When we returned to pick up my car not only were they on time, my car had already been moved to the front, keys in the ignition. | (August 26, 2010) Very friendly staff from counter to shuttle drivers. Fast registration, fast delivery to airport, and quick pick-up and return to vehicle. Within 5-7 minutes after I called for pickup, they came, picked me up, and had me back to their lot! They had even cleaned the interior of the car! Had my car ready and waiting when they brought me back from the airport. They unloaded my car, loaded my luggage into shuttle, unloaded at airport. On return, again loaded luggage, unloaded at lot and even loaded into my vehicle! Very well priced - less than $85 total for 13 days. Just try to get the service at double the price at the airport lots...GOOD LUCK with that! |

| (July 27, 2010) My family and I took a trip to Germany. We were going to park at the Pittsburgh airport when a friend told us about Charley Browns Airport Parking. After reading the reviews we decided to try them. It was the best decision of our trip. First of all the price was less than the airport. They have a secure parking parking lot, Valet parking and 24 hour transport to and from the airport. On our return, we just called them at the baggage pickup at the airport and they were there instantly to take us back to our car which was waiting for us at the door. Their people were friendly and the service was outstanding. We will use them again and would recommend them to everyone.

| (July 21, 2010) I would have rated them 5 Stars for their service alone. The rating was downgraded to 4 Stars due to the disconnect with the online pricing service. Perhaps I was just not observant enough, but I was unaware of the 9% tax plus the airport drop-off fee.
The drivers were very attentive and very, very fast in response. The car was open, aired out, and ready to go when I returned to the lot late at night.
I will definitely use them again while being aware of the fact that the on-line pricing is an estimate.
Oh - and since it was my first experience in that airport, I was unaware of the various "Door Numbers" and their location. Perhaps a hand-out for first timers being available at the counter with complete instructions/directions of return routes and the airport layout would be an added bonus when checking-in. |

| (June 24, 2010) I parked my car at Charlie Browns for two weeks. I returned to Pittsburgh very late at night and there was absolutely no problem in getting picked up within a 10 minute time frame. My car was waiting for me with the keys and the shuttle driver was kind enough to put my luggage in my car.
The parking rates were outstanding for such a long stay. I would definitely recommend and use this service in the future. |
