Parking

(July 29, 2010) I parked here in the wunter they were very nice and were on time. they een pushed the snow off my car for me. I will try them again if i have to park.

Good, but not great

(December 1, 2009) The last two times, I have waited longer for the shuttle much longer than I should have. The first time was in the lot where bus after bus passed the lane where I and three other customers waited. The second time, it seems driver's took off early and we waited at the airport for almost 30 minutes before being picked up - that was after two telephone calls to the office. When the bus did come, it was packed and the driver actually had to pass other customers waiting. There are several other parking facilities for the Kansas City Airport and I will try another one next time.
