Price and Service
(December 27, 2008) I checked-in on 12-08-2008 at De La Cruz Parking, they took me immediatly to the airport. On 12-13-2008 I waited for 6 minutes and shuttle picked us up. with on-line coupon we saved $1 each day and with a total $9.00/day tax included. I agree SJC is turning to be a mess. For price and service I had a good experience.

Service getting poorer
(November 29, 2008) Used to be a great place but service has gotten noticeably worse lately. pros: closest off-airport lot to airport cons: Space is tight now that they reserve large parts of their lot exclusively for airline employees. They threaten to tow your car if you inadvertently park in these spots. In the past, the driver would go around the lot to drop you off at your car. Now they park near the entrance and you have to schlepp your stuff to your car from there. This is probably the same for all shuttles but the pickup spot for Terminal A is now (Dec 08) where the short term parking used to be, about a hundred yards from the luggage carousels. You better have luggage with wheels or a strong back. We had to wait around 20 minutes to be picked up in an essentially open area. Good luck if it is raining. And don't get me started about what a zoo SJC has become with their 'improvements.'
