| (January 3, 2012) I reserved parking online and when I showed up, I was told that I had to valet my vehicle. I saw a parking spot open just past the main entrance but I was told that was reserved and I couldnt park there. I didnt feel comfortable leaving my car and my keys with a stranger for a week but I did because I had to catch a flight. If i was a quicker thinker, I would have written down the mileage before I handed over the keys. Scenes from Ferris Bueller's Day Off flashed through my head.
When I returned from my trip, my car had been parked almost at the end of the lot. I had to walk quite a ways to get my vehicle. So, why could I not have parked the car myself in a closer open space to begin with....the world may never know. |

| (October 25, 2011) I could not be more pleased with the parking arraangements: it is very close to the airport, the staff -even at 4am were alert and courteous and helpful. They understood the barcode etc of the reservation I made on line. When I came to leave with my car the attendant - a lady - could not have been more helpful and courteous.
I haven't used this parking facility before but I will certainly do so again and recommend it to my friends and acquaintances. |

| (October 24, 2011) Great place to park your car for an inexpensive price per day $6.00 daily rate beats out all the parking lots in the area of the Burbank Bob Hope Airport. There is a $3.00 service charge. The vehicle was kept safe. There is no inside parking for your vehicle; all vehicle are parked in outside parking lot. There is no shuttle service because the parking lot is in short walking distance to the Airport. As long as you're willing to walk a little distance the savings in the “Southwest Parking” fees are a great deal. |

| (June 4, 2011) I admit when I pulled up it looked a little shady, but the attendant was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I had no issues leaving the car there as it is a busy road and its fenced in. Spacing can be a little tight so if you have a very nice car and do not want dents make sure you park in one of the parallel spots. Overall I was very satisfied and the walk to the airport is very short, maybe five minutes at the most. It was much better than waiting for a shuttle to take me to my car. I would use them again. |

| (April 25, 2011) This was a very convenient place to park for $6 per day. The parking is tight, and not particularly attractive,but oh so near the airport. I dropped my wife and luggage off at the terminal and then parked the car. It took no more than 15 minutes to drop her off, park, and walk back to the terminal.
On return, we got our luggage and walked over to Southwest. Our plane landed at 7 PM, we got our luggage, walked to Southwest, and were on the road by 7:30 PM.
The attendant both coming and going were very polite and accomodating. I would definitely use Southwest again if I were flying out of Burbank. |

The parking attendant was very kind and helpful. It's an excellent deal for how close it is to the airport. My car was parked on the lot for 10 days and I have no complaints. | (March 23, 2011) After finding the entrance in the dark, i pulled in and gave the attendant my pre-paid reservation confirmation. He took down my license plate information and pointed me to what looked like the final open spot; I was glad i made a reservation. The walk was close by and easy since all i had was a carry on. My return flight was cancelled so I returned a day later than anticipated; no problem, just paid the extra six bucks for the extra day. I did have to make the walk in the rain on my trip home, but hey, you can't have everything perfect.
In summary, if you are traveling lightly and with out kids (you have to cross a busy street with no traffic signal), this is an easy, inexpensive place to park. |

| (February 23, 2011) No one is holding a spot for you when you make reservations and prepay and they don't let you prepay the entire amount so you have to spend time paying again when you leave. The parking is alongside Empire Street which is very busy and dangerous to cross--the parking guys warned me. To top it off it was a couple of blizzardy, rainy days I had to walk through multiple car rental lots, etc. drenched, to get to the airport area, lugging my own luggage. You'd need to wear good walking shoes and plan to haul and walk a long ways. |

Your car is outside but hey...it's California so it is all good. Then it was a great deal! It was convenient in that we drove ourselves to the airport and our car was waiting when we got back. I will definitely use Southwest Parking for our next trip! Also, you can reserve your spot online which makes everything easier. |

| (January 15, 2011) Southwest Parking provides basic services. Nothing more and nothing less. The facility is a long and narrow sliver of land between a railroad track and the street, wide enough for a row of cars on each of its margins, and a lane in the center so you can drive out. At the entrance, there is no sidewalk, pedestrian crossing lane or traffic light to assist you in crossing the street to the airport. You just wait for a break in traffic and walk. It is about a 5 to 10 minute walk depending on how fit you are, how much luggage, or how many kids you are juggling. There are no real amenities like a van for transport, but the cost is as low as it gets. You pays yer money, and you takes yer choice. |

| (December 28, 2010) I was expecting a shuttle to take me to the airport. I have shoulder problems and had to take my luggage farther than I should. I had pain for the duration I was out of town. I would suggest that this is announced during reservations for those with physical issues.
The service providers at the parking destination did not have record that I had paid 12 dollars for the reservation, luckily I had record of this so that I was not double charged.
Overall, I felt that six dollars was a reasonable charge and will use the service again, but I will drop my luggage off first before parking. thank-you. |

I had a bit of uncertainty locating your lot, (you have to cross the railroad track first, which Nestor Jr led me to after a bit of coaxing), but once I was parked it was a quick jaunt to the airport, (and I wasn't exactly early for my flight!). Then Nestor Sr. had absolutely no change when I returned later that night but managed to come up with $14 of the $14.90 he owed from the $20 I gave him. And how can you argue with a price of $6 per day for airport parking in LA!!! Thanks again. I will continue to use your lot every time I travel from Burbank. |

We were fortunate to find a spot to park right at the lot entrance. We were not aware that we could walk through the parking lot to get to a pedestrian crossing so ran across the boulevard to get to the sidewalk on the airport side of the street (not safe). It would be helpful if the parking staff could mention what to do. Other than that, the parking attendant was super nice and helpful. Definitely a good employee. |

It's not an obviously signed lot so I did pass it by the first time. I do have to say, it is right across the street from the airport but it isn't that short of a walk. I would say at least a 5 minute walk. Am I just lazy? But for the rate of $6 a day, it is waaaaay worth it. |
