| (February 7, 2012) Dropping off and picking up was easy. The shuttle was waiting to take us to the airport when we dropped off the car. Upon returning back to the airport, we only waited a couple of minutes for the shuttle to pick us up after calling from baggage claim area. Our car was running and warmed up when we picked it up. We were very satisfied. We would use their services again. |

| (December 29, 2011) I used Executive for the first time for two reasons, the first is the place I've used for years has been taken over by another company and the service has been getting worse and worse as the prices have gone up and up. Second, Executive had very good reviews on this site. I arrived at 4:30 a.m.. Shuttle driver grabbed my bags and told me to remember my plate number as they would need it during check in.
Check in was fast and easy. My bags were on board the shuttle when I finished checking in. There was a bit of a wait (10 mins) while they waited to fill the bus.
Driver was very good. Although Executive is a longer distance away from the airport then some others the ride in to BDL took less than 5 mins.
I came back on xmas day and called in for pick up. The shuttle was there in less than 3 mins. My car was ready to go and in the same condition as I left it. My receipt was on the dash. All I had to do was drop the bags in the trunk and go. I will use Executive again. |

| (October 24, 2011) As usual another satisfactory experience with Executive Valet Parking. Check-in process was simple and quick. Shuttle bus waited for me to check-in (about 3 minutes). Got to the airport with time to spare. Short wait on arrival at the airport. Called to let them know I was there. When I arrived at the lot all I had to do was jump in my car and go. Credit card had already been charged. No check out wait. Courteous staff always. Feel comfortable leaving my car with this firm as there are no HOT RODDERS at the lot. All adults driving my car.

All other took two passes before executive picked me up...it was at 11:00pm and I was a little tired and just wanted to get home. I did call when I was exiting the plane and told them I was not waiting for luggage-so there really was no excuse to wait the 15 minutes and they had my reservation and flight info. Other than that I was pleased since my car was ready and waiting when I got to the lot. |

| (August 18, 2011) I have never had a bad experience with Executive Valet Parking. Parking is priced reasonably, the shuttle drivers and counter staff are always friendly, and my car is always just a step or two away and ready to go when I return from my trip. Some of their accessory services are a little pricey such as car wash, detailing, etc., but otherwise a quality well priced outfit, in my opinion worth the longer drive, as they are the most remote of all the parking services. That will be remedied soon as a new closer, larger facility is under construction. |

The driver, Larry, was a welcomed customer service rep in this day of poor service delivered elsewhere. Both coming and going he was humorous, talkative and informative. Upon arrival the shuttle picked me up promptly and returned me to my awaiting, well cared for car. I've already told my brother who frequently flys out of Bradley to use your service. FANTASTIC! |

| (May 17, 2011) As usual the few times I have used Executive I never have had a bad experience, that is why a customer returns.
My only issue this last stay was that the pollen was horrible and leaving a car parked for a week and turning it yellow/green was pretty bad. But that of course is of no fault of Executive.
They elected to wash off the car before pickup, but watching how it was done I knew after it would dry it would look worse and it did. Just throwing water over the car quickly with no rhyme or reason doesn't make it so I drove home multi-colored.
I realize that customers are asked if they would like additional service such as to car wash, etc. when dropping off the car. I elected not to have the car cleaned so someone in my position shouldn't have any complaint, but if your going to wash them off as an additional service it should be done the right way.
The best part I find about leaving my car at Executive is that I have never got even a scratch on my car. That's a plus!!

So we were at the airport a lot earlier than I had thought. The property is a little ways away from the airport than most but they're easy to find. On the way home we called them when the luggage was coming out and only waited a few minutes for the van. When we arrived at the property the car was ready and waiting and warmed up with the bill on the dash. No need to go inside. I would definately use them again! |

They were very prompt in picking us up in spite of a previous change of plans due to a cancellation of our flight and returning a day later than expected.They were very prompt and courteous.I might just add that in arrival there at 5:00AM, they could use more lighting around their building so to be found easier.One other positive comment is that in spite of The snowstorm, our car was cleaned off of all snow and heated so that we may be comfortable in leaving the airport on a very cold winter night. |
