(October 27, 2009) Like most of the other park-and-shuttle experiences, the drivers were friendly and the shuttles ran somewhat frequently, though I had to wait 20 minutes on the return trip and practically jump out into traffic to get one of the shuttles to stop for me after two passed right on by. But here is why they get 1 star: I recently spent 28 hours in their facility and was charged $40 (that's about $1.40 per hour)! That's not for valet service and there was no car wash, that's just for regular self parking. They charged me for two full days, full prices, and I wasn't allowed to use my coupon. The cute shuttles and free water don't make up for their exorbitant pricing! There is a facility right next door called LAX Park Place that charges $12 per day with no reservation and $7 per day with one, and the service is every bit as good.

Expensive but good

(April 23, 2009) If i am only traveling a few days I always park here. I print out a 20% off coupon from the internet - just do a search. Make a reservation - if the roof is full you get Valet for the roof price. Very nice and the shuttles run a lot!

Good parts - convenient,

(August 25, 2008) Good parts - convenient, pretty close, lots of shuttles, run professionally and they throw in a free bottle of water for your trouble. (They've also got all the right optional services including every stripe of washing your car.) Bad parts - aggressively high prices (they're not THAT close) both for self-park and valet. Crazy, complicated affinity card scheme which they hype to death. These guys and Wally Park across the street are pretty much different sides of the same coin.
