| My experience with Indy Park Ride and Fly |
| (February 6, 2010) Indy Park Ride and Fly takes all hassle away. No more worries about where to park at the airport. Once you have pulled up to their entrance,you can start your vacation. Their staff will pick you up AT your car,handle your baggage,drive you to the airport in one of their roomy and clean shuttles, deliver you to your airline door entrance. All in a very timely manner. And you can expect the same very courteous treatment on your arrival back home, with their staff waiting to pick you up at the airport and bring you back to your car. All this was very low priced. | (January 12, 2010) We were extremely happy with our experience parking at Indy Park Ride & Fly. With the snow and ice around when we departed, we were not sure what to expect when we returned. Although there had been additional snow in our absence, our car was cleaned off and the motor was running when the bus brought us into the facility. The pickup at the airport was certainly prompt and the driver was friendly and helpful. The whole experience was very positive. |

| Skepticle No More |
| (November 30, 2009) I was a little leary about parking off premises for a week. My skeptism vanished as we entered the parking facility. We felt the lot was secure and were picked up as we unloaded our luggage. They dropped us off right at the terminal baggage.
Upon our return to the airport, the shuttle was right outside door 6. We exited with our baggage and stepped onto the shuttle. They dropped us off at our car.
We will be using Indy Park Ride & Fly again!!

| (November 15, 2009) It was the first time I have used the new airport so I needed to change where I parked. I have always used another service that was by the old airport. I asked a friend that flies often and uses your service. She told me the website so I make my reservations. The only confusion I had was location. I thought I had the wrong place because mapquest kept giving me another location. I finally called the phone number and the receptionist told me how to get there. It was smooth from there. The signage was good at the airport to get the return pickup and your driver told me where to get the pickup when he dropped me off. I will use you in the future. |

| (October 31, 2009) As this was the first time I've ever used any kind of airport parking service I didn't know what to expect. I had heard good things from a few friends that Indy Park, Ride and Fly was a wonderful way to park and fly. Price reasonable and service great. I was afraid I would be late for flight but driver got me there with time to spare and pickup prompt and driver helpful in finding car, as I had lost my ticket. I would use this service again and recommend to others. Thanks! |

| Friendly, courteous, and efficient |
| (October 21, 2009) I had not used this service until the new airport in Indianapolis was opened and we had a scheduled flight out of that airport. I found them on the internet and was hesistant to use them but since I had an early morning flight I decided to go for it. I was pleasantly surprised with the first experience and decided to use them again 6 weeks later during a second trip. The service was just as good. I have used the more expensive valet service each time I needed parking and feel it is worth it. I even had them clean and wax my car while I was gone and boy did that make me happy. My car was clean, warmed up and running as soon as the shuttle got to the parking area. I will use them again anytime I fly out of Indy and needed parking. It was great. |

| (October 14, 2009) My first experience with long-term parking. Staff was great. I was taken to and picked up from the airport terminal promptly. When arriving to pick up my car I found that my car had been brought to the front, was running and the heat turned on at my 1:00 a.m. arrival. I was in and out quickly. An excellent experience! I will use your services again and recommend it to others! |

| 2 week stay at Indy Park and Fly |
| (September 29, 2009) My experience with IPRF was excellent. The drop off and pick up were quick, and the staff was courteous and helpful. My car was undisturbed in my absence. The only comment I have is that when I printed out the confirmation information with directions, the print was difficult to read here at home and impossible to read by my vehicle interior light when I made a quick check on directions the morning of my early flight. Please make the print bigger. I didn't get lost but I had to navigate without benefit of those directions. I will use this service again now that I know the way there. Thanks |

| (September 20, 2009) Other than very hard-to-follow directions from I465-S to your location, the parking p/u and return went well. We were driving from Cincinnati and part of the directions I received were backwards. The directions back to Cincinnati were flawless.
It would be nice if you had a phone in baggage claim to call for pickup. Not all of us have cell phones. |

Although there was some difficulty in finding it's location the staff were very courteous and my delivery to the airport very quick. The lot is relatively new hence the reason for little signage. Enhanced directions and linkage to mapquest would be helpful. Upon return I placed my call to Park and Fly and a driver arrived within 5 minutes. Thanks for a great experience. |

| (May 4, 2009) This is the second time in a row that the pick up service was extremely slow. Also, on 2 other occations I had my wife's car and my car detailed. JoAnn, I think, did the service and it was a great job. This past time I left my son's car for detailing and it was a bad job. Wax was left on the outside, parts of the inside were still dusty, the trunk was not vacuumed and overall no where near a good detailing. |

| (April 21, 2009) I have been a frequent parker at Indy Park Ride & Fly since I moved to Indy in 1998. But this was the first time I'd been back since the facility relocated. On the way, I got lost--I must have missed the first exit after the airport, but I can't imagine how. I called and the person I spoke to was able to direct me to the right place. (Fortunately, I'd left myself some extra time.)
Upon arriving, I found that I no longer had "frequent parker" or "express" status. I was told that I would have to reapply.
I returned to Indy late at night after a long flight from the West Coast. The attendant told me to just take two left turns and I'd be on 70 East. Being entirely unfamiliar with the location and driving in pitch dark, I paid up and took the next left. That put me on a dead end road. I turned around and continued taking lefts. When I finally exited from the facility, there were no cars in sight and no (or very poor) signage. I took a left and soon realized, when I saw cars approaching from the opposite direction, that I'd was traveling the wrong way on a one-way street. After a few harrowing moments, I was able to turn around, return to the Indy Park Ride & Fly exit, and find my way to the correct lane.
While the staff were all courteous, I'm not sure whether I'm going to return. The new location seems to be much farther from the airport that the previous one. I'm still not exactly sure how to get there. And it appears that I've lost the frequent parker points I'd accumulated. I will most likely try to find a more convenient and accessible location the next time I travel. |

| The Perfect Park |
| (April 20, 2009) A great way to park at the new airport! Perfect for women traveling alone, because there is no walk from a shuttle bus down a dark row of cars. Perfect for bad weather, because there is no walk from the shuttle bus to your car in a driving rain.
Your staff is uniformly friendly, courteous and helpful. I wouldn't park anywhere else. |

| (April 6, 2009) Using Indy Park, Ride and Fly was a great expereince. Their new facility offers plenty of parking. The shuttle was waiting for us because I had made a reservation online in advance. The shuttle dirver unloaded our bags and placed them into the shuttle. After a short drive, we were at the terminal. THe return trip was just as good. Once the plane landed I called their number for pick up. By the time we got our bags and took a short walk to the pick up destination, the shuttle driver was already there. It is well worht the money. |

| Good service, but unnecessary oil change! |
| (April 5, 2009) I have used your service on many occasions, and have always been pleased with it--particularly the curb-side drop-off! This time, however, I was driving my mother's car. When we picked it up, it seems that an oil change was done--which was not ordered. In fact, my mother had just recently had an oil change, so it was not even needed. I pointed this out to the cashier, and she took off the charge. However, I think you need to be more careful about this type of thing in the future. |
