| (July 18, 2011) Check out was a bit of a fiasco. The computer evidently was down...and the gentleman at the booth was on the phone working on the problem. A young lady, possibly in training, offered us water, while we waited about 15 minutes to go through. When he finally got the payment setup ready...our credit card wouldn't go through because a fradulent charge had occurred on it somewhere along on our trip, by another unknown party. We then paid your lot and had to juggle money around , because the booth wasn't prepared to supply change to cash. We didn't get any sort of receipt for our money...I have talked to a booth manager today 7/18/11 and assured our credit card charge did not go through in addition to our paying cash. The booth man had to manually open the gate to let us out when we left. We have used this lot a number of times, and would do so again. The bus was very prompt and the drivers both helpful and polite ...both leaving and returning. Hope your computer got fixed. |

| Made Flying from RIC a Breeze |
| (June 9, 2011) Using Park N Go at the Richmond airport made my trip a breeze. I was aware of Park N Go's service from their radio advertisements, and my coworkers gave them high praise. So the night before I flew out of Richmond, I used Park N Go's web site to make a reservation and pay for the parking; they offer a discount on the already low price for booking and paying online.
On my departure trip, I was on the Park N Go bus within 5 minutes of arriving at their lot, and was dropped off at the airport terminal just a few minutes later.
On my return trip, a Park N Go bus was outside waiting, so within 10 minutes of picking up my checked bags, I was in my car and on my way home.
I can't image using any other parking service at the Richmond airport.

| What good is paying in advance???? |
| (June 3, 2011) We lost out on our "$7.91 reservation" that we put on our credit card because we did not show our paper copy from the internet, perhaps our mistake for being a firsttime user. HOWEVER, you advertise a AAA discount rate, but when we asked for it, we were told that we received the AAA rate!!!!! The rate charged to us was the same rate as advertised, $5.99 a day..no discount for AAA at all......I think that to offer something that the customer does not get is not a good practice. I will pass this fact on to others that I know that may want to use your services. I live in Richmond and know many people that fly out of the Richmond airport.
The shining stars were the drivers, their courteous manner and their promptness in getting us to and from the airport. |

The associates at Park N Go immediately got us to a parking space, the van followed us and unloaded our bags for us. We made it to the terminal in plenty of time. Upon our return, we called the lot, and a van was at the airport to pick us up as soon as we walked out of the terminal. The cost is great! Not having to worry about what lot we parked in at the airport was definitely a plus, and not having to walk the lot at the airport while carrying our luggage was a relief after a tiring flight.So glad we found out about this place!! |

| (April 15, 2011) I left at midnight on the 13th, actually about 12:15 on the 14th. But the estimate when I booked assumed it was midnight on the 12th and when left I was charged for an additional day. I think the time schedule has 11:30 PM and then next is 12:00 AM, but based upon the way you charge the 12:00 AM should be the very first time, not the last. Sounds confusing but just look at the list of times and you will see what I mean. Otherwise, the service worked well. |

| (April 12, 2011) I had a made an advance reservation at Park N Go as we were taking an eight day trip. The lady at the booth quickly checked us in and told us where to park. A van came to our car and took us directly to the airport.
On our return flight, the van picked us up within minutes of me calling and took us to our vehicle.
No fuss, no muss (whatever muss is).
This is definitely more convenient (no toting bags out of car to the terminal from the expensive parking garage)and a lot less cheaper than airport parking. |
