The lot is clean, well lit and easy to find.
We will use them again.

| (November 11, 2011) This was our first time using Thrifty parking and will definitly use it again!! Driver took us to the airport right to the terminal and helped us unload. The when we returned called and shuttle was there in less than 5 minutes. |

| Questionable Reservation taking and checkout. |
| (October 31, 2011) During the checkout process (after my trip) they could not find my reservation even though I had my paper work. It took at least a half an hour if not longer for them to figure out what to charge me. It involved talking to a manager who couldn't help and then they had to call someone. In the end I noticed on the reciept they gave me it had my name but someone elses license plate number and it said my car was a gold Saturn when it was in fact a black Ford Focus!

| (October 27, 2011) I had difficulty finding the lot and did not have my call answered when I needed directions. Did not find the computer map helpful.
The gentleman who rode with me to the airport was very helpful.

| (October 14, 2011) I arrived early in the morning and was taken to the airport right away. I wanted to give the driver my paper work and he indicated that it was not necessay. On my return, that is when I waited about 20/30 minutes. I then called the office and was told to go across the street and catch the shuttle. I was told I would be picked up but was not told that I would need to catch the shuttle. I thought my vehicle would pick me up. That was the only problem I encountered. Thanks.

| How was my use of Thrifty? |
| (May 6, 2011) It started off really bad--I had a 6 AM flight and called the phone number where I made my reservation for Thrifty (this was my first experience with them in this location) to ask when I should arrive at Thrifty and was told to be there 4 hours before. I didn't think that very reliable, but did come 3 hours before to discover that the airport was not open until 4:30 AM. They took me to the airport in their van (years ago they drove me in my car). I have bad arthritis and had requested a wheelchair when making my airline reservations. There was one other couple in the airport. I also got my Boarding Pass online expecting efficient boarding. Just as the airport opened a huge crowd of travelers rushed up to the computers and one single Delta person tried to help. I tried to get her attention that I needed a wheelchair, but she insisted I use the computer, but it would not recognize me with my Boarding Pass information. When she saw how much pain I was in, she got a wheelchair and took my Boarding Pass and my checked bag (I had "checked" it online, too), let the wheelchair person get me through security where he pawned me off to the person driving the cart who took me to the gate. It was even worse in Atlanta. But you really only want to know how Thrifty was and it was great. My car was clean (not a usual state) and though I was told to keep my reservation paper which showed that I prepaid part of the bill, I actually lost it on the trip, but my information was in your computer and I am thoroughly happy. I will not get there so early next time. |

| (April 13, 2011) Absolutely no problems with Thrifty. Shuttle arrived quickly, driver was helpful and kind, and my SUV was waiting for me. Check-out went fine......and I even got a discount for AAA membership.
My only complaint is I didn't get a discount for Seniors or ex-military. Truthfuly, though, I am weeeellll pleased with Thrify and will continue to use them in the future.
Oh, by the way, their lot is very close to airport and quite easy to find....just down the road a mile or so. |

| Pleasant Experience |
| (March 25, 2011) I have never parked at the Thrifty Airport Parking before, but they will be my choice parking place each time I travel from now on.
The staff is unbelievably courteous. Everyone actually smiles. They are all very pleasant.
Other than their having difficulty starting my car when I arrived to pick it up (and in all fairness, I do too from time to time)dealing with Thrifty was effortless.
Overall, a very pleasant experience.

| (February 18, 2011) I had never used this service before. It went super except I forgot to read the directions to get there so couldn't find them, had to call. I thought there would at least be a sign on main road to airport, but since that area is mostly owned by the airport they can't put a sign up I guess. When I got back to my car,they had hung a sign on my mirror, and I didn't read it until I got down the road, where I made a u-turn and went back. They wanted payment. For some reason I thought it would be paid through the website I used to make the reservation which was not Thrifty. I just made a deposit with them. But even with that the service was great and will do it again if I am by
myself and it is a late return! |

| (September 19, 2010) The service was excellent. The valet was available when I drove up and the shuttle was waiting when I returned. Very fast service. There seemed to be some confusion on handling my online reservation and receipt. One agent had to call in another agent to handle it. |

| (August 28, 2010) The service is always very good, but this time it was exceptionally great! The driver who picked us up at the airport was so helpful with our large suitcases, and with a smile. He then insisted on taking our bags to our car, and walked away without hesitating for a tip. We had to chase him down to give him a tip! Excellent customer service and we felt like he was really there to help us...he's a keeper!!!

This was a very easy way to park at the airport; didn't have to wait long for the shuttle, and the drivers were all very friendly and helpful. I had trouble finding the location of the lot initially, but that was due to the lack of street signs - when I called Thrifty, they were able to help direct me to the lot with no problems. |

| Easy, Convenient and Safe |
| (August 9, 2009) Service is great! Convience of booking in advance is great. Agent rides with you in your car to the airport gate and returns your car to Thrifty.
Upon return, simply catch Thrifty Shuttle back to your car and keys are in car waiting on you.
Simply, Easy, Convenient!
