| (August 30, 2010) Dropped off my car for a 3 day trip. The agent at the counter was quick and efficient and I was out of there in less than 2 minutes. I was then shuttled to the airport. The driver loaded and unloaded my luggage and dropped me off right at the airport door. Upon my return, I used the courtesy phone to call for the shuttle. It was there in no time. When we arrived back at the office, my car was parked out front and ready for me. The driver loaded my luggage into my car as I went into the office to pay my bill. I retrieved my car keys and was on my way. I would definitely use Airport Valet Parking again. Highly recommended! |

| (August 26, 2010) The #1 problem with long-term airport parking is the careless people who park next to you and dent/scratch your car with their luggage. You don't have this problem with valet parking. The Airport Valet Parking folks were very courteous and got us to the airport in just a few minutes. On the return flight we had to wait about 18 minutes to be picked-up but we made-up for the time by having our vehicle ready and parked up front and in the shade. |

I had to call twice and the lady on the other end, the second time I called, said she could not find my ticket. We ended up waiting 20 minutes when it only takes 1 minute to get there from Valet Parking. I am hoping this was just a bad time as everything went very smoothly and I intend to use them again. |

The shuttle drivers were very helpful & amiable, although,(& this is as much our fault as the driver's) I have one suggestion to make. While my husband & the driver were loading our luggage into the shuttle van (& I was sitting in the van), a troop of Hungarian Girl Scouts picked up our carryon bags from the sidewalk by mistake. We didn't realize until we got back to Fulton that our bags were missing & received the phone call as to what had happened. As a result, we had to drive all the way back to Buffalo, turning a 3 hour drive into 9!! This might have been avoided had the driver asked us to check to see that all our luggage was in the van & then again that it was all transferred to our vehicle as well. We will certainly be more vigilant in the future! |

When returning the shuttle was there within 10 minutes to pick me up at the curb, the car was at the front door when I arrived. The gentleman put my luggage in the trunk while I went in to pay and was pulling out of the parking lot within 5 minutes! Superb service and will definitely use again!

My first problem was that I wasn't sure where I was going and when I pulled into where the GPS took me and inquired as to if it was where I should be, it took 3 different employees to figure out if I was in the right place. Also, my deposit didn't come off of my final bill and I had to explain several times that the tax wasn't $6.00 before they would look into it further to determine that I was correct and my bill should have been $6.00 less. |

When we arrived the person taking us to the airport explained the process of how to obtain our car on our return. this was very helpful on our return. The young man that picked us up at the airport was very helpful and explained to us that he had tried to start our car so it would be cooled off when we arrived back at your lot, but o his surprise our vehicle would not start. Your employee obtained a battery jumper and we were on our way. We really appreciate his help and we will be using your service in the future.

| (July 21, 2010) The gentleman driving the shuttle van on Friday morning (7/16 around 7 am) was not very nice. Definitely had an attitude and was not helpful. The inside clerk was nice.
On the other hand, the van driver on the way back (Sunday, 7/19) was fantastic and a great ambassador for your company. When I went to check out, the amount was wrong, as the cashier didn't realize I had a reservation. that was easily remedied,but I wondered why she didn't know.
I would definitely use the service again. |

The only knock was that when we used the courtesy phone at the terminal the first two phones didn't work ( probably the airport fault,not airport valet. )Then when we did connect with the airport valet employee there was some confusion as to our customer # not starting with the proper # so we had to give our name and discribe our car, which started to make me a little nervous about the service. But, as already stated, after that the service was prompt and good. |

We pulled in, they immediately grabbed my keys (no waiting) told me i needed to sign a quick form that it would take 30 seconds which it took literally that, and when I went back out to get my bags loaded in the shuttle, the driver already had that done! I was at the terminal faster than I imagined I'd be. Then on the return, we called from a direct connect phone in baggage claim and they said they'd be right over. Less than 5 minutes later we were loaded and heading back to the garage. I mean, these guys waist no time. I will definately use this service again! You guys are a friend for life! thanks. :-)) |

| (March 10, 2010) Service was great! All employees were very curtious and helpful. They all smiled. There was a prompt pick up at the airport. My car was running and warm when I arrived to pick it up.
The only negative thing was the poor signage in front. I knew from the map on the Internet that it was located right on the corner. I thought it would be easy to find. It was, but I didn't know I was there. I was right in front and read in great big letters, "Buget". Since I was looking for "Airport Valet Parking", I drove to the next parking company down the street. After they informed me I was in the wrong place, I had to explain to their gate attendant what had happened so they would let me out without having to pay.
It was a good thing I was early so it did not matter too much that I had just wasted 15 minutes.
However, this is a huge problem that needs to be addressed if you want new people to use the lot. Obviously, I will not be making the same mistake again. |
