I was traveling alone with a toddler and a decent amounto of gear and would have been a mess if I tried to use the Economy lot shuttle. Having the shuttle driver meet me at my car to load my items and drop me off at the gate was a huge help! When I came back I had misplaced my reservation, but the gate staff were super helpful and the manager was quick to reimiburse me. |

| (November 15, 2011) My, wife, son, and myself arrived at the Indianapolis airport on nov 10 2011. We called the shuttle, and it arrived in about 15 minutes. My wife and I are seniors over 70 years of age. Our luggage was placed in the rear, and we were seated in the shuttle.The driver appeared at the door and told us we would have to get off as he had a party of 11, and he would be delivering them to the hotel first. Our luggage was removed from the shuttle to the curb,and we were left there 40 minutes until he returned. Since there are no reservations on this shuttle we feel our right were violated, without regard to our age or health. I ask would you want your mother or father treated in this fashion. |

We had reservations made on line and it took no time at all to check in, get on the bus, and be at the airport. We will use them every time we fly. |

| (March 7, 2011) We are not frequent fliers so we were not aware of Indy Park Ride and Fly services. We made our mistake last year parking in the long term lot at the airport on a very cold day and having to pull our luggage from our vehicle and then taking it to a open air booth that was 30 or so yards away and standing there freezing waiting on the shuttle for pick-up. We also paid $12 a day for their self parking which I felt was to much. So this year I decided to explore other options so I looked on the internet and found reviews about Indy Park Ride and Flys parking. The reviews were very positive and the cost was much less than the airport. We decided to try them and I'm glad we did. This is the only parking we will use when we fly from now on. Very professional operation and well secured. We pulled up to the gate and the the very friendly attendant directed us to our parking spot and as soon as we parked a shuttle pulled up to unload our bags for us and then took us right over to the airport. As soon as we got back a quick text on our cell phone to let them know we were ready for pick-up. They were waiting outside the baggage claim door after we picked up our baggage. Shuttle quickly took us back to our vehicle and loaded our luggage for us. GREAT SERVICE! |

| (March 2, 2011) Once again I choose this place to park for my car. They were fantastic as always, on the ball, polite employees and they took care of me in style! I always use the valet parking and it is so nice to come back to a cleaned off car (snow & ice) warm and ready to go! I love it. They pick you up quickly and take you in a timely manner to the airport.
The only down side, which is not their fault, is that when I made my reservation online, I just googled it figuring it would be them direct-it is not. For me the down part is that when googled, you can only put a deposit on it. Also they do NOT take cash-started February 1 of 2011. I did not have a debit or credit with me so they were gracious enough to allow me to pay in cash this time. Before when I made my reservation, I could pay it ahead of time-the whole amount. I liked that better. The lady at the booth did give me one of their direct business cards to go to for next time. This is what I would suggest. |

Pre-registration is positive, not only saved my parking space entering, transport bus was waiting on me after baggage claim, no calls, no waiting. I was the only person on the transport which means I didn't have any delay waiting on others, which was great.
After parking my vehicle a transport was waiting for me at my vehicle, not a pick up shelter. Returning to my vehicle the transport dropped me off at my vehicle, not a shelter, no walking through snow for long distances etc, how great that was especially caring luggage!
Drivers were very helpful, great price.
You should use this service without hesitation! |

| (February 5, 2011) Originally set to return to Indianapolis on Feb. 1st, an ice storm moved our return date to Feb. 4th. I was parked in the self-park area and was very concerned about getting the ice off of our car without tools, gloves, chemicals, etc. To my amazement, the Indy Park Ride & Fly staff had cleaned the ice off every car in the lot! What an amazing benefit to using your services. I am sure it was every person for themselves in the airport long term lot. I have been a long-time customer and that loyalty was only reinforced by the latest experience. Keep up the excellent job. |

Chicago and Indy airports were closed causing a two day delay in our return.We were charged for the extra days, but our car was cleared of the extreme ice by the shuttle driver at 10 p.m. and 8 degrees, even though we had purchased the self park option. We were surprised and very pleased!! |

The valet service was a huge blessing - as a single woman, I was not looking forward to hiking out to my car and cleaning it off at mid-night when my plane landed, and it was so nice to come back to a warm, running, cleaned off car, for just a few dollars more than the regular parking cost! I highly recommend using Indy Park, Ride and Fly and will be using them again in the future. |

Upon our return we found the shuttle pulling up as we exited the baggage claim area. It was snowing, we were taken directly to our car. The driver placed our bags in the car and cleared the snow off the car windows for us. It was very quick. The only glitch was Indy Park didn't answer the regular phone number, only the 800 number. I suggest that future patrons try both. (There is no way the shuttle we took back could have arrived at the airport as quickly as it did unless it was already on the way when we called.) In any case we have used Indy P & R several times and it seems the best and least expensive way to park. One problem: I could not find a note on what additional services you receive for the $12 rate. |

| (October 15, 2010) I really enjoyed the convenience of using the Indy Park Ride and Fly service. The drivers were courteous, timely and very helpful. I have also recommended it to others who fly out of Indy on an infrequent and frequent basis. I did however caution them that instead of charging for a 24 hour day, you charge for each day that you park. For instance, I was there from Saturday through Tuesday, which based on a 24 hour period, this would technically be 3 days. However, I was charged for four days (Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues). I believe that the parking facility located at the airport charges based on a 24 hour day. So even though the Economy Parking is $1.00 more than Park Ride & Fly, it would actually be cheaper for multiple days. Thank you for requesting and valuing my opinion. |
