On our return we were there only a few minutes and a shuttle was there for pick up. It was fast,easy,and everyone was courteous. We would use the service again. |

| (July 28, 2011) Upon my arrival, a bus followed me from the front gate to my parking spot and the driver immediately picked up my luggage as I locked my car. No waiting!
When I returned, I was almost three hours late, arriving at 2:00 a.m. No problem! The bus came within minutes of a phone call. Again, the driver assisted me with by luggage both on and off the bus. I'll continue to use Preflight!

| (March 26, 2011) Good first time experience until we went to leave the lot. The gate attendant tried to charge me $72 when I only owed $45. I had made my reservation online and had the printed receipt showing what I owed. He told me I had to have a coupon to get the $5 a day rate. I finally convinced him that I only owed $45 but it was a struggle. |

| (July 26, 2010) it was fantastic! I just discovered this place in July, and wanted to give it a try to save on parking. I wish I had known of this option last summer when I stayed about 9 days in Florida and came back to RDU to get slapped with an almost $100 parking lot bill - ouch! needless to say, after leaving town for another long trip - 6 days, I was hoping to save a few bucks and this was a great option. after picking up your parking ticket, they direct you to your parking spot and then notify the shuttle to pick you up right away. they were there before I had my luggage out the car. it was great as I was rushing since I was behind schedule, with only 1.5 hrs til my flight. the shuttle was comfy and roomy and the driver was friendly and helpful. as its free, I tipped him, after he let me off right in front on my airline. pickup was also a breeze as I just went to the parking and ride pickup location and was picked up in about 5 minutes, and dropped off right behind my vehicle, which granted another tip. so I was thankful and saved a bundle. I think I paid $27 for 6 days. what a savings!! definitly try it.

My entire experience was excellent save for the check out. I had made a reservation online, and had been quoted $49.00 on the website. When i went to check out, I presented my $5.00 deposit on my reservation, and the guard requested $79.
After I mentioned it, he fixed it. I am writing not to get the guard in trouble, (because he was actually quite helpful in the process) but to suggest that maybe something in the system needs to be better integrated so that these issues are non-existent |

| Quick, Easy and Great Service |
| (May 6, 2010) This was the first time that I used the PreFlight lot out of RDU. I found it to be exceedingly efficient. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because 1) GPS takes you to the wrong location 2) when I discovered that, I called their phone number to ask how to find them, and it rang and rang and rang for over 5 minutes while I was on a time crunch 3) Upon landing, the van that took me back to the lot had NO air conditioning and it was over 90 outside--which was quite uncomfortable.
Other than those 3 things, it's a terrific place to park. Just know where you're going. The service was tremendous. The staff was helpful and friendly. Will definitely park there again and again. |

| (March 5, 2010) I was impressed on how easy this process was. The bus picked us up within 5 min. of parking. THe bus ride over took barley 10 min. Coming back was great also. The bus picked us up within 5 minutes and dropped us off at our car and helped us with our luggage too. The only thing was at the gate when we were checking out. The employee did not uderstand how to process my online reservation and deposit I had made prior to dropping off our car. Though he may not have understood but he did get the price right and we were gone in 5 to 10 minutes. I will use pre-flight again when I travel, and I highly recommend it. Thank you. |
