Car was waiting for us with the engine running the receipt was attached to the key ring. Just got in the car and drove away . The shuttle bus drivers (both ways) were very friendly also.
I would recommend Thrifty to any one that wants to use overnight parking.

| (June 1, 2011) Car battery dead upon arrival back from vacation as the car headlights were left on (on a 2010 vehicle). This was disappointing. Minor but still trying to fix my radio as a source code was required to even get it to work again. All settings lost. Also, came back to a down pour and there is no over hang to get dropped off under. Had a soaking wet infant and 4 year old by the time we were able to make it to where our car was parked. |

I especially appreciate that your staff responded quickly and with courtesy when I realized I had left my phone in the car and called to ask them to get it and send it over to me on the next shuttle run. Upon arrival I was checked in immediately, hopped on the waiting shuttle and was at the terminal in just a few minutes.
Upon return I notified them from baggage claim of my arrival, got on the shuttle within 5 minutes of my getting to the curb and found my car waiting and ready to go.

| (April 14, 2011) My wife and I have used many Parking Lots at T.F Green Airport over the years. As we only fly 3 or 4 times a year we have tried many spots. THRIFTY came up on the computer and we gave it a try.. What a delight!! From the time we drove in, to the pickup when we came home it was SUPERIOR!! The person at Check In,- To the shuttle Drivers-Coming and Going-The quick pickup on the return-To find the car running and waiting for us..THE EMPLOYEES OF THRIFTY were as polite and pleasant as could be!
