| (January 31, 2012) In previous times that I have parked at Charlie Browns I had forgot my frequent parker bonus card. they said I could add it on line. I was not able to. Then this time I gave them my card at the time of my arrival to park. They kept my card and said I would get it back when I returned. When I returned, I had to ask for my card and was also told that they would manually add my stay to the card. I still can't tell you if its been done. My parker bonus number is 004179.
I've lost out on bonus parking days. |

| (January 26, 2012) I have used this parking option several times now. I have never been disappointed. I send a text to let them know I am ready to be picked up. I receive a confirmation from them that they got my text then head to the appropriate location. The shuttle is there within a few minutes. The best part is my vehicle is ready to go and the location is easy to access the main highway.
I will use this parking option every time I fly and will highly recommend it to everyone. |

| (January 18, 2012) Before making reservations at "Charlie Browns", I checked a half dozen reviews. One of them was a 1 star review so I checked it out. It was about 2 paragraphs, all bad, about CB's. Whom ever wrote it was obviously a half wit, with an axe to grind. I found nothing from that review to be true. Eveeryone at CB's were polite and punctual(even at 4 in the morning. The bus was clean, car was out and warmed up, no waiting(4-5 min. Good experience for my wife and I. Will do it again at CB's.

| (January 7, 2012) We've used Charlie Browns on several occasions, out experiences have been uniformly excellent. Wait times are extremely short, shuttles are constantly running, and it's cheaper than airport parking, and when we come back in the winter the car is running and warmed up for us. Staff has always been friendly.
They've also jumped our car when needed, and when we left a wallet in the car on a departure, got it to us in time to make our flight. Highly recommend. |

| (January 5, 2012) Charlie Browns, through about airport parking, was the cheapest I found in Pittsburgh! The shuttle came quickly and the driver was very nice (both ways). It was also there very quickly when I got back from my trip. The only con was that I used the text messaging feature to alert Charlie Browns that I was coming for my car, and got a confirmation text back that they got it....but when I got to the lot, no car! Apparently the text didn't get to them after all so I had to wait about 10 mins for them to get my car. Guess I'll use the old fashioned calling feature next time. Otherwise, I'd use them again! |

SO WHEN WE CALLED THEY SAID THEY CHANGED TO #2, WHICH OF COURSE WAS ALL THE WAY DOWN ON THE OPPOSITE END OF THE CONCOURSE. WHY THEY COULDN'T PICK US UP AT #7 I'LL NEVER KNOW. | (December 16, 2011) The staff at Charlie Brown is very helpful and flexible, both on the phone and in person. I was very pleased with their customer service. The shuttle going to the airport was very efficient, and the driver was friendly and courteous.
Upon return from my trip, however, there was a bit of a wait for the shuttle in the late night/cold. It wasn't that long, but some people were growing concerned / getting antsy because we had seen a couple of vans from a different company go by, and no less than 3 Holiday Inn shuttles stopped to pick people up, while we were waiting for our one Charlie Brown shuttle. Again though, I totally didn't mind the wait, but my one negative report is that there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the shuttle. Everyone boarding the van immediately commented to one another "Do you smell smoke?" or "I smell smoke". Also, the driver arrived with the door already open, as if he was driving with the door open (presumably because he was smoking). This did not work to clear it out and it was quite a strong odor - even a smoker doesn't necessarily want to get into a smoky vehicle... |

| (December 12, 2011) I was disappointed this time. Didn't realize that when you make reservation and pay something ahead, the people at the office have no way of knowing this, or so I was told. I did mention I had a reservation when I arrived but the payment wasn't factored into the charge and when I asked about it the clerk said they had no way of knowing about it. I guess I was at fault because when I said I had a reservation and gave my name. I assumed it would be taken into consideration. I made the reservation at the last minute and it was the first time I prepaid. If there were instructions to bring the paper with me, I didn't notice in my haste. When I paid the bill in full, I thought the system would show my downpayment. Apparently not and I apparently am out that money. Also, I was told on my return to wait at gate 8, which turned out to be a construction site I texted back and ask to see what was going on. It was only then that I was told I had to go to gate 2 at the other end of the airport, dragging my suitcases back up the sidewalk. I was tired but did it but the most offensive thing to me was that the clerk just said it was only for that day, they had no way of changing it and didn't even apologize for my inconvenience. It was like a comedy of errors.
I have to note, this isn't the service I have always had at Charlie Brown. I won't be prepaying again and hope I will be given more courtesy next time. If not, I won't be back. |

The wait time from the airport was a bit more than 10 minutes, but I did hop right on the shuttle from the parking to the airport the morning I left my car, so I guess we'll call it even. Checking in and out was quick and painless. |

the checkin process was a little slow. we had made a reservation & had our confirmation sheet w/ us. the employee that checked us in never looked at it which delayed the checkin process.
Since we made a reservation, I would love to be picked up at our airline gate vs having to pay $4 to rent a cart from the airport to transport my luggage to the shuttle.
finally, due to a miscommunication with paying, i mistakenly left the lot w/out paying. i thought i had been paid in full with my reservation. It was not. when i called the office to pay the bill, i was told i was a "drive off". i did NOT appreciate this comment by your employee as this was a misunderstanding & was not intentional. |

The only thing we were not aware of was that when we gave our credit card to check in, we thought we would be billed then, instead of just a deposit. So when we picked up our car, we just left, assuming we had taken care of the bill. One of the staff called us on our cell phone informing us we left without paying. Of course we just gave them our credit card number again and it was taken care of. The next time we will know better. |

| (November 5, 2011) The overall service was very good, as always, with the best prices in the area and you are unique, because you have the vehicle ready and waiting, when we arrive. Drop off and pick-up was easy but not so quick. the problem with getting in and out, is the design of the service counter. It does not allow for an orderly "first come, first served basis. There is no way to prevent people arriving later from crowding in ahead of others! I would suggest a simple solution by installing a " TAKE A NUMBER" machine at the door, and servicing the customers in the order that they arrive.
Other than that problem , I love your service and will continue to use it. |

(Don't forget to print your parking validation.)In a few minutes and I mean minutes, we were whisked away to the airport on the awaiting shuttle. When we returned on the red eye, the driver was there within five minutes of our call for pick up. Our car was waiting by the front door, running and warm upon our return to the lot.
