| (January 30, 2012) When I called for a pick-up a the terminal, the person at the desk would not take my the ticket # for my car. When I got on board the shuttle, the driver attempted to give it to the office but was nto able to until we were almost at the office. This is the second time it has happened. All people want to doooo, when they get back is to get home as soon as possible without unnessary delays. This is an unnecesssary delay in my opinion. |

We waited less than 5 minutes for a shuttle (each way)....awesome! The best part of the experience was the price. Thrifty can't be beat. I highly reccommend using Thrifty for your parking needs at Logan. The next time I fly out of Logan, I'll be using Thrifty again! |

| (October 23, 2011) We arrived at 4:45 am and no one greeted us. We went inside and had to wait for about 10 minutes. We saw someone get in our car and drove it extremely fast in the parking lot. It was disturbing to see that. Even though we did the credit card on line, I had to present it again.
When we returned 5 days later the car was waiting, first car in line up. We had to go inside and wait for someone to help us. No one was in there. After 4 minutes we were assisted and the transaction was completed. We went to drive out of the lot and two workers walked directly in front of our car as we approached the ticket gate. We had to stop and let them walk past. I thought it was impolite that they walked in front of us.
I have had much better experiences here before. |

I was concerned with how long it would take but compared with the time it usually takes to find a spot on-airport and add the half a mile walk to check-in, it's about the same amount of time. | (September 26, 2011) We have used the Thrifty lot for the last number of years with no problems until this past year. In Feb. our car pick up was delayed for around 45 - 60 minutes and when it arrived we were told the battery had died and our front hood was not closing properly. Thinking this was just an annoying glitch, we used Thrifty again this past week only to have a similar delay problem waiting over 45 minutes for our car to be delivered, battery intact. It was a Sunday afternoon and very busy but when we tried to ask the manager about the delay we received a very belligerent reply when he dismissed our attempts to get an answer for the delay. We were not the only ones waiting for our cars and we all agreed that this would be the last time we used the Thrifty lot, in spite of the lower costs. |

On arrivial I texted my numbers to your office and recieved and message we were all set. I waited for a van to take me to lot for approx. 30 minutes, when picked up there was one other person on van. the driver asked if valet or rental the other man and my self said valet, the driver asked for our ticket no. and called them in, I head to person on other end acknowedge. Unpon arrivial to lot both the other man and myself waited over 25 minutes for our cars to show up. The person at desk said they did not get them until we were there. Very slow on the back side. |

| (July 30, 2011) Apart from having difficulty in finding the Thrifty parking lot everything went exceedingly smoothly. Very pleasant drivers on the shuttle and helpful with baggage both arriving and departing. Car was ready and started up for my departure and your check out staff were polite inspite of their computer going down just as I was checking out.Minimal delay. The whole experience was very good and I have zero complaints.My problem was with Quest directions who say you are on A1 South but do not say you must go via A1 North and do a U turn to access the lot. The result is I finished up going back thru the tunnel at a cost of $3.50 and the cashier directed me fortunately otherwise I would probably be still running arround the suburbs of Boston. Your part of the whole thing was excellent - NO complaints.

Three times out of three the person in front of me has a question about an online booking or payment or coupon and the person at the cash register has to call a manager to undo something weird in the computer. This brings everything to a halt. Since I am tired at this point in the trip, I have little patience. I think I will give this lot one more try, but then have to find a different lot if the check out process cannot be straightened out. |

online e-mail letter to show a spcial daily rate to get it
corrected. The correct amount has not been posted to my
mastercard, but under pending is the incorrect amount which
I hope is corrected before it is posted. we have always used
thrifty and this is the first time I am not happy, Had they
told me the truth from the start I would not been as upset.
Thye had my vehicle from wednesday until monday to do a detail? gimme a break.

| (May 29, 2011) 1 When we arrived the word valet was used not rental and we were not sure where to park. 3 The parking area was full, so I had to leave the car in the middle of the entrance area blocking other cars from coming in 4. I told the person at the desk I was a Triple AAA member and got a discount. He never looked at the card and never acknowledged the discount. He may have given it to me. 5. The van was helpful and the driver efficient. I tipped him $5. 5.I ca;;ed the number listed on my ticket when I came back. The driver was there immediately. 6. Extremely helpful. I tipped him $10 7. The car was ready when I returned.

On a positive note: the courtesy drivers were prompt and very pleasant. Not sure if I would use again. The savings and inconvenience may not be worth the savings over Central Parking at the airport. |

| (April 30, 2011) Your desk manager should ask for the time of arrival of your return flight and then remind you that at least 50 or 60 minutes later is your pick up time ( customs, traffic etc.) We paid overtime because I gave the flight arrival time. The driver from your lot to the airport was very courteous and helpful with our luggage, but the driver on our return dis not get off the shuttle and we had to hand 2 heavy pieces to him as he stood on the bus ( My wife and I are 80 years old0 not happy about that!!!! Also' the following day I noticed some damage to the right front wheel cover/hubcap. I called and spoke to the manager in charge and other than this survey, have heard nothing. My first complaint was really my fault, but the second two is Thriftys PS We live 40 miles from Revere, and I hope some adjustment could be made without driving back there |

| (April 14, 2011) Hello. When i fly out of boston i always stay at thrifrty for the friendly serviceand parking rates. Hoever, there are a few issues that i must bring to your attention. Firstly, i have signed up numerous times for your frequent parking card and have never received it in the mail.The counter agent that checked me in was really not that concerned about what i told him. After so many stays one is suppose to get a free day of parking. He told me that he had been working for a few years and never heard of this. Oh well Secondly, and this is my fault i forgot to remove my toll both coins from a compartment inside the car. When i went to the toll station to use some of the coins i only had a dollars worth of quarters instead of three dollars. I know times are bad but the only one to blame is myself. Otherwise, i will still use Thrifty when flying out of Logan Airport. Thanks

My wife was on crutches at the time, and we would have had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the handicap bus, so she had to hop up on the steps. The bus was there and the driver was helpful on our return. The only drawback is the location. When driving in from the south, you have to drive beyond the location headed north, then have to turn and drive south. Only a minor inconvenience |

While we waited we saw all your competition drive by two, three and four times. When the van finally showed up, the driver told us he was full. After my wife complained, he let us on. We noted who your completition was and will inquire with them first the next time we need long term parking.

I know your company has at least 2 buses, for I saw them when I dropped my truck off. |
