| (January 2, 2009) left my car for 1 week. returned and had a cracked front windshield. Tried to get hold of the owner numerous times and he never called me back. I had to replace the windshield and pay for it myself. Irresponsible. |

(January 29, 2008) They don't take American Express although they advertise that they do. They have very nasty attitude and ignore customers when they are trying to pay. NOT customer oriented.

| Avoid This Lot |
(January 7, 2008) I parked my car for a week. I recorded the odometer reading when I dropped off the car and when I picked it up, the odometer showed that the car had been driven 90 miles. The manager refuses to call me back despite repeated attempts at speaking with him.
Pros: Cheap
Cons: They use your car while it is parked. |

(October 17, 2007) Do not book any online reservations with this parking lot. They have no idea how the internet works. If you make a payment online they still try and take the full amount for the parking. I am currently still trying to get some of my money back. Pay the extra $1 to $2 dollars per day for a closer lot that's in a better area
Cons: Tricky to find, area not good, and will take advantage of you if you book online. |

(June 27, 2007) I've parked here on a number of travel adventures and have always been satisfied.
Pros: Great Price. Polite Staff. Close to Jersey Gardens and IKEA.
Cons: Can be difficult to find the first time around. |

(April 1, 2007) I have been parking at ABC for over a year now. I finally moved out of the ugly P6 (formaerly known as G) lot. These people are pleasnat and they want your business. The ride to the airport is quick and the pickup is within 10 minutes of your call. Great people to deal with. Beats the heck out of the P6 shuttle.
Pros: Fast, safe and inexpensive
Cons: None that I can think of |

(February 22, 2007) Have used ABC for two years now, great friendly service, good rates, secure lot. They carry my bags, the shuttle is fast and frequent and office is efficient. Small family owned business that I'd rather give my money to.
Pros: Small operation, efficiently run, easy to find, close to airport. It's on the highway in an industrial commercial neighborhood.
Cons: No cons, other than the traffic can be bad at times. And the roads are confusing unless you know the area. |

(February 5, 2007) I have used ABC about 6-7 times so far and have NEVER had a problem. I will be honest, the first time I showed up at the lot I was kind of scared for my life, but the service was better than other places I have paid more than twice for, and I have never had a problem (unlike when I parked with AviStar and had stuff stolen from my glove box). All the times I have used ABC I have done so as a single female, traveling alone. If you can get over the crappy neighborhood, you will save yourself some $$$ as they offfer the best price for parking at Newark....believe me, I am cheap and have checked everywhere!
Pros: CHEAP price, GOOD service
Cons: The area is not the best, but hey, it's Elizabeth...that should go without saying. |
