| (August 23, 2010) Thrifty was convenient and efficient, both dropping off and picking up. We had plenty of time to get to the airport and through security on our way out, thanks to the quick shuttle service. Coming back, our car was staged and running when we arrived from the airport. Checking out was very quick. We will use Thrifty again. |

| (August 3, 2010) I would given a 5 star, but I had to wait an hour to receive my car, I was told there was a miscommunication between the personnel at this site. The supervisor did refund my CC for 95% of the total. I will use this parking again in the future. |

| (July 7, 2010) One week I used the competitor and it was hard to find the parking lot, and hard to get there from the airport upon our return.
Thrifty was easy to access, fast pick up and had our car ready to go when we arrived.
I don't think I'd bother using any other park and ride service again. Thrifty was for me.
Now if they can just offer me some coupons, I'm sold! |

| (April 29, 2010) We recently used Thrifty Parking, Boston, for a quick weekend trip. They were courteous, easy drop-off and pick up and were close to the airport. Only improvement I could ask for was the 15-20 minute wait at the airport for the shuttle back to pick up the car. It was a cold Sunday morning and I saw several other rental,hotel, and parking shuttles come by 2 or 3 times before our shuttle arrived once. |

| (January 11, 2010) I was very impressed with the seamless ease with which we were able to get to and from the airport. I was particularly happy that when we returned, the shuttle driver was waiting for us! Very nice touch after a long day.
My sister accomplanied me on this trip. At first, she was not thrilled that we would be parking off site from the airport. Your service also sold her.

| Have time to waste? |
| (July 30, 2009) This lot is conveniently located just north of Logan, and the shuttle service is fine. The only problem is that it is a rental office and they don't have anybody dedicated to the parking business. I had to wait 15+ minutes, both times, standing at the counter waiting for someone to take care of my parking business. Not something you want to do if time is short, or after a long trip and you just want to get home.
I will not park here again. |

| (June 17, 2009) The concept for this is excellent so your management should get a 'well done'. My SUV had a dead battery and the employees had it running fast. The problem is that the cars are kept very close together and I had a few dings and scratches I didn't have when I parked there. Also, you should post a price comparison since your competition tells travelers that they don't save with you guys. |
