| Weeklong Trip to California |
| (August 7, 2011) My wife and I were out of town for a week of vacation in California and with the airport continuing to increase their parking rates, we decided to give King Parking a try. We were very impressed from the second we dropped it off / to when we returned and called for the van (they were there in minutes) / and when we returned our car was waiting for us under the canopy.
It was a really good value and the customer service was outstanding. We'll be using King Parking again in the future. |

| (July 21, 2011) i did like the service with king's. they were courteous, and puncutal. i missed the lot on the way in, and had to turn around. the only thing that was "a miss" the whole time was that when i returned and went to pay, the clerk attempted to charge me $7 more than i owed. i reminded her that i had obtained a "special" rate. she did apologize and then gave me the correct amount. my car was clean, safe, and nothing was taken, stolen, and changed. i would use King's again, definately! |

| (July 20, 2011) Best way to leave your vehicle when making a trip from the airport. Made reservation on line. Day of departure arrived at King Airport Parking and whey had us at the airport and unloaded at the baggage check-n in less than 5 minutes.
On return they picked us up within 5 minutes of calling them and we were loaded and leaving their lot, on our way home, within 5-10 more minutes. Very Courteous and great service. |

| (July 9, 2011) Checking in and out is a pleasure and very well organized, however the wait for the shuttle bus was way too long. We called when we got off the plane and the van didn't come till after all the bags were off the belt. Usually, one of us goes for the car and the other waits for the bags which usually comes out just in time for our car to get back to the airport - this time we both got on the van with the bags. |

But, the attendants very quick to take you to and pick you up from the airport and the car was ready to go when I got back. The service was great and the price as great. My only negative experience was with the online pricing. I clicked on a link that advertised "$2.99 online special" but when I clicked through to make the reservation, the price appeared to change to $3.99. Still a reasonable price, but I felt misled. |

You all are really on the ball; except this time I did have to wait for about 25 minutes to be picked up; when I returned from Baltimore to JAX. I was used to 60 degree weather and returned to 90 and plus humidity. I should have dressed better. I did request Pole 6 because that is where Southwest's luggage pickup is and you had no problem with my pickup location. So I think that you should let your customers decide which pole they need to be "picked up at". The check-in process is up to speed and the drivers are always curteous and helpful. Your employees in Jacksonville do great!!!

I liked that I could text my ticket number when I left the terminal and they were there to pick me up just moments later! My car was waiting for me at the front as the shuttle bus pulled up and I was on my way home in no time. Will definitely use them again next time I need to park at the airport! |

The last time I parked there I was disappointed as a very expensive pair of sun glasses were removed from my car. I called to see if they were turned into lost & found, but they were not. I guess it's my fault for trusting people, but how much do I have to remove from my car when I am paying them to watch it! I am not sure if I will continue to use there service as I do not have the trust in them as I once did. |
