| (January 20, 2012) The parking spaces were so close together and my wife had to get out of the car in the rain while I parked the car, because there was no room to open the doors. I am sure my car got dinged, because they were so close. No shuttle, so we dragged our suitcases to the office to get out of the rain. |

| (January 3, 2012) Christmas is always a crazy travel time. So, this year, I flew on Christmas day to avoid the "craziness". Knowing that everyone had already left for their destinations, I was very concerned about finding available parking on Christmas Day. So, I called Thifty the week before and they said that if I had a reservation, then I would have a parking space. So, at 4 AM Christmas morning, I pull into the lot where the attendant informed me that I needed a reservation. I simply replied "here it is"! I had a spot the van picked me up within 2 minutes and we were off to the airport! I returned on New Years Eve and the van was right there at the airport. I didn't even need to call! All of the attendents and drivers were very, very helpful; courteous and a joy to deal with! Gotta love Thrifty parking for taking the stress out of holiday travel! Happy New Year! |

| (December 28, 2011) We booked last minute for a week and when we showed up the van went to where we parked and loaded us immediately. When we flew back to Portland and picked up our bags the shuttle was at the island station ready to take us to our car. No waiting at either time which was fantastic. The shuttle delivered us to our car and we were off to dinner! |

| (December 15, 2011) When we parked our car at 4:15 a.m., the shuttle driver saw us and was at our parking space before we got our luggage out of the trunk. After a 90day trip, we got on a return shuttle less than 5 minutes after we got our luggage off the carousel. The discount for reserving on line was nice too. We will definitely use Thrifty again. | Better Value over Long Term Parking |
| (November 8, 2011) I was running a little late and was a little concerned because I had never done airport parking. I usually get a ride but it was at 3:45 AM and way too early to ask family or friends to drive me. The wait was less than five minutes to get to the airport. The driver helped me with my bags.
The return shuttle took 12 minutes to arrive. It was not real clear on where I was supposed to be picked up but I asked information and they directed me. (shuttle picks you up outside of baggage claim just in front of the short term parking garage).
I would use this service again. |

There is hardly any waiting time for the shuttles. There are many and they are frequent. The driver drops you off right by your vehicle and waits for you to back out, which is very reassuring especially at wee hours of the morning. I have never had any problems with break-ins of my vehicle. |

| (July 9, 2011) Parking at the Thrifty lot was everything it promised to be. It was as simple as pulling into the lot and finding a place to park. The shuttle was at our car within minutes, the driver loaded our bags and we were off to the airport, which was about a 5 minute drive. When we returned from our trip we did not have to call for a shuttle, we just had to wait about 10 minutes for the Thrifty shuttle to pick us up and take us right to our car. It couldn't have been easier and the employees were very friendly and helpful. It was much cheaper than having an airport shuttle pick you up at your home, not too mention the inconvenience of having to make several stops to pick up other passengers. My only suggestion would be to drive a compact car because the slots are narrow. We read the reviews and the small slots seemed to be a repeated problem, so we took our small car and were very happy we did. |

She didn't even try to call someone to bring the car just advised where it was! Which was the Very Back of the Lot!! Not into making a scene,just grabed our bags & walked the lot.
Next,.. driver did ask if everyone is doing a Rental? I said a p/u which went un-noticed. My fault should of gave the ticket to him.
Would use again due to location & the crew when I dropped of car were excellent !! |

| (June 17, 2011) The lot is ok and we appreciate the quick transportation pick-up and delivery. The only negative is that the spaces are pretty narrow for a Buick LaSabre. We were in space
A-99 and there were fairly tall weeds that I had to walk thru to get into the passenger side door. Also a tree dripped some kind of film all over the car so it was really dirty and yucky by the time we returned from our 12 day vacation. The price was ok, maybe a little high. |

| (June 16, 2011) I continue to be very pleased with this airport parking facility. It is convenient and reliable. I also feel that it is more secure than the public parking areas. This is important.
I also like the Internet reservation process. It is important to know that Thirty will asssure that I have a parking place.
The bus drivers are very friendly and helpful. I appreciate being picked up at my parking spot and assistance with my luggage. Frequency of pickup at the parking lot and airport are important.
I have used this parking facility for over 15 years and I would not consider the alternatives. Thanks for providing this important service. |

| (May 31, 2011) It seems as the time goes on that I always see your competetions vans before yours. You has "issues" on our departure pick-up--a van was down or ?? Upon arrival last night--the holiday at 8;45 I saw 3 (three) of the competetion on 82nd St. to our one. I have used you for 10 or 15 years, however my son recently switched and has been happier. I travel frequently and have definitely noticed the difference since you sold. I was even told at spring break --from an employee running at me that you could take no more cars and to go elseware!!!! I politely told him that you have valet parked in the past and you should do it. I drove to the next aisle and found a space. Be careful and pay attention as youe service has gone downhill. The regulars are talking about it as we are waiting.. AHHHA--Maybe undercover Boss would work!!! |

A suggestion: It was early in the morning....about 5 am. We drove into the parking lot for the first time and immediately saw a sign that said "Park in the first available stall" We did that but it happened to be a rental stall. Everything was fine though. The driver was kind enough to let us get on the bus and then valeted the car. We may have read the sign wrong but it that's what it says you might want to re-think the wording on the sign.
I would definitely park there again. |

However, your drivers are EXCELLENT. They were so friendly and helpful. I had two different drivers....Thurs the 21st of April in the afternoon and Sunday the 24th evening. Please give those guys a huge thank you!

| (April 3, 2011) too many cars parked haphazardly around the lot. My driver had to move six cars to let a passenger gain access to his car. I just gave up and walked to my car. Just too many cars blocking the entry and exit of paying customers. Thirfty cars should have another lot for its rental cars, and not use airport parking to store its excess automobiles.
Also large SUVs and pickups should have there own spaces. They are just too large to park next to a smaller vehicle and in some cases it is impossible to gain entrance to the drivers side of the vehicles.
Just my two cents worth. |

| (March 31, 2011) We always park at Thrifty. We know the drill and some shuttle drivers actually remember us from one trip to the next. I use Thrifty for both business and pleasure. Things I count on knowing:
-where my car is
-it is safe, someone is there 24/7
-shuttles are prompt,
-drivers friendly, helpful, courteous
-discounts for online reservations (I always appreciate a bargain)
-deaprtures and arrivals go smoothly because of all of this
-returning home is comforting without extra hassle

The only drawback was my inability to clearly hear the directions for getting back to the car from the airport because the person answering the phone was garbled. |
