On checkout at 11 PM shuttle was there ok but I didn't like the idea of my car running unsupervised when I got back to the office --someone could have walked by and hopped in and drove it away whike you were picking me up--needs better security |

| (January 12, 2012) Disappointing. First call to the office was hurried, and I was told to call back when I got my luggage (already had it), Called again in 5 minutes, and was told it would be a while. Waited another 10.
Also, my cc was charged for the deposit and for the balance on the day I dropped off my car - something I was not aware of when I used Payless. Other local off-airport services charge you the deposit up front, then charge the balance upon pick-up.
Not sure I would use them again. |

When we arrived back at the lot our car was in the front and ready to go with the receipt already printed and put on the front seat. I didn't have any trouble with them. I would recommend them to anyone. |

I even had to drive around the block a couple times! the signage was confusing (you go by too many names, and I wanted to be sure I got the right place because I'd already paid you $8). I couldn't tell where the office was or see the two very nice guys on the desk because that damn led lighting makes it look like you're closed!! Fix the lights, be consistent in your name! fortunately for me one of your employees saw me circling the area and came outside to flag me down. |

| (December 1, 2011) Initially the pricing and convenience of the service made us choose this location. Upon arriving at the location at an early hour of the morning I was pleasantly greeted by a worker inside. The shuttle was ready to go and took us to the airport in a timely fashion. On the return trip we were delayed arriving at the airport and called to see if that would be a problem. We were reassured that everything would be fine and to let them know when we did arrive. Once we arrived we called the shuttle and were greeted within a couple minutes. The driver was very pleasant and even offered to carry our bags to our car! When we arrived in the lot we saw that the employees had started our car and had the keys in it ready to go. I was very happy with the entire process and will use them again. Thanks

My only small complaint was that there was no phone information at the airport service desk. I could not find my claim ticket so I had a little trouble calling for the shuttle bus. Airport service was no help, but I was able to find my online confirmation, which had the number so I was able to call. Seems to me there should be more cooperation between the airport service and the area parking garages. But this is not an issue specific to Payless Parking. The airport service should have the garage phone numbers available and should have phones available for those that do not have cell phones. Although most people have cell phones, businesses should still have a backup plan for those customers that do not have cell phones. |

| (September 30, 2011) What a great service!! Not only was this the cheapest park in town, but apparently the easiest. We had a friend drop off our car on the day we were returning. They prepaid our bill and supplied our return flight number and time. When we arrived at the airport and called for a pickup, we were told the shuttle was waiting for us outside. We walked right on (a big deal at midnight after a long day) and were driven to the lot by a courteous driver. Our car was out front, running, with a receipt on the seat; we didn't even have to go inside.
Will positively use this service again.

I made a reservation oline and when I arrived, I parked my car, went inside and registered, and was quickly transported to the airport by shuttle. It was great. No problems. On my return, I called Payless, as instructed, and within 5 minutes, was picked up at the airport and taken back to Payless where my car was waiting, motor running, and AC on!!! These people are amazing. And at every change, my luggage was carried fo me... Thank goodness, because it was heavy. I would definitely recommend this service to any traveller. And the cost was sooooo reasonable. Anyone is crazy not to take advantage of this opportunity!!!!! |

He did admit they were short handed and I was thankful there were no other customers waiting ahead of me - only 2 working and one of them drove the shuttle. I told him which slot I parked my car, when I'd be back, he gave me a ticket with a number to call and large numbers on it. When I landed and was heading for the exit I called, gave my number and the shuttle was waiting and both times they took my bag for me. When I returned to the Payless lot, my car was waiting with keys in the ignition and all windows opened and the receipt on the passenger seat.
I was only there for 25.5 hours and hated paying that second day - it is too bad that if you were in a 2 hour window it could not be less. That's the way it goes - good value for the money and why pay more? Payless? ha |
