| (May 4, 2010) It was our first time using a park/shuttle service, and because we registered on line, so there was some apprehension. Within five or six minutes after pulling into the lot, we were at he terminal, getting our boarding passes. It was the same when we landed. There was not one flaw in the service; everything was as advertised. We'd use Thrifty again and would recommend it enthusiastically to others. |

| Thrifty a good deal |
| (March 23, 2010) Thrifty processed the paperwork quickly and I hopped on a shuttle to the airport. However, when I called to let them know my plane was landed at the airport, they sent the shuttle and the shuttle picked up someone else and went right by my waving daughter and I. They did however send it right back when I called to alert them of this. My car was running and waiting when I got back to Thrifty. Excellent service all in all |

| Easy and Convenient |
| (March 23, 2010) We had an early morning flight with three children. Thrifty was easy to find and the shuttle ride was convenient and got us to the airport quickly. On the way back we waited a few minutes then were back to our car, just a few feet away from the shuttle. Far easier than parking at the airport or having someone drive us. |

The shuttle took me to the airport without any wait, and was there when I returned. As the driver pulled in to the Thrifty parking lot, I could see my car sitting right near the front door, with the lights on, warming up, all ready for me to jump in and drive home.
The price is very reasonable and the people friendly and efficient. I will definitely use this service again and tell all of my friends about it. |

| (January 5, 2010) As last year, we found the service perfect. It was quick - both drop off and pick up. We were on the shuttle in minutes after making a reservation online ahead of time. Upon our return, after spending 10+ days in a warm climate we came home to a cold biting wind and snow. What a wonderful treat to leave a warm shuttle bus and move right into our car - parked in front, running, all windows clean of snow and all warmed up! For this reason alone, we will continue to come back. We drove away in less than five minutes including the time it took for our shuttle driver to help us load our luggage. Impressive and exactly what a weary traveler needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

| (November 11, 2009) My experience was wonderful. Efficient, professional and courteous staff. No waiting at either location leaving or returning. My car was ready to go when we arrived back at the building. Absolutely wonderful. Will recommend Thrifty highly to everybody I know traveling through Providence.
I also experienced a situation where one of the passengers had left her cell phone in her car and the Thrifty driver
called back to the building and another Thrifty member volunteered to bring the phone to her at the terminal.
This was great because there was no inconvience to other passengers who thought we were going to have to turn back to retrieve it. |

(October 30, 2007) I've used Thrifty for airport parking at TF Green the last few times I've traveled. It's hassle free, there's always a shuttle parked a few feet from my car when I get there, my car is pulled up front when I return, and the heat is turned on and snow is removed when I travel in the winter.
Pros: Convenient, good service, cheerful drivers, competitive pricing, car is ready to drive off without having to defrost and scrape windows.
