| (January 3, 2012) We prepaid a $20 deposit, but forgot to show the paper when we paid for the parking. As soon as I realized it in the parking lot, I presented the paper showing the deposit we paid on line, but the people there said there was nothing they could do. We are out $20, unless we can contact you somehow to get a refund. |

| (December 21, 2011) The counter person at pick up was not knowledgeable re: how to properly credit payments made as part of online reservation of parking spot. Did not deduct deposit from total bill. Did not explain why additional 20% off coupon could not be used.
The Parking Spot card should also be available via mail and not just at the facility since customers at the facility are often rushed to either make a flight or get home. |

| Good Service but Checkout Issues |
| (November 10, 2011) Very happy with shuttle service and shuttle support personnel (timely & helpful), cleanliness of lot, etc. I was not happy with the checkout process / person who they did not have automated access to my original parking agreement with total due, etc. Person at checkout would have charged me significantly more (approx 30%)than agreed rate if I had not objected, and until I dug out the agreement from my travel bags... in this day and age very disappointing. |

| (November 6, 2011) We have used this location for parking for many years now. The outside folks are always very friendly, courteous and helpful, as are the jitney drivers. The only issue that I would address is that of the cashiers. When a customer is there, professionalism should be the main consideration. The 3 girls behind the desk were so busy talking to each other, that they hardly noticed I was there to pay my bill. One was downright unfriendly. Had more attention been paid, I would not have been asked to pay $268 for 3 day stay for which I had already paid a deposit. When I told the cashier that $268 was impossible for 3 days parking, it became $158. I then told her to look at the paper I had presented to her upon arrival, and note the deposit paid and the amount due was printed on the e-mail. Some customer service training would be well advised! |

| (October 22, 2011) I found Avistar's operation very impressive. The staff was professional and very courteous; the lot was very secure; the shuttle to and from the terminal was quick and pleasant. I will definitely use this service again; the McClellan lot is especially convenient to the airport and major roadways. Highly recommended! |

| (October 15, 2011) spent about an hour looking at reviews and choices for long term parking at Newark..... finally chose this one (although it was more expensive than most others) but I liked that there were recent lot upgrades..... it was a safe, easy experience.............security gates, covered pickup/drop-off area, prompt/courteous shuttle and no games upon checkout (they charged me for exactly what the internet projected when I showed my printed receipt). |

| (August 20, 2011) Quick trip to the plane. Pretty fast pickup when arriving.
Car is ready and staff are pleasant and helpful.
Would be better if dropped off at departing flight level instead of having to shlep upstairs on departure, particularly for being able to leave luggage at curbside check-in. You are also left uncovered in bad weather.
For a few days trip, it's still cheaper than a cab or limo and you go home in your own car. |

| (August 14, 2011) The AviStar airport parking facility was recommended highly by a friend.
The facility is fantastic compared to other airport facilities. The staff is professional, fast and courteous. My reservation was quickly acknowledged. The staff assisted with my luggage, each way, and my car is ready for pickup without wait. I see no other way of leaving my vehicles when traveling from Newark airport after experiencing AviStar.

The new buses are super comfortable and clean and there was always a shuttle available within a few minutes to get to and from the airport. Less hassle than parking on site at the airport, and very convenient location to get back on the road. Also much more cost effective than a car service. |

| (July 10, 2011) The service at Avistar was excellent. We were greeted immediatley upon arrival and taken to the airport. Our driver was very pleasant and courteous. When we arrived back home, the shuttle to pick us up was very prompt and again the driver was very pleasant anad courteous. When I went in to pay the young man at the desk was also very friendly. My only disappointment was that I was unable to use a 10% discount coupon that printed out with my boarding pass. I will to make Avistar my first choice for parking at the airport! |

| (July 8, 2011) I was travelling to Vancouver on business and had an early morning flight. When I arrived at Avistar McClellan at 5:00am they were courteous and very helpful in getting me to my airline on time.
When I arrived home, days later, tired and extremely late in the evening they were quick to pick me up curbside and get me out of their facility and into my car expeditiously. I would highly recommend this parking facility. |

One suggestion. When being picked up from the airport, customer should know that there is more than one street address for Avistar. We saw the shuttle with Avistar's name on it and got on. However it brought us back to a different Avistar.
But with no problem you drove us over to the correct site.
Now we know to look for not only the shuttle bus with the name 'Avistar' on the side, but to also look for the Avistar street name in which we left the car.

Your rates could be a little lower. I had made a reservation in advance, which cost $5+. This should have been automatically deducted from my bill, but was not until I noticed that I was being overcharged. I am a member of AAA, but that did not decrease my bill. I thought it would. |

The site was very easy to get to and when I arrived the attendant was waiting for me. Overall satisfied with service. However, I do recommend one inspect vehicle before leaving lot. I arrive back after midnight, having not inspected my vehicle,the next morning i discovered that my front bumper was scratch just above the license plate from another vehicle probably made by backing up into it. |

| (June 7, 2011) We arrived at the lot and the shuttle driver was right there to help us with our luggage. The shuttle ride to the airport was quick. When we returned from our trip the shuttle arrived within 5 minutes. Again the driver was very courteous. When we got back to the lot, the woman behind the counter tried to over charge me, even though I had a receit for the cost of the parking. She needed to call a Manager over to correct the situation, which he did. She also yelled at me for not calling when we landed. I didn't think it was neccesary because the shuttle was there within 5 min. This was the first time I used long term parking, and I will use your service again. Everything was great, except for that woman behind the counter. |

| (May 10, 2011) Apparently you have more then one AVISTAR lot. I went on the internet and saw a $18.00/day rate reduced to $12.00/day for valet parking. I left the car for 8 days and on returning, was asked for $18.00/day. I was told that I was on the wrong lot. The gentleman was very nice and charged me $12.00/day. I also had made a reservation and when I got to the lot, the man taking my car said the reservation was not needed. I am really confused and before I use AVISTAR again, I would like to know how to use the system correctly |

| (April 15, 2011) 1) We were dropped off at Terminal C at the Bus Lane and had to walk with our large heavy suitcase through the Baggage Floor, up the excalator to the check in Floor and then wait on a long long to check in. Had we been dropped off at the departure level, would have been able to hav e porter take our bag and check it in for us.
2) Upon returning we called the Avistar office to find out where at "Lane 1" were we to stand for the Avistar shuttle to pick us up. The woman who answered the phone could not answer that quesstion. As a result we first had to wheel our heavy bag to the bus lane, then ask a taxi stand rep where we should stand in Lane 1 to get the valet parking shuttle. This resulted in our walking all the way from one end of the bus lane to the other to finally stop at the AVistar pick up point and only after we got there did we realize that it was the same place where we were dropped off. |

| Good intentions, poor execution |
| (December 31, 2009) This place was clean, the office was nice, the people were polite, but they didn't carry through on their promise that "your car will be warmed up and ready to go when you return". We had a lengthy wait for our car, even though we called them with our claim ticket number as soon as we got off the plane with our carryon luggage. The shuttle came fairly quickly, but when we got there they were pulling up cars for other customers who had called from the airport but not arrived on the shuttle yet. When I asked why they were retrieving the other cars before ours, I was told that they don't retrieve them in any particular order. Another employee said they were very busy, so they couldn't get to our car, but we were the only party standing there waiting...they didn't seem that busy. It would seem to be a simple fix...just retrieve the cars in the order that you get calls from customers.
