| (January 23, 2012) The staff were very friendly and helpful. I parked, the shuttle was there before I had my suitcase out of my trunk. When I returned, I stood outside the airport for less than 5 minutes, they took me straight back to my car and I was out of there within another 5 minutes. EXCELLENT!! |

| (September 19, 2011) Shuttle bus was in the lot and ready to pick me up at my car with no waiting. Having a paper to take with me on the bus was excellent. On the return trip, shuttle bus picked me up in a couple of minutes and dropped me at my car.
All the Keck staff were very friendly. |

| (September 16, 2011) Keck was very helpful when I had trouble with my remote door opener; it's battery was dead. They took my wife and me to an adjacent motel and I was able to get a new bettery in the morning and be on my way. |

| (August 31, 2011) To all- the staff at Keck is the best I have experienced in many many years. I am a world traveler, and I rate this overall experience a 10 ! Not only is the pickup and drop-off flawless, INCLUDING the lot attendant telling me upon entry to wait by my car, regardless of where I park. And wow! In a minute or 2, the shuttle came right to my vehicle. Drop off was minutes away. On my return, pickup was within ONLY a few minutes, and then came the EXTRA service not expected. My battery on my SUV was dead. Within 2 minutes, LITERALLY, a woman came with a prtable charger, and I was on my way. If anyone needs a top-flight SECURE lot to park, you MUST use Keck, as their service is unbeatable.

| (May 27, 2011) Keck's airport parking is a real convenience, at a reasonable price. Our only complaint was waiting for the van to pick us up on arrival, as it was cold and windy. We waited for about 10 minutes, in late afternoon. But the driver was considerate and took us directly to our vehicle. |

| (March 18, 2011) The shuttle was waiting for me when I arrived early in the morning (before 5:00 am). The woman in the office came out and guided me to my parking place, took my heavy suitcase from my car and she and the driver put it in the shuttle, and we were off to the airport where the driver put my suitcase on the sidewalk for me. When I returned, the shuttle was right outside the door. The friendly driver put my suitcase in the shuttle, and he even put it in my car for me when we returned to the Keck lot. What a pleasant experience. I will always return to this lot when flying from Des Moines International Airport!! |

| Why do i need a silly title? |
| (March 11, 2011) Operation went very smoothly. Dropped off at airport immediately and upon my return was picked up within 5 minutes. The rates are 1/2 the airport's rate, so for a 14 day trip the savings were substantial. |

The only thing I would like to see different is the telephone number visible at the luggage area, or maybe have the driver give you a card when you leave with the number on it. No matter I would use again with out question for a long or short trip, as they were right there to pick us up when we arrived home. |

| Keck Parking |
| (February 17, 2011) Funny story ... I reserved Keck Parking ... my friend parked my car in the Des Moines International Parking lot next to Keck Parking. The shuttle bus driver tried to find my car in the Keck lot (I went to get it upon return) ... and I finally realized it just was not there. Yes, I then took the airport shuttle to Lot #2 and there it was!
The Keck driver saw me still standing waiting for a shuttle about an hour later and gave me a Keck business card so this would not happen again!
Anyway, I think I only lost a deposit and I will certainly use Keck Parking in the future ... and I will drive my car to the lot !

Easy to find the shuttle upon returning and they come around timely if they are waiting there for people.
This is the only place that I park when using the airport.

When I returned home, there was a Keck shuttle waiting outside the airport terminal that quickly took me to my car. My one and only complaint would be that the woman working in the office during the evening when I left was not very nice. |
