Check in and out process was fast and easy.
After calling for pick up. The van was full so I needed to wait for the van to circle back to pick us up, appx 20 minutes.
My car was safe and secure in the well lit parking lot. Milage on the car was exactly the way I left it. When I arrived back on site after my vacation, my car was pulled to the front and ready for me to jump in and leave.
Over all, I would use ABC again, easy to get to and professional service.

Drivers were friendly, the price was fair, and our car was ready. No problems. I would use this lot again when I fly out of Newark. |

| Quick to airport, long wait for return shuttle |
| (September 26, 2012) Check in/check in were quick. No complaints going to airport...shuttle took us immediately. The way home was a different story. I called from baggage terminal A with bags in hand, was told to go outside to lowest level and wait near light. Did as told. After 15 minutes (and lots of other shuttles going by), called again. I was told a shuttle would be there shortly (and that one had come by that I hadn't seen -- there hadn't been one! Later they said he'd gone by terminal C looking for us.) I called again 10 minutes later, person on phone apologized and told me one would be there in a couple of minutes. Finally one came -- When I got to the lot, they apologized but didn't offer any monetary discount...it was a long time to wait when we were eager to get home.
It seems like a pretty small operation...fewer shuttles than others...Longtermparking.org & the one with the spots had 4-5 shuttles go by during that period. |

| (September 26, 2012) this is our 2nd time use,and the service was fast going to airport and pick up.I've recommended this parking service to a co worker and they used it and had the same comments. very good service.
BUT ,I would prefer they keep record of deposit so it will be deducted without us producing the receipt at payment time. I was almost charged the full amount again had I not carried the deposit receipt. It's been paid in advance so it should be deducted as part of the total payment. If people forget they have deposits or receipt to present then they lose their deposit coz that's unrefundable after.We're paying your asking price already,your need for deposits so it's but fair for you to deduct that deposit upfront. |

But when I went to checkout and pay they said that it was more per day because I had a truck instead of a compact car and nowhere did anyone say anything about a different charge because of having a truck.
This ruined it for me.I like to have no surprises at the end of a long trip. |

| (September 15, 2012) The driver was great and very courteous...the only problem was I didn't know I was suppose to present the receipt from the internet when I went to pay the bill, so they charged me a different amount. I noticed that when I got home, contacted them and I am waiting for the refund...so remember to present your internet print when you go to pay the bill.
Oh, and it was a little bit confused to find the place, but if they really refund me, I'll use them again for sure! |

| (September 15, 2012) I've used three different off-site reduced-rate lots at Newark, and the staff of the other two were mixed-- one guy refused to honor my on-line reservation because I hadn't had a chance to print it, even though I showed it to him on my laptop. The same thing happened at ABC, and they said "No problem." They are also consistently friendly and welcoming, which is pleasant after a long flight home. And the van is always there promptly to pick me up. |

Our car was in perfect condition and was pulled up and ready when we returned to the lot. The pickup from the airport was a little aggravating because the driver had to wait for another group of travelers who were moving slowly. In fact, we suspect they may have called before they cleared customs. I understand the driver had to wait, but we were ready to get home! Customers might want to keep that in mind as a courtesy to other passengers. Found out as we paid that there would have been a discount for cash, which would have helped to understand ahead of time. | (March 14, 2012) I called prior to leaving my house and I was given perfect directions to the facility. When I arrived at 5:00 a.m., I was waited on promptly and courteously. The shuttle arrived in less than five minutes and took me to my terminal without any difficulty at all. I was impressed by the efficiency of the service. I was given a valet ticket which had the phone number to call upon arrival back to Newark.
When I arrived back, I called the number and was given instructions on where to meet the shuttle. I missed the first shuttle which was already at the airport but the next one arrived within 5 - 10 minutes. I was taken back to ABC airport parking and when I arrived my car was waiting for me right in front of the office. The check out was prompt and courteous. I tipped each person involved in my processing because the service was outstanding but I never felt any pressure or feeling from any of the workers that I was expected to do so.
The experience was outstanding and I will definitely use this lot again on my next stay. The price is far superior to the airport long term lot and it is much more convenient. |
