Good intentions, poor execution

(December 31, 2009) This place was clean, the office was nice, the people were polite, but they didn't carry through on their promise that "your car will be warmed up and ready to go when you return". We had a lengthy wait for our car, even though we called them with our claim ticket number as soon as we got off the plane with our carryon luggage. The shuttle came fairly quickly, but when we got there they were pulling up cars for other customers who had called from the airport but not arrived on the shuttle yet. When I asked why they were retrieving the other cars before ours, I was told that they don't retrieve them in any particular order. Another employee said they were very busy, so they couldn't get to our car, but we were the only party standing there waiting...they didn't seem that busy. It would seem to be a simple fix...just retrieve the cars in the order that you get calls from customers.
