| (April 16, 2011) Used on-line reservation, paying $3/day extra for valet service. Still had to go in and give them my information. Shuttle bus has no shocks, extremely rough ride. I called 48 hrs before my planned arrival to say I was staying an extra day, my new arrival time, etc. Still had to call to get picked up. Wrong car was ready. They were more interested in determining how the error occurred than making things right; i.e., I carried my own bags. My advice, if wheater is nice, use self-park and save your money. |

| (January 1, 2011) I had recent foot surgery and my husband and I were flying to S. Carolina for Christmas. He found out about your valet parking and it was a huge blessing to us since I couldn't get up on a shuttle bus. They dropped us off and picked us up in our car - a huge convenience and worth the small amount of extra money.

| (November 17, 2010) I have used Park N Go three times in the last year and I've always been completely satisfied. I use the valet parking. The shuttle is there and takes me to the airport immediately upon arrival to the lot. I just call after my return and the shuttle is there in minutes to take me back to my car, which is running and ready to go. Wouldn't go any other way. |

| Best Staff I've Ever Seen! |
| (December 31, 2009) The staff that works at this place are the friendliest people that I've ever encountered in any airport parking lot any place! The van from the airport was a bit late (only a few minutes, but the attendant who answered my call told me that it was at the curb waiting) and my car wasn't warmed up and parked out front when I got to the lot like I'd expected. I do drive a diesel and getting it started on a cold night in December might have been a problem for the crew. All in all this is a great place to park and I'd recommend it highly to anyone flying from the Dayton airport. |
