| (August 31, 2010) Over all, this is a great place to park. The rates are reasonable, it's very convenient and pick up happens every 15 minutes or less. We didn't wait very long at all after walking off our plane. One caution: MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR PRINTED CONFIRMATION IF YOU BOOK ONLINE. There is no other way to make sure you get the correct rate without your confirmation. There was some confusion on our reservation and if we hadn't had the printed confirmation we would have paid a bit more. So make sure you have a copy of your e-mail or online confirmation with you.

| (August 29, 2010) Booked my reservation Sunday at 11pm for a Monday 5 a.m. Departure. Arrived at the lot and was on the shuttle within 2 minutes and at the airport in 15. Returning at 11pm took 10 min to catch the shuttle, not a problem. The only suggestion is make sure you inquire about where you will be picked up upon arrival. Would have been real easy to miss the shuttle. Got lucky and asked for assistance from airport staff. Didn't have my lot ticket, after 4 days in Vegas, not a problem. They were more than helpful, when it came to getting to my car. I would use Thrifty for my next flight, great price and service! Suggest using Thrifty for your travel needs. |

| (August 28, 2010) I got picked up at my car I thought that was excellent because it was 4:30 in the morning and I was by myself.
They gave me a slip as to the number to the parking spot where my car was parked so when I returned I knew where to go.
When I got back they dropped me off at my car and i thought that was wonderful my flight got in at 11:00 pm so both my flights came and left in the dark and I didnt have to walk in the dark trying to catch a ride!
Everyone was very kind and helpful to me and I would definatly use them and recomend them.

| (August 21, 2010) my ordeal did not start until i picked up my car the battery was dead so i ran across your lot to some people a man came and jumped it that got me going,then i noticed all my tires were flat i found the same man he told me to pull in by garage then i waited and waited and waited i asked him when he would help he told me i had to wait until he washed a car after waiting awhile longer i asked when and he told me that he already jumped my car and i could wait until he was ready i left with him yelling at me to come back which i would never do then or ever again . your van drivers were exceptional. but because of your lot people i will never be back by the way my car was at your lot for 10 days if that makes a differance |

| (August 17, 2010) The drivers were very helpful and courteous. Didn't have to wait long for the return shuttle. The signage could be better. We drove right by it the first time and had to turn around. Also needed larger signs for parking instructions. Wasn't sure what to do after we parked, but a shuttle was there to pick us up (at our car) within about 5 minutes after parking. We'll use this parking option again, now that we know where it is and what to do once we're there. |

On the return the shuttle was there within 5 minutes and dropped me at my car. Checkout at the drive through on the way out of the lot was also a breeze. | (August 7, 2010) most things are terrific at Thrifty- however your check out process needs some help. It took 10 minutes for me to check out- that was the time frame when I was at the window. This isn't the first time I've stayed at Thrifty and it is always the same--- slow slow slow check out. There was only 1 vechile ahead of me-- and that checkout was also very lengthy. Please work on this--- I'm giving Thrifty one more try--- if this area doesn't improve I'll park elsewhere. By the way- I had everything ready for my checkout-- reservation slip and $$$. This process shoould of taken just a few minutes.

| (April 2, 2010) Lot was full when I entered but no indication of what to do i.e. signs instructing you to go to the rental center. After pushing the button several times to get a ticket, I went to the center and was told to circle the lot to see if I could find an empty space. I did so and found one after touring for 15 minutes. I then walked back to the center and finally found an attendant, who informed me of the process I needed to follow and where to wait for the bus. All in all, I made it in time for my flight but took about 35 minutes just to get on the bus. |

The driver carried my luggage into the shuttle. Upon returning to the airport, the shuttles arrive about every 10 minutes, so you don't even have to call for a ride. I just picked up my baggage and walked out to the curb and they showed up within minutes. The price is right and I will use the service again. |

| (December 28, 2009) Both shuttle bus drivers were courteous and very helpful. The bus schedules were also timely. However, when I returned to pick up my vehicle after a long flight home, there was another vehicle parked behind it. The driver advised he would have someone out to move it. After 20 minutes no one had arrived. I stopped the next shuttle bus and advised them. A few minutes later the vehicle was removed but it was difficult getting my vehicle out from the stall, as other vehicles were also parked in the way. When I went to pay, I was offered a Triple A discount for my troubles, I gladly accepted. However, when I looked at my credit card charge, the price was higher than I had been given when I booked the reservation for parking. To end on a postive note, my vehicle was kept safely for the time it was parked there. |

I parked my car there for 7 nights. They dropped me at the airport and a shuttle was there ready to pick me up. Just an info, when you come back to the airport just go through the departure door, and a shuttle with Thrify written on it will be waiting at the middle of the median. |

When we arrived we just pulled into the lot and the shuttle bus driver came right to our van and helped us load our bags and took us right to the airport. | (September 26, 2009) I was initially hesitant about using Thrifty Parking, especially since I was flying alone with my two year old son. I wanted the process to be as painless as possible...That being said, it couldn't have been better! When we first pulled into the lot, a shuttle followed me to my space. The driver was polite and helpful- even waited as I got my son out of his carseat. He then greeted me and the other passengers and wrote down the location of my car for my return.
When we came back from our visit, all we had to do was walk to Island 3 and a shuttle was waiting. As with the previous driver, the new one helped me with my bags then dropped me off directly at my car, hassle free.
Paying was simple too. I accidentally misplaced my printed reservation and the attendant told me not to worry. I was then given a very generous discount.
I will tell everyone to use this service! It was great! |

The one thing I didn't like was the one guy gave me the return number and then I tell the driver on the way back and its the right number but wrong section, and the driver got a little tick about it. But other then that, I didn't have to worry about my car at all while I was on vacation. |

| Could have been better... |
| (August 24, 2009) It was very easy to find the parking lot and easy to get in. As soon as we parked the car the shuttle was right there waiting for us. The bus driver was very nice. Unfortunately it didn't go so well on the way back. The driver put our daughter's car seat on top shelf of the shuttle and he was driving too fast so when he pushed the breaks all the sudden the car seat flew down on the floor, almost hit a passenger and a piece from it broke off. Then when we got to our car the driver took our luggage to help us but instead broke a piece off of it by slamming it on the ground. So I guess depending on who is your driver you might have a good or bad experience! Not sure we will use this service again. |

| Fine service and timing |
| (August 20, 2009) My first time using Thrifty Airport Parking was excellent - I arrived at 4:15 a.m.to have my shuttle waiting for me(I had called around midnight to reserve the shuttle) The gentleman driving was very helpful and kind, I felt safe as I was alone. And upon my arrival back at the airport in the late morning, there was a shuttle at the kiosk, so no waiting for shuttles, speedy service and I saved an armful compared to parking in the airport!

| Return trip was perfect |
| (August 13, 2009) When I first arrived at the lot there wasn't much parking left, but I was able to find one space at the back of the lot by the fences. My only issue is that there were a couple of big trucks that went way over their parking space so my space was very little. I do have a compact car, but it was still very tight. I think they need to have some bigger spots for the big pickups and SUV's. Also, I saw the shuttle bus driver pass me when I was walking towards the terminal. Either he didn't see me or was trying to get other passengers. I was able to walk to the office where the shuttle bus was almost completely full. From there on, everything went very smoothly.
The return trip was better. The shuttle bus pulled up within a minute or two of when my companion and I were ready to leave. He drove me directly to my car and everything went like clockwork.
All in all I would definately use your service again. |

| (August 6, 2009) Our arrival time was very early am. As we drove in, the shuttle met us immediately, helped with luggage and drove directly to airport.
Upon return, shuttle was waiting (there were other passengers also). Again, quickly to our car, again helping with luggage. Went through the check-out gate, gave the gate-keeper our savings coupon - and we were on our way.
Due to making our reservation on line, there was no time wasted having to go inside for office check-in. Billed through our credit card.
Good,quick service, plus friendly drivers. |
