| (November 4, 2009) when i arrived at the lot the gentleman checked me in and i was immediately brought to the airport. from the minute i got out of my car to the time i got to the airport was probably 10 minutes paperwork included...when i got back to providence i called to be picked up and they were already on premise. so from the time i got out of the airport to the time i got checked out and back in my car was probably 7 minutes at max!...i will definitely be back to use them!! |

| (October 5, 2009) My benchmark for airport parking facilities is Pre-Flight Airport Parking in Boston. There, one drives in, quickly finds a place to park (there is always parking and spots are easily found). Before you unload your car, there is a bus ready to take you to the airport. And, when you return, there are always buses that come by, without calling, every 5+ minutes or so.
When I dropped my car off at Payless Parking, late on Saturday afternoon, I had to wait for someone to wait on me for well over 5-10 minutes. There seemed to be only one person "checking people in" and that person was helping someone else with a car rental. If I was in a hurry, I would not have awarded 4 stars!
Eventually, the one person at the desk tried to find someone to help me, finally did, and things began to move. Everyone was friendly and I got to the airport in plenty of time ... since I was early.
Upon my return, I called to let the office know that I was just about ready ... however, my bags were delayed a bit. When I went out, the bus was ready and waiting for me. The ride back to the parking area was quick and the processing of my account also quite quick.
My car was ready and warming when I arrived (but, it was 65 degrees?), so there was no delay in leaving.
Overall, for a small operation, things ran pretty smoothly and the price was right, so, 4-stars.

| Great Experience, Fuel Surcharge??? |
| (September 30, 2009) Arrived at Payless, all my info was there, checked in quickly, driven directly to airport.
Waited < 10 minutes to be picked up at 10:30pm.
Only complaint is extra charges, e.g. fuel surcharge. The price of gas is almost half of last summer. There should NOT be a fuel surcharge |

| (September 23, 2009) The parking experience was exemplary. The staff were courteous and efficient. Delivery (to the airport) and pickup (from the airport) were speedy and smooth. Payless has certainly earned my loyalty whenever I fly out of PVD. |

| Lousy Service - Stranded at airport |
| (July 27, 2009) Great experience on departure - on time and professional service.
Return was terrible. Stranded at the airport for 4 1/2 hours because attendant left and closed the office. Called at about 8 minutes past 12 AM for pick up. Got answering machine. After several futile attempts, police kindly took us to the parking site where we found a note that the office was closed until 4 AM. NOTE: Web site states 24 hour service!!! Went back to airport where everything was closed and spent another 3 1/2 miserable hours until the office opened at about 4 AM. Finaly got the car about 4:30 AM. Discussion with the manager revealed that the night attendant had made a pick up at the airport at about 12 AM, and then closed the office at about 12:11 AM. Had he checked the answering machine, he would have known we were waiting. Totally incompetent!! He also should have known by our reservation that we were arriving at about 12 AM, and with time for bag collection we needed pick up at our 12:08 call. Also manager stated that the answering machine should have forewarded our call to a manager. It did NOT!! We are terribly disappointed with your company and will advise everyone we know not to use you. |

| Above and beyond the call of duty |
| (April 26, 2009) We returned to Green Airport after midnight on a cold evening after a long non-stop flight from Vegas. After getting our baggage, we called for a pick-up. Much to our delight, they were already outside waiting for us! We picked them originally because they were the most economical, but I'll call them first next time because of their dependability and attention to the little extras, whether early in the morning (we arrived on their doorstep at 4:30 AM on a cold morning--their van was pre-heated!) or late at night. Also very friendly, easy-going. |

| (April 14, 2009) Parking at Payless Parking was a total breeze: I registered online, showed up, handed over my keys and got a ride to the airport. It was quick and easy! I didn't think about my car at all while I was away; I knew I had nothing to worry about. When I arrived back at the airport, I called for a pick-up and got a ride back to my car. I paid and drove home - no problems at all! I will park at Payless the next time I fly out of Green and I highly recommend Payless to others! :-) |

Employees were social, professional, attentive and entertainingly funny. Cost was very reasonable and less than half if had parked in the TFG Airport. | Parking at Payless-A Nightmare! |
| (December 31, 2008) First of all, I couldn't find the lot based on the directions from the website. When I tried to call their number to see if I was anywhere near, I couldn't getany answer on the phone, so I gave up trying. When I did find the lot, the office was locked and there was a handwritten note on the door saying they would be back shortly-since I didn't know how long that would be, I went and parked at my usual lot-even though I had to forefit my reservation fee of $8 and some cents.It's too bad, because the web-site looked very professional, so I thought it would be a good bet-but it certainly wasd anything but that!!! |

| (December 29, 2008) This parking service was as good as the others I've tried for TF Green, and less expensive ($7.99 per day). My only complaint is that when I arrived there was no one at the desk for about 10 minutes. When Rich came back from the airport he was surprised that his sister was not manning the desk. Other than that the service was great and both guys I dealt with were extremely nice. I called when I arrived back at the airport and they were there right away to pick me up. I would definitely use them again. |

| Payless Parking is always ready |
| (December 12, 2008) On our December 2008 flight from TF Green to Lindbergh (San Diego), we found Payless Parking ready to greet us at 0430 on our departure and 2330 on our return. Transport to and from the airport was immediate. Rates beat the competition, too. THANKS Payless Parking!

| Friendly and Safe |
| (December 4, 2008) I would recommend the Payless Parking to others flying out of Providence. I felt that my car was very safe during my trip. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that they only had 1 shuttle, and I had to wait approximately 10 minutes to be taken to the airport and 5 minutes when I returned from my trip to be taken to my car. But when I returned to the car lot, my car was pulled out front and ready to go. Overall, a great service. |
