I've used the service since it opened years ago and it's great, as is the staff, but it was recently acquired by a larger company with totally boneheaded management. (And they obviously know that because they don't provide a corporate contact number anywhere on their website.) Their frequent stayer program misses stays, it's impossible to get them to accurately update, the website locks you out and asks you a challenge question you never used in the first place to retrieve your password. I liked it better when it was a locally owned operation that was responsive to customer needs.
