| (February 1, 2012) Probably the best place I parked at SEATAC. First it is very close. Less than a mile. There was a driver parked right next to my car the moment I parked. Actually he saw me pull into the lot and followed me! When I got of the plane I waited or about 10 secs when two Thrifty buses showed up. This was great. |

| (January 28, 2012) We were very pleased with the Thrifty Airport parking. We arrived in a snowstorm at 5:30 a.m., and the shuttle was there waiting for us. Check in was a breeze.
We returned at 11 p.m. and the shuttle found us at the airport in three minutes or less. We had a little trouble finding the checkout booth as we drove through the lot to exit the site. The signs were not clear to us in the middle of the night, but where we ended up was the right place and the woman at the checkout booth was cordial and efficient.
We will use it again if we ever fly out of Sea-Tac again. |

We had a flight cancelled due to weather and returned about 11 hours later than I had indicated. However, it still was within the same 24 hour day, but she charged us for an additional day. Bummer.

| (January 17, 2012) I had really good experience with Thrifty parking. I was running late for the flight, and the shuttle driver who was driving by the parking lot stopped and waited for us. It took about 5 minutes or so to get to the airport. (but we still managed to miss the flight...). When we returned on Saturday evening, I saw a Thrifty shuttle leaving from the sky bridge and thought it would be a long wait. But another shuttle came after we waited no more than 10 minutes. So my guess is they have frequent shuttles. |

May have been over charged as I was charged a deposit while on-line reserving and fully charged with no deposit allowance at the gate.

| (January 5, 2012) We had an excellent experience at Thrifty. The lot is easy to find and it was easy to find a good parking space. The shuttle was right there and took us directly the airport--15 minutes from arriving at the lot to our airline. The return was just as easy. We waited about 5 minutes for the shuttle, were delivered right to our car, and left the lot about 20 minutes after arriving at the shuttle pick-up point. 5 minutes later we were on the freeway and on our way home. Good price, great service, excellent location. |

With the lot near the airport and the shuttles available almost immediately - made for a quick trip to and from the airport. Lot was clean and easily accessible. The rates were not the best but they were the best for what was available over the holidays. Also, our shuttle drivers ranged from extremely nice and helpful to not-so-much. Would like to have more help when faced with multiple bags and children. |

I've always been able to catch a shuttle in either direction within 5 minutes and even get an oil change from time to time. They are close to the airport so the drive is short. Drivers are courteous and busses are clean. |

| (January 3, 2012) When we got there, the shuttle was waiting in the lot, so that was great.
On the way back, I looked through the list of Off-site parking to call the shuttle, and could not find Thrifty Airport Parking anywhere... I tried calling the 800 number on the reservation and couldn't get to anybody. Luckily a shuttle came up so we hopped on, but I was really scrambling with luggage and trying to locate the phone number to call them! At least the shuttle comes frequently, so I didn't have to wait long! |

The shuttle driver helped find us a parking space, since the lot was very full, he was very helpful, pleasant, and courteous. By coincidence, we had the same shuttle driver on our return trip, and once again, he was very professional and pleasant.
The lot was clean, secure, and our vehicle well protected. The price was very ggod, and we will use Thrifty Airport Parking again when we travel. |

It was almost full when I arrived at the early hour of 4:30 AM. But, luckily, did find a spot. I did make a reservation, too. The shuttle was waiting to take me to the Airport-Great!! When we pulled in to the parking lot around 9pm for our departing flight, a shuttle was there and zipped over to us immediately.
When we arrived at the shuttle bus stand after our arriving flight, a shuttle pulled up in less than a minute.
The drivers are always helpful with luggage and courteous.

Had to check several times to make sure I was actually going to the Thrifty lot since some of these operators will have different lots far from the airport and trick you with their terminology. I seem to recall thinking as I was reading the instructions that by using this website I might be sent to a Thrifty second cousin lot operator. |

| (December 21, 2011) The shuttle bus was waiting for us as we pulled into the parking area. Parking was easy, open space just as we drove in. It was dark, but the lot was nicely lit and parking spaces were about normal in size.
On our return, the shuttle was less than 5 minutes away so the ride to our car was quick. Our car was as we left it some 5 days before.
Checkout was a breeze, just handed the attendant our papers for a fast checkout. Price was correct.
This is a very easy way to park and fly.

Drove in, walked a few feet, shuttle picked me up, picked up a few more people, was at the airport in less than 20 minutes, dropped me off at my check in area. Was worried on arrival back to Seattle that I would have to wait awhile, but this was faster than my friends or family picking me up! Just walked across the skybridge and there it was. Was back to my car in less than 15 minutes!

The shuttle was waiting for me when I dropped off my car, and I didn't need to waste precious time with paperwork before departure. Thrifty is just a quick hop to the airport. My car was safe and waiting when I returned, but covered with thick frost, and the driver even offered me a complementary window scraper. The only negative I can mention is having to wait 10 minutes for the return trip, which was at about 10:30 pm. Even so, I'll definitely give Thrifty another try,and hope the night delay was just a random hiccup in an otherwise great experience. |

| (November 30, 2011) When I parked my car, immediately a shuttle picked me up and took me to another shuttle that was leaving for the airport. We literally left immediately. The drive was very fast and I arrived at the airport ahead of time.
When I got back to the airport, the shuttle was waiting and we immediately got on and went straight to the parking lot. I found my car right away and was on the road in no time. It all happened so fast. The car was exactly as I left it. I even forgot to print out my e-mail reservation but they were very quickly able to look me up. It was cheap, easy and fast. I will definitely park here again.

We also had a hard time finding our car because he had gone past it and then kept repeating the ticket number we had given him. He made it sound like we had given him the wrong information. Their location was easy to find, parking lot was well marked (Row/Aisle/stall #) The shuttle pulled up just as I was getting out of the car, loaded my luggage and on the way within minutes. The return trip was just as easy, my timing was lucky because as I came down to the shuttle area, there was the Thrifty Van just pulling in. The brief trip from Sea-Tac to the parking lot and to my vehicle was easy. The same driver for both trips made it simple, in my mind this was parking done right. |

I got in and out of the parking lot quickly and felt like it was in a fairly secure lot. Pickup at the airport was fairly quick. The only recommendation I would have is for bigger parking spaces. With so many bigger vehicles around, it would be nice to have more space. I felt packed in there and wondered about the other vehicle hitting mine when opening doors. |

I love the part where he wrote down my parking spot number on a piece of paper so that upon my return I could either give the paper to the return shuttle driver or, at the very least, knew exactly where I was parked so that the return driver could take me directly back to my car. Which is exactly what happened. I was especially grateful for the "door-to-door" service since it was incredibly cold when I got back.

Quick pickup by the shuttle, easy to find parking place, sense of security, very close to the airport, clean and comfortable bus, quick ride to an easy drop off point at the airport.
Although it is not the lowest rate in the area, by using the online reservation system, it is very competitive. Worth the premium.

| (November 17, 2011) Dropping off our vehical wasn't a problem, but upon our return it was a very different experience. The man who was driving the van ran over a curb and was stuck. He kept backing up and going forward for several minutes before being able to move again. There were myself, my wife and one other person in the van at this time. After getting stuck on the curb, he commented that he would be able to fit down the row that he needed to go, but he turned down that row anyway and sure enough got stuck. He got off the bus to go expect the situation and I knew at this point that we would be in for a long wait. We exited the van and walk to the opposite end of your lot to get our vehicle. Once we got to the pay point, the attendant asked us for our paperwork. I handed her the ticket we were given upon arriving. She said she needed our orignial paperwork. It was in our bags in the back of the vehicle, so I got out and dug through to get it. Once I returned to the attendant and tried to give it to her, she said she didn't need it. At this point, I let her know that we would not be staying with this lot again. We were not very happy. |

| Great experience, used it twice already |
| (November 3, 2011) Both times I had a very good experience. Either the shuttle is already waiting, or one shows up in less than 5 mins. Takes maybe five mins to get to the airport. Coming back the driver will drop you off, close to where you're parked in the lot, so remember your lot #. |
