| (March 12, 2010) The only problem I had was that on my return my car battery was dead-it's less then a yr hold-I think what happened was who ever cleaned the car had the radio on (was on a station I would never listen to)and wore the battery down. The gentlemen that picked me up at the airport jumped it right away and I was on my way. The car was nicely clean, they were at the airport when I came out. Will use your services again. |

When you get back, there is more than likely a shuttle sitting by pole one, if there is not they will come and get you...quickly. When you get back to the lot the car is ready to car with the trunk open. In and out in 5 min. I will use them EVERY time I fly out of Jacksonville. Of course the price is just the cherry on top :) |

| (January 22, 2010) I'm not sure how these things are supposed to work but it was great. I pulled up they took my bags out for me and put them in the van and then valeted my car free of charge. Then promptly took me to my gate. The guy got my bags and said safe trip. Then when I returned I called to say i was there and the van was at pole 1 like they said before I even got outside. They took my bags put them in the van and when we got back my car was sitting up front waiting on. Then the guy took my bags out and put them in the trunk of my car. All this for $4 a day. I will be back! Fantastic service! |

| (January 7, 2010) When I showed up, it was pouring rain. I just pulled under the cover, handed the attendant my reservation paper and they loaded my stuff into the shuttle, which was already there waiting for me. The shuttle dropped me off right in front of my airline... I didn't get wet at all! When I came back, I called in and a shuttle came and got me and my car was already waiting under the cover again. I paid exactly the price quoted to me on this site. No damage to my car at all and best of all, they did not adjust my seat or radio - two of my pet peeves! I even had cash sitting in the car which was not disturbed. It cost me less than half of what the airport would have charged for the economy long term lot. I would use King again. |

The car (a hybrid) wouldn't start so you all found one of those jump starter thingies to help out. Then we had to find a flashlight to figure out where the jump start hook up was. As it turned out, all we had to do was press the 'start' button twice due to it setting in the lot for 3 weeks to get it to go...WHO KNEW???...however through it all, you folks went way out of your way to be whatever help you could. Quick, friendly service...we were impressed! THANKS and GOOD JOB to all.

| (November 12, 2009) We priced them out online at $2.99 per day. Unbelievable! Also, they have OUTSTANDING customer service. My car's battery died while they tried to park it. They let me know, recommended I have alternate arrangements to get home, and jump started and ran my car for a little while before I arrived to pick it up. How much more could I have asked for. They also do oil changes and will wash your car while you're gone. We will always use King Parking and are recommending to all of our friends. Thanks for the great service and courtesy!

| (November 10, 2009) By design I made 'reservations' with King Airport Parking to secure the best price available. Upon returning to JAX from my trip and attempting to pay my balance with the gal in the office. She quoted me two times plus what I owed and had no record in her computer of my reservation.
Fortunately I brought a copy of reservation to prove the agreed amount. She seemed reluctant, spent 10 minutes fiddling on her computer. Finally, I asked for a supervisor, who within minutes corrected the situation.

| (November 4, 2009) We used King at Jacksonville for the first time, heading for a vacation in the Northwest.
On arrival, we were processed quickly and efficiently with a shuttle for the terminal waiting for us.
Arriving back two weeks later close to 11pm, we were uncertain about how quickly we would get away that late at night. We called for pick up as we awaited baggage in the hall, and a shuttle was already at the designated meeting point as soon as we walked out of the hall. On arrival at the lot, our vehicle was waiting outside the office, with trunk open for our bags. We were second in line to settle the balance of our account, and quickly away.

| (October 17, 2009) I read previous reviews to make sure I was totally prepared and boy am I glad I did! One reviewer mentioned that the clerk tried to charge him a different price at checkout than he was quoted on-line, so I made sure I printed my reservation out and took it with me. Even then, they took the sheet from me at check-in, but put it in the envelope with my keys. At check out, sure enough, they tried to charge me a higher price and only after she found the printout was she willing to reduce the price to the quoted price.
The driver was fast, courteous and helpful both ways. Very prompt and getting me to the airport and picking me up after the flight home.
I would definitely park there again, but next time I am going to print out my reservation twice and keep one with me just in case they conveniently lose the copy they take from me at check-in. If it weren't for the price mix-up I would have given them 5 stars. |

When I looked at my car, it looked like dirt/sand because it was raining that day and I returned home around 7pm. Well, it's nice to know that they park the nicer cars in the employee parking lot according to them but thanks to someone with a white car, I now have white paint on my black car courtesy of the hit. They will not honor the damage they caused because they said no damage was shown on the video tape for that day? Hmm, well have the videotaped my car the whole week while it was parked and not when I pick up my car in front of their office? If my car was parked in employee parking, I like to thank the person who hit my car while I was away. Thanks A lot. If you park there, make sure you do a thorough inspection before leaving the parking facility unless you feel like paying for the damage like I am. |

| (July 29, 2009) it worked out great and the rate was very reasonable. the only thing that could have been better is to not have the old vacant location with the big yellow sign saying 'lot for lease' blocking the view of the new location. as i road down the street i started to panic when i saw the closed location. i though i had been taken.
