| (August 19, 2010) I got stuck flying out at the last minute and thought I would have to pay a lot for parking. About Parking was reasonably priced, quick, and simple. I will say I was a little confused when the place I pulled up to was called Payless Parking, but evidently they are the same company. They took care of me right away, no hassle with my reservation, and I was on board a 2 min shuttle to the airport within minutes. I called them when I got back, the shuttle picked me up within 5 minutes, and my car was waiting for me when I got back. No checkout, no hassles, no paperwork, just a receipt on my passenger seat. Highly reccomended! I will use them again! |

| (June 21, 2010) The two different parking areas made it very confusing. Their sign on Post Road directs you off of Post Road, although the map correctly shows the right lot as on Post Road. When I came back, I was taken to the other lot, not where I left my car. When I pointed out that it wasn't where I left my car, I was taken back to the airport, rather than to the other lot. The idea was to transfer me from one shuttle to the other. By the time we got to the airport, however, the other shuttle had left. Finally the first shuttle took me to the the corrct parking lot, but it took me a lot longer to get my car than it should have taken me. They need to be clearer with signs and shuttles, if the are going to have two different lots with the same name. |

I'm happy to report that we had a great experience with Payless Parking in Providence. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. We were especially relieved to find our car at the lot,warm and waiting for us when we arrived over an hour late (at 2am)and tired on a snowy, frigid night. The shuttle driver/attendant said he stayed open and waited for us and was sympathetic to our 2 hour drive home when he could have easily been cranky and resentful. What a relief! Thank you! |

| STRANDED AT AIRPORT---PAYLESS WENT MIA---BEWARE!!! |
| (November 12, 2009) I made my reservation online and entered my return time as 12AM on 10/31. When I dropped off my vehicle with Payless, I confirmed my return time with the Payless representative. Upon landing at 11:30PM on 10/30 I retrieved my luggage and placed my first call to Payless to be picked up at 11:48PM and was surprised to get an answering machine. I wasn't immediately alarmed thinking that they may only have one worker on duty at that hour and they may already be on an airport run so I left a message giving my ticket number telling them I was ready to be picked up at the airport and we proceeded outside to the shuttle pickup area. When we got outside I placed a second call at 11:50PM and got the answering machine again. After waiting outside in the cold for 10 minutes, I placed a 3rd call at 11:58PM with the same result. After placing 7 more calls at 12:04AM, 12:08AM, 12:14AM, 12:18AM, 12:23AM, 12:31AM, and 12:38AM, and waiting outside in the cold for about an hour it became apparent to me that Payless wasn't coming as we were now the only 2 people left at the terminal and all of the flights had already landed for the night. The only other people remaining at the airport were police officers and the occasional shuttle bus from other parking companies making dry runs by the terminal to be sure they didn't have any customers left at the terminal who had forgotten to call in. At this point it was about 1AM and I was left with no other choice but to get a hotel room for the night and wait for Payless to reopen. The hotel worker stated to me that he wasn't surprised that Payless closed because they have a habit of doing that, and told me they reopen around 4:30AM. After 4 sleepless hours, I called Payless at 4:30AM and told them I needed to be picked up at the hotel. Upon getting back to Payless, I told the worker what had happened the night before and his immediate response was, "when you dropped your vehicle off, did they tell you that you need to call us ahead of time if you're going to be later than midnight since that's when we close?" I told him that I was not told that, that Payless advertises all over its website that they are a 24/7 operation, that my expected return time was 12AM on 10/31 so they never should have closed knowing that they had a customer returning, and even if their "24/7 operation" does close at midnight I had placed my first call at 11:48 and then two additional calls all prior to midnight and showed him my cell phone log with all 10 calls placed the night before including the 3 that were all placed before midnight. I told him that I needed to be reimbursed for my hotel room at which time he responded that he didn't have the authority to do that. I told him that he needed to call his manager then and his response to that was, "I can't call her at this hour". At this point I became irate and I told him that I didn't care what time it was, that I have been up all night because of their negligence and lack of regard for their customers and that he needed to get his manager on the phone because I wasn't leaving their property until I was reimbursed for the hotel room that I was forced to get due to their negligence. He called the manager who at first must have refused to reimburse me because the worker, not wanting to break that news to me, said to the manager, "well do you want to talk to him because he's right here?" The manager didn't even have the professionalism to talk to me and could hear me commenting in the background that I wasn't stepping foot outside of their door until I was reimbursed for the hotel room. The manager then had the worker pull up my reservation information in their system and once he confirmed with her that my reservation in fact had my return time as 12AM on 10/31 and the worker told her that I had showed him my cell phone which had 3 calls before midnight and then the additional 7 calls she finally agreed to reimburse me for the hotel room. While this worker was talking to the manager, I was talking to the other worker who had picked us up at the hotel to ask him where all of the voicemails that I had left the night before went to and he pointed to a cell phone that was on the counter. I then asked him where that cell phone was during the night while they were shut down and he said, "right here on the counter". What an ingenious idea to close the 24/7 operation for 4 hours a night to save a few bucks, forward the calls to a cell phone, and then leave that cell phone on the counter in the closed "24/7" business all night just to make sure that if any of their customers get stranded that they have no way to get in touch with anyone until the next morning!!! I sent an email to Payless RI customer service letting them know about my incident as well as the Payless Corporate customer service through the corporate website and didn't even get a response from either. It's amazing that they can leave a customer stranded at the airport and not even have the professionalism to have someone respond with an apology. This shows me that management cares just as little about their customers as the worker who had shut down the night before, before he was even supposed to, even when there was a customer expected to return that evening. The bottom line is that Payless showed a total lack of regard for their customers every step of the way. You CAN NOT advertise as a 24/7 facility when in fact you are not. Furthermore, you CAN NOT close down for 4 hours nightly leaving returning customers with no way to get in touch with anyone. At a minimum the phones need to be forwarded to a cell phone that someone takes with them, not a cell phone that gets locked in the empty building. What if I had to fly home early for an emergency and landed after midnight? I would have been stranded at the airport making a bad situation even worse since I would not have known that Payless really is NOT a 24/7 facility as they deceptively advertise to be. This to me shows a total lack of regard to their customers by leaving them with no way to reach anyone until they reopen in the morning which is completely unacceptable. If I could have given 0 stars I would have because that is what their service deserves.

| (October 5, 2009) My benchmark for airport parking facilities is Pre-Flight Airport Parking in Boston. There, one drives in, quickly finds a place to park (there is always parking and spots are easily found). Before you unload your car, there is a bus ready to take you to the airport. And, when you return, there are always buses that come by, without calling, every 5+ minutes or so.
When I dropped my car off at Payless Parking, late on Saturday afternoon, I had to wait for someone to wait on me for well over 5-10 minutes. There seemed to be only one person "checking people in" and that person was helping someone else with a car rental. If I was in a hurry, I would not have awarded 4 stars!
Eventually, the one person at the desk tried to find someone to help me, finally did, and things began to move. Everyone was friendly and I got to the airport in plenty of time ... since I was early.
Upon my return, I called to let the office know that I was just about ready ... however, my bags were delayed a bit. When I went out, the bus was ready and waiting for me. The ride back to the parking area was quick and the processing of my account also quite quick.
My car was ready and warming when I arrived (but, it was 65 degrees?), so there was no delay in leaving.
Overall, for a small operation, things ran pretty smoothly and the price was right, so, 4-stars.

Return was terrible. Stranded at the airport for 4 1/2 hours because attendant left and closed the office. Called at about 8 minutes past 12 AM for pick up. Got answering machine. After several futile attempts, police kindly took us to the parking site where we found a note that the office was closed until 4 AM. NOTE: Web site states 24 hour service!!! Went back to airport where everything was closed and spent another 3 1/2 miserable hours until the office opened at about 4 AM. Finaly got the car about 4:30 AM. Discussion with the manager revealed that the night attendant had made a pick up at the airport at about 12 AM, and then closed the office at about 12:11 AM. Had he checked the answering machine, he would have known we were waiting. Totally incompetent!! He also should have known by our reservation that we were arriving at about 12 AM, and with time for bag collection we needed pick up at our 12:08 call. | (April 26, 2009) We returned to Green Airport after midnight on a cold evening after a long non-stop flight from Vegas. After getting our baggage, we called for a pick-up. Much to our delight, they were already outside waiting for us! We picked them originally because they were the most economical, but I'll call them first next time because of their dependability and attention to the little extras, whether early in the morning (we arrived on their doorstep at 4:30 AM on a cold morning--their van was pre-heated!) or late at night. Also very friendly, easy-going. |

| (April 14, 2009) Parking at Payless Parking was a total breeze: I registered online, showed up, handed over my keys and got a ride to the airport. It was quick and easy! I didn't think about my car at all while I was away; I knew I had nothing to worry about. When I arrived back at the airport, I called for a pick-up and got a ride back to my car. I paid and drove home - no problems at all! I will park at Payless the next time I fly out of Green and I highly recommend Payless to others! :-) |

Employees were social, professional, attentive and entertainingly funny. Cost was very reasonable and less than half if had parked in the TFG Airport. | Parking at Payless-A Nightmare! |
| (December 31, 2008) First of all, I couldn't find the lot based on the directions from the website. When I tried to call their number to see if I was anywhere near, I couldn't getany answer on the phone, so I gave up trying. When I did find the lot, the office was locked and there was a handwritten note on the door saying they would be back shortly-since I didn't know how long that would be, I went and parked at my usual lot-even though I had to forefit my reservation fee of $8 and some cents.It's too bad, because the web-site looked very professional, so I thought it would be a good bet-but it certainly wasd anything but that!!! |

| (December 29, 2008) This parking service was as good as the others I've tried for TF Green, and less expensive ($7.99 per day). My only complaint is that when I arrived there was no one at the desk for about 10 minutes. When Rich came back from the airport he was surprised that his sister was not manning the desk. Other than that the service was great and both guys I dealt with were extremely nice. I called when I arrived back at the airport and they were there right away to pick me up. I would definitely use them again. |

| Payless Parking is always ready |
| (December 12, 2008) On our December 2008 flight from TF Green to Lindbergh (San Diego), we found Payless Parking ready to greet us at 0430 on our departure and 2330 on our return. Transport to and from the airport was immediate. Rates beat the competition, too. THANKS Payless Parking!
