I park there every weekend and this is best experience I have found considering rate, pickup, ease of access, etc. Others may be cheaper, but they run shuttles constantly because of rental business also, so wait time is minimal. Parial pre-payment was not an issue. Would highly recommend. |

| (April 13, 2010) Thrifty Parking is great with a prepaid reservation. The location is convenient and the vans are prompt and frequent. The downside is that an online reservation at the thrifty.com website does not guarantee a reservation on arrival. However, a prepaid reservation at aboutparking.com will guarantee a reservation during the busiest travel seasons like Christmas. My experience is that prepaying a reservation requires about a $12-15 deposit for a weekly carpark reservation with payment of the balance on departure and you must have your prepayment receipt. |

| (April 12, 2010) This was my first use of Thrifty (and off site parking at the airport). Made reservations online which saved some money and assured a parking place for spring break week. Parking was easy and the drivers to the airport and return were prompt and courteous. The attendant at the checkout took my online reservation and after some time charged me what I felt at the time was more than promised on the online paper. My mistake was not asking for the paper (so I could refresh my memory) or asking for an explanation of the charges. However, when I got home I compared my receipt with the online reservations and clearly there was a big discrepancy. I called and spoke to your manager, Donna and after faxing her the paperwork, she promptly made the appropriate adjustment to charge me what had been promised on the reservation. Mistakes can happen and you (Donna) promptly did the right thing and made it right. So, I'm happy now and will use Thrifty the next time I need to park at the airport. Thanks for reading this and your concern for customer's issues and good will.

| (April 9, 2010) Overall it was a good experience. The shuttles were promt (no wait time) and got me to the airport quickly. The only detractor for me was the parking spaces are so small. The shuttle driver told me the are spaces for larger vehicles but I did'nt see any signs that would make it possible to find them without driving around the lot searhing(something I don't want to do if I am in a hurry to catch a plane). The only suggestion I would make is to make the parking spaces for larger vehicle more apparent. |

The bus drivers stalk you to your car, help you get your bag on the bus, and get you to the airport within about 5 minutes of pulling into the lot. They have always been friendly and polite. They also have shuttles running every few minutes, so it's never a long wait to catch the shuttle back to the parking lot. The checkout process is simple and efficient, and the lot is well lit. I feel pretty secure leaving my car there once I remove valuable from plain sight and lock it up. I recommend. |

They have a big lot so it was easy to find an open spot. Thrifty had a number (3-4 that I saw) of airport shuttles running (unlike one at other lots) even at 5:15 am so there was almost no wait on getting to the airport.
Airport pick up on return was quick and easy - no need to call for shuttle.
Drivers were very courteous.
Only drawback (and a minor one) was the long wait to pay when leaving the lot on return. This was more volume related as there were about ten cars leaving at same time.
Will definitely park here again for next trip. |

| (March 5, 2010) I have used Thrifty twice in the past month and each time has been perfect. They are located within 5 minutes of the airport, so it is very convenient coming and going. Each of my trips there has been a shuttle readily available to get me to the airport with little to no waiting. When you get on they give you a ticket to take with you which lists your parking space - the lot is pretty big so it eliminates you having to remember where you parked. Both times I have had to wait less than 5 minutes upon exiting the airport to grab a shuttle back to the parking lot - and they drop me off right at my car. The drivers are very friendly - this is a great service at a great price which I will use every time I fly.

| (March 1, 2010) We were told that the shuttle ran every 15 minutes up until maybe 1 a.m. This around 11:30 p.m. We had to wait well over 45 min. and also called twice to see where the shuttle was. The last call was: we will send him out. At checking out of the parking lot the gal at the gate told us our bill was $104.00, while actually it was only $57.00. It we could not have found our receipt, we would have had to pay the extra amount. I did not appreciate that since we were in the system. I don't know if I will use them again or not. |

| (March 1, 2010) I recently parked my vehicle at Thrifty for 10 days while on a business trip/vacation. I can tell you that there are lots of places to park your car at SeaTac. I chose Thrifty mainly because of the rate, but it was their staff that made the experience something to comment about.
When I first pulled into the lot, I was having trouble finding a spot for my Surburban. I was getting a little frustrated until one of their shuttle drivers saw me driving around (searching), drove out to me and had me follow him to some slots for larger vehicles. Then, helped me load all of our luggage into the shuttle to take us to the airport.
When we returned, we waited about 10 minutes for the shuttle to take us back to our spot. Again, our driver was helpful and very courteous!

| (February 27, 2010) Haven't tried the others, and now probably never will. Maybe I fluked out a bit, but I parked my car, caught the shuttle that was waiting. Then on my return, walked out the airport doors, and the shuttle was there, I got on and it left right away. I think being part of the Thrifty car rental chain means they will always be top notch. I guess there may be some places that offer covered parking, but I park outside at home anyways, and so that wasn't an issue for me. Lot felt very secure as well.

| (February 18, 2010) Pick-up and drop-off were flawless... however, the event that rates you a 5 star is this... when I returned to my vehicle, I found that my battery had gone flat... when I approached your lot attendant he quickly responded by producing a battery charger, since all I needed was a boost, within minuits I was on my way. Tell your staff they are doing a GREAT JOB!.
