I especially enjoyed the car waiting for me with trunk open waiting to accept my luggage which was wisked from the van to my car. The cool water bottle was appreciated, too. I will be back and will recommend.

| (June 22, 2010) This was the frist time we used King and we were very pleased with the service we received both at drop off and pick up. We drove in and our bags were taken and loaded on the shuttle and we were on our way within minutes. The shuttle driver was very polite and friendly. On the return I dialed 23 from the airport and got hung up on but I called right back and told the man that we were at luggage claim. He instructed us to go out to pole #1 and a few minutes later our luggage came and we walked out to pole #1 right as the van was pulling up. The driver loaded our luggage and off we went. Upon arrival at King Parking our vehicle was out front and ready to go. It was great. I will be back again for sure. Also, the ice cold water on our arrival and departure was great. |

The attendants at the lot were very helpful when they picked her up, going out of their way to help an elderly woman in a wheel chair that wasn't in the appropriate lane to be picked up. They even loaded her luggage into her car, which was above our expectations. I would definitely recommend this lot. |

| (June 10, 2010) King Airport Parking is a great place to leave your car during travel. They have 24 hour survelence and it is only $5 per day. Their staff is very courteous and helpful. They are only 2 minutes from the Airport so it doesn't take long to get there as well as waiting for them when returning. They also offer free water or sodas when you get there and return. I would recommend this place to anyone flying out of Jacksonville. |

| (April 2, 2010) This was our first experience using King Parking -- it was wonderful. It is an easy check-in and since they are the closest to the airport so it is a short ride. They they were professional, the bus was clean and the driver toted the bags onto and off the bus. When we returned early, I called the designated number and the bus was at pole 1 before we could get our bags there. Our car was waiting for us when we returned and if I had been thinking, I would have had them wash it while we were gone. Needless to say, I strongly recommend their service. They did a great job for us and it was less than 1/2 the price of airport parking. |

| (March 31, 2010) When I arrived at the parking lot on 3/23/10, I did not like the way the receptionist was treating me. She was giving me a questioning look asking me why I chose the "self park" and not the vallet parking; if it was because of my car or what and she said they don't want me to do the self park, so I was confused because that's what I reserved for online so I should be able to do it. Good thing, their valley guy helped me explain to her that it's okay, I could take the self parking. I don't know why she had a problem with it. That was a wierd receptionist.
However, when I came back to pick up my car on 3/28/10, the receptionist (a guy) was pleasant and everything was very nice and smooth. I also like their shuttle bus drivers; they're very courteous and professional.
Except for that "wierd" receptionist the day I first arrived at the parking lot, everything else was great. And I got a very cheap price at About Parking.com so I am very satisfied and happy about it. |

When you get back, there is more than likely a shuttle sitting by pole one, if there is not they will come and get you...quickly. When you get back to the lot the car is ready to car with the trunk open. In and out in 5 min. I will use them EVERY time I fly out of Jacksonville. Of course the price is just the cherry on top :) |

Then promptly took me to my gate. The guy got my bags and said safe trip. Then when I returned I called to say i was there and the van was at pole 1 like they said before I even got outside. They took my bags put them in the van and when we got back my car was sitting up front waiting on. Then the guy took my bags out and put them in the trunk of my car. All this for $4 a day. I will be back! Fantastic service! |

| (January 7, 2010) When I showed up, it was pouring rain. I just pulled under the cover, handed the attendant my reservation paper and they loaded my stuff into the shuttle, which was already there waiting for me. The shuttle dropped me off right in front of my airline... I didn't get wet at all! When I came back, I called in and a shuttle came and got me and my car was already waiting under the cover again. I paid exactly the price quoted to me on this site. No damage to my car at all and best of all, they did not adjust my seat or radio - two of my pet peeves! I even had cash sitting in the car which was not disturbed. It cost me less than half of what the airport would have charged for the economy long term lot. I would use King again. |
