| (June 17, 2013) It was nice to know I had parking set up, but driving in I saw a lot for $4.00 per day. I paid $6.25. I also forgot to give my reservation/ deposit paid receipt to cashier so I ended up paying for full amount on check ou. (My error) I called customer service and was asked to send in my receipt and reservation form for consideration of refund. I did not get a receipt from the cashier - But she did give be a bottle of water which I needed very badly at 1:00 am after a day of travel.
So I will take the loss for not submitting my reservation and not making sure I got a receipt.
All in all I think I will use your service again - but not sure if I will do advanced purchase as there may be a few dollars to save out there> |

| (May 16, 2013) We arrived at the airport at 4:30 a.m. and the shuttle was waiting for us right next to the parking space. He loaded our stuff and drove us immediately to the airport. On our return, we only waited a few minutes for the shuttle to arrive at the airport, then were immediately driven directly back to our car. The shuttle driver then unloaded our suitcase and put it in our car for us. I would highly recommend The Parking Spot and would definitely use them again! The cost was nearly as low as the Green lot, and the service was exceptional. I don't normally give glowing reviews (or any reviews) but these folks deserve all the credit they can get. |

| (November 30, 2012) I pulled up, frazzled from a detour and was instantly met and driven to the airport, rather than driving my car myself and switching. Upon return I walked out and once again the shuttle was waiting - I didn't have to call. I handed over my ticket and in minutes the shuttle left, depositing in front of my car, with the trunk open. The luggage was put in the car, the door opened for me, and the seat in the position I left it. I drove right to the gate, with no wait the women told me how I could get the best price and a better way to get back to 270, handed me a bottle of water and sent me on my way cheerfully. Now, why would I use any other parking lot? |

My vehicle was in the same condition as I left it and that was reassuring that I had made the right choice when I made my online reservation prior to leaving home.

| (September 2, 2012) I arrived at Columbus airport on August 30, 2012 at midnight after a very tiring day of delays and flying. After getting my bags and going 0ut to the shuttle area I became very sick so sick, that I had to stop and sit down out front. I finely got up and started walking toward the shuttle area the driver seeing me came toward me took my bags and told me fine a seat he would take care of the bags I am sure that I was not walking too good at that time. I was very confused and light headed. The driver asked me if I was alright I said yes but, I was not. After getting to my car I was still out of it but would not let it be known. I started asking questions about my ticket and how to leave. The driver told me the cashier would help. After making my way to the cashier the 2 ladies was very helpful. One in fact must have saw that I was feeling bad so she asked me if I wanted some water. She gave me a bottle of supper cold water that was the life saver it perked me up some and, I was able to drive away still in not too good shape in fact it took me half an hour to fine my way to I70 by this time I had drank all the water and wanted more. The point I am trying to make is had it not been for the driver and the 2 cashiers I don't think I would have made it. The 3 employees on at mid night on August 30, 2012 should be given a commendation from management for their consideration toward me, they are are outstanding employees. If I can get service like that I will park with The Parking Spot all the time. I am doing better now but I owe a debt of thanks to them, I made it home safe because of them.

| (August 23, 2012) I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently the shuttle came when we first arrived at the airport. I was just as pleased when we returned from our flight and found the shuttle waiting for us. The only issue we had was the dispute of the bill, the attendant, though very nice, tried to over-charge us even though we had our receipt stating the cost. It was quickly fixed and we were charged the amount that was expected. I am glad that we learned about the online reservations, it made things at the airport that much easier! |

(I figured we would have to wait for other passengers.) Upon returning at 1 am, the shuttle was waiting for us. She was very friendly,took us directly to the car and helped put the bags in the car. When I paid for the parking,the attendant gave us our bottle of water which was unexpected - but great because we had been in Wyoming which has only 12% humidity and we were parched! You guys were great - from the online price guarantee, to the shuttle waiting for us and helping us find a space, to the driver's welcome and suggesting we leave the parking stub in the car rather than take it with me (GREAT IDEA!) Property and vehicles were new/clean. Staff professionally dressed and courteous including drivers.
Both drivers were courteous as well, and took us to the right space, helped unload the bags etc. 5-Star service all the way. Next time at MCO we'll use "The Parking Spot." THANKS for doing it right!

| (July 11, 2012) The shuttle was waiting for me when I parked my vehicle. The driver was courteous, helpful and got the passengers to the terminal quickly.
After my trip, the return to the lot was just as quick and efficient. One bus was leaving as I exited the airport, but I waited less than three minuted before another arrived. This driver was just as friendly and helpful as the first and got all the passengers back to the lot quickly.
When I returned to my vehicle, I saw a large plastic bag on my passenger window. I immediately thought my car had been broken into or some mishap had broken my passenger window. When I checked the window, I realized it had not been broken, but I had instead left the window down in my rush to get to the shuttle. There was a storm while I was away and apparently some thoughtful employee took the time to place the bag (very carefully and thoroughly I must say) on my window to prevent even more rain from getting into my vehicle.
I was greatly appreciative of the unknown employee's actions and I had every intention of sending a letter to The Parking Spot showing my gratitude, but I hope this review will be an adequate substitute. |

There were no concerns with my car upon return. The only recommendation I would have, is to make sure you retain your copy of any deposit made prior to your visit as there is no record kept. Unfortunately, I could not locate my receipt and ended up forfeiting my $8 deposit. Very postive experience overall, and I would definitely utilize this service in the future! |

| (June 20, 2012) This was quite simply put: WAY TOO EASY!!!! Online registration/reservation was a snap. We printed out the reservation, paid the $ 7.50 reservation fee, then when our travel date came up, We drove to the lot (directions were provided) an Attendant showed us where to park, gave Us a card with our spot location on it (He told Us to give it to the shuttle driver upon return) then helped Us load Our luggage into the shuttle and then took us to the Terminal. Upon Our return, the Driver dropped Us right at Our vehicle, helped unload Our luggage from the shuttle, then into Our vehicle, and, to top the already exemplary service, at the time of checkout, the Attendant offered, and gave Us 2 cold bottles of water for the ride home!!! Hows that for truly great Customer Service!!! We will DEFINITELY use The Parking Spot again. Again, this was truly "WAY TOO EASY". |
