| Great Value - Not any different from anyone else |
| (February 17, 2010) I used to always stay at this lot that did valet and was in and out and sometimes even used the indoor garage, however I found Thrifty when I needed to save money and was amazed! I parked for 4 days for only $35, my normal lot would have been $90 for 4 days. Yes I didnt have my car turned on waiting for me with the heater running, but for the amount of money I saved, who cares. The Thrifty Shuttle picked me up and dropped me off right at my car, so in a way it was similar to valet. I will surely use this lot again in my many travels. |

The shuttles are very quick to pick you up in the parking lot and take you to the terminal so it puts me at ease that I can always count on not losing time there if rushing to get to a flight. And the drivers are always very kind and friendly. |

We booked on line and got a very good daily rate for the 9 days we were gone. Pick up from the airport was timely. We will pay more attention the next time and we will not park under the trees along the back fence as we had a lot of tree debris on the car when we returned. We will park with you again in the future. |

We have used Thrifty parking a few years ago and we were happy with their service then. It looks like they made improvements which made the whole parking process more efficient and the staff are friendlier this time around.

I found it just as convenient and about half the cost of paying for a ride (three day trip) but the costs would even out or be more for a week or longer stay. I would use the parking for short trips in the future. |

I reserved my parking on line 30 Jan 10, departed 31 Jan 10, returned on 3 Feb. I showed the tenent my preprinted statment that showed the discount,and my ticket from the gate when entering on 31 jan, not sure what happen, but there was a problem with the reservation getting the discount at first. I was getting chared regular price, not the on line price, problem was resolved once the manager showed up, and about 5 min later.
Please do a little bit better job with on line reservations (this was not the first time you seen the online discount)! this was a great location, good van transportation to airport.

We usually go with the cheapest available, but didn't think to reserve parking until the last minute and Thrifty was one that had availability. It was definitely worth it! The driver was in the lot, saw us as we pulled in, and was waiting as we got out of our car. When we returned, rather than having to call and wait upwards of a half-hour for a van to appear, there was the Thrifty van within a few minutes of arriving at the curb. Thrifty counted my Wednesday afternoon drop-off to Sunday morning pick-up as four days; other lots counted it as five, so even though Thrifty's price per day was a bit higher than some, it still cost me less. I'll certainly park there again. |

| (July 1, 2009) I almost didn't choose Thrifty because I am used to using some of the lower-cost parking services. But I had heard that you offered great service and that your shuttles ran more often than many of the others.
Overall, I was very pleased with the service and prompt pickup. I do wish you could lower your prices, but I guess that's the price I pay for the extra shuttles.

| (February 17, 2009) I use the Thrify parking service for an overnight trip. It was easy to use, the staff was curteous, and the lot safe. The one thing that would have helped me was to understand where I would be picked up by the courtesy van. I was not sure whether I should wait for the van at my car or try to find a center stop to get picked up.

| (January 6, 2009) Your fee is high in relationship to other lots in the area. I received a ticket to place on my dashboard and that was it. I had concerns about my vehicle as the weather conditions were bad and I was directed to park in a peculiar slot. As we were whisked away quickly to the airport I tried to lock my car with my device and it beeped several times indicating it was not locked. I called your line several times and left a message for the lot attendant to check my car. I never got a return call.
In the end, when I arrived to pick up my car everything was fine, check out was easy. I personally think you need more personal interaction...find out who your client is (take down information such as address, license number, etc.), give us something that we can carry on our self if we need to contact you. |

She seemed under pressure because of the excessive snow and did not want to let me in even though there were plenty of parking places. I insisted and she finally said OK. (July 17, 2007) We've only used them once, but we had a good experience. We booked through Xpedia, so the rate was very cheap. The lot is convenient to the freeway and fairly close to the airport. We didn't have any trouble finding parking. The shuttles come by often and picked us up right by our car. When we returned, they brought us back to our car. Our battery was dead, so we had to ask for a jump start--no problem. The attendant wheeled a battery charger over and we were set to go in a few minutes. We used our prepaid Xpedia voucher without any problems.
I would use them again, even if I had to pay full price. The shuttle service was fast. Our car was secure. The people were courteous. It was an easy, worry-free experience.
Pros: Frequent shuttle service. Reasonable prices. Secure. Easy access. Pick up/drop off at car.
Cons: Other lots might be cheaper--but then you might have to wait longer for a shuttle. |

(May 1, 2007) We have used Thrifty on many occasions. Though it can be a little more expensive, it is fenced in and almost always full..good sign.. There is a shuttle that makes it rounds thru the parking lot and comes to your car, so there is little to no wait for one to pick you up. They assist you with your luggage both on and off the vehicle. When arriving back to the airport, there is usually either a shuttle waiting for passengers, or one is not but 2-3 min away. You give the driver the slip they gave to you upon pick up (this has the space number your car is parked in) and they drive you right to your spot! No extra walking! You pay as you drive out. If you have AAA or military ID, there may be a discount (check with them, don't take just my word as things can change.) We have used them as well as others, and we would recommend them.
Pros: Effecient, quick, polite and professional.
Cons: Sometimes you have to drive around to find an open parking spot, but since the shuttle comes to your car to pick you up and drop you off, it doesn't really matter where in the lot you end up parking. |
