was from Washougal. He let us know all about the lot and was more than helpful. SO for him you get 4 stars. The driver who returned us to the lot Jan. 1st in the evening 11:30 or so. Did not help with our bags at all. It would seem the service relies heavily on who you get and there is no consistency. I would be a bit hesitant to use the lot if the reservation means nothing. When i have a flight to catch I have no extra time to mess around with a lot attendant who does not know the lot. Perhaps the snow and ice made it difficult for the attendant to truly know what was going on. SO for that part of the experience you get 1 star |

| Thrifty made this experience very difficult |
| (January 5, 2009) Once I finally found Thrifty Airport Parking, everything went fine and we found our car unharmed at the end of our trip, BUT: it was almost impossible to find the site and I had to drive around for about an hour with chains on my tires before I lucked out and finally found Holman Avenue late at night in deep snow.
Here's how Thrifty was unhelpful: The phone number that is provided on the printout after registering and reserving a spot was not a number of the local office where I was parking. It was, incredibly, an 800 number for Thrifty Car Rental, which put me on hold for a long time before an operator -- in Tulsa! -- was eventually unable to help me locate the parking lot. I was, of course, infuriated and sorry I had made the reservation with Thrifty instead of the PDX long term parking lot.
By the way, had I known that the lot was part of Thrifty, the car rental company in advance, it would have helped. I recall no information linking the lot and the car rental company. I would not recommend Thrifty's parking lot to anyone else until these ridiculous problems are ameliorated.
One good thing: I salute the Thrifty shuttle driver who drove me directly to my hotel for the night, instead of to PDX to wait for the hotel shuttle. He saved me at least an hour.

| (December 2, 2008) Any time we fly out of Portland we have left our car at Thrifty. Results have been great with no dings to car when we come back and have had no worry about vehicle prowls. Shuttle drivers have been polite and helpful with luggage. Don't mind the extra cost for parking as to what peace of mind we have leaving our vehicle in your lot. |
