Convenient, Courteous, and Reliable

(March 11, 2010) Been using Parking Spot for the last 5 times and found them to be very reasonable on their prices, very couteous, and reliable. The only point to be made is that the buses need to be more identifiable. We keep going to the wrong bus--Please Put Placards on the front and sides that say JFK Blvd. We stay at the Holiday Inn International--just three blocks for Parking Spot (Convenient). We have always been greeted by a friendly face and smile and directed to our parking spot (Courteous). We never had to wait before a van came around and picked us up to take us to the airport (Reliable). As far as being crowded--we were very comfortable with the seating.

Not worth it.

(December 14, 2009) We have used this "Spot" many times over the past few years. Charges are ecessive for the hassle we are put thru,ie. long wait times for buses,buses are full and uncomfortable,( how about a little air)driver spent alot of time with passengers that had lost tickets and therefore the cars were lost meaning we had to drive thru the lot for a LONG TIME looking for cars!!! Cashier did not credit our account with points even though she said we were credited. So, forget it Parking Spot,I'll find another place.
