| (January 17, 2012) We have been parking here for years and so lucky to get the same driver. He is funny and friendly which makes our short ride a pleasure at 4am. The staff is courteous and the check in/out process is quick. When we return very late in the evening we call them and they are there fast. Which is great when you're tired. Thank you so much. | (January 15, 2012) It was nice to be able to get into a warm car with the snow brushed off. The wait for the shuttle was a very long, cold 25 minutes. Not sure the wait time was worth it. Will give it another try, but if the wait continues to be this long, probably won't continue with this lot. |

| (December 1, 2011) A recent article in the Buffalo News suggested that another airport parking site was less expensive and the best deal. No way! Can't compare to Airport Valet Parking! The other one was located a mile or so away from the airport; this one is literally across the street. For the other one you had to PAY for Valet service or park your own car. This one not only parks your car for free but has it out and ready and warmed up for you when you return. And, by the way, the rate per day was actually less than the other one lauded in the paper. (So, don't believe everything you read.) We have used Airport Valet Parking several times now and it is by far the best price and best service around. Highly recommend. |

Returned to the parking lot in the rain and my car was parked under cover with the trunk open waiting for me. Wouldn't use any other parking service at the airport. On the way back I texted the company that I had arrived and they were there in 15-20 minutes, my car was waiting by the door when I got back to the office. The shuttle drivers were really friendly. I liked them alot.
Make sure you get a coupon or book ahead so its nice and affordable. Also at the airport you get picked up at the hotel shuttle booth. That was a bit confusing but resolved easily. |

The price per day was great.
The only problem was locating your lot. I made the reservation online. We used a GPS to take us to the Genesee St address but could see no Airport Parking Valet sign from the street, so assumed you must be part of airport parking. When we called your office, the attendant was not very specific in telling us exactly where you were. A large sign on the street - in your colors - would have been extremely helpful.
Despite locating difficulties, now that we know where you are, we will definitely use you again. Over all, you provided a good experience and value for our money.
