Very Bad Experience
(May 25, 2011) I had the most horrible experience with Ace Park & Ride at Hobby Airport. I will never go back to them again and I suggest you find another park & ride spot. I was only parked at Ace for 3 hours because my flight was cancelled. I expected to pay for the day $5.25 for uncovered parking. The cashier at check out said I owe $9.50. She said that is what the computer said. I said "Let me talk to the manager" She said the manager is not here. She would not let me out until I pay the $9.50. So I handed over the cash to her so I could get out. She then said, "You did not pay me" I will call the police on you. Then 3 police show up and said we will review the video camera and call you at home. 3 days later the manager calls me and said I did not pay and they will take me to small claims court. These people are crooks. Do not park here.

great place to park
(March 9, 2011) We have kids that go to school in 2 different states therefore have flown out of Hobby many times in the last few years. We park at Ace everytime and have always been very pleased. We have never waited more than 5 minutes and usually there is a van there waiting for us. Also, it is right across the street so we park, get our luggage and are at the airport in no more than 5-10 minutes. We would highly recommend Ace.

(February 12, 2009) I fly approximately 12 times a year from Hobby and have used Ace everytime... I have had great quality service, they are nice and prompt... I would highly recommend. Call the number on the ticket when you pick up your bags and they will be to the curb to pick you up in no time.
