| (January 16, 2012) I have used Thrifty Parking several times and I am very pleased with the service. Each time I've arrived, there was no line to get to the cashier for checking in. Found a parking spot with no problem and waited for the shuttle to come pick me up at my vehicle. Everything went like clock work and check out was just as easy. I would definitely recommend Thrifty to everyone. |

You pull into the Thrifty lot - a shuttle picks you up ( in our case right at the car - they waited for us to take our bags our of the trunk of our car ) then you get let off at the gate. Upon return, walk out to the rental car pick up area - a shuttle picks you up within minutes and takes you to your car. You'd be mistaken to park anywhere else. |

Easy to get to, reasonably priced, and right next to the airport. It took less than 5 minutes from the time we parked to get picked up and taken to the airport. Upon arrival, the shuttle runs every 10 minutes so the wait was not long either. I will definitely use this company again and would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. There was a shuttle waiting to take us to the airport before we even got out of our car at the beginning of our trip, and when we were coming back home, a shuttle pulled up in less than 5 minutes from when we got to the pickup location. |

Once I enter the lot it is fast and easy to find a spot, the shuttle is at my car within a minute or two at the most, and the drive to Love Field takes just 5 minutes since the lot is at the entrance to Love. The drivers are friendly and polite, too. They pick up bags and put them in and out of the shuttle without you having to ask. |

| (November 30, 2011) I had a problem with the shuttle on the return trip. This was the first time I used Thrifty parksing and I asked where to find the shuttle when I returned. I was told to exit at the baggage claim and the shuttle would be there. This is what I did but no shuttle. So I used my cell to call the lot to ask about the shuttle and was told to walk to my left to the LOVE Departure entrance to catch the shuttle. This I did. Still no shuttle. After five calls, I finally was told I should go down a level to the other departure entrance and find the shuttle. Finally did catch the shuttle after an hour in the cold. Just a confusion not a problem with the parking. Throughout all the calls the staff was very, very polite and trying to be helpful. Otherwise absolutely no problems. I'll use Bob's Thrifty lot again. |

Was the lot clean, well lit and secure?
Lot could be in better shape, pavement crumbling, lanes dark. Especially disappointed in the lack of space numbering. Most lots will have the driver give you a card with your parking spot noted. Not possible here, because only lanes, not spots were marked. Also, driver that took us to the airport didn't mention that it was our responsibility to mark the spot. This delayed our locating the car.

| (November 17, 2011) When I made my reservation online, I know I put in dates, and I think times. Then was given a rate and cost, but my final bill ended up more.
I showed the attendant my printout, and what I should owe at end, but was told more. Was not going to argue with several people inline behind me, she did call someone over. She told him her explaination and he agreed without even looking at my printout.
If I make reservations with date of arraival and departure, then that should give an accurate bill.
Other that the final cost (which dropped stars down from 4), the drivers were very courteous and helpful on both from and to parking area. |

| (September 11, 2011) At $5.50 per day, not a cheaper price for Love Field Parking (unless you have an overnight stay at nearby Holiday Inn, where they will let you then park free for 7 days). Lot is small so not too hard to find your car since they give you no reminder card with space #) You have to call for an airport pickup if you do not fly Southwest. Driver did not offer to help with bags and actually was too lazy to drop us off in front of car. He left us off a row away even though we pointed out our car location to him. |

| (September 2, 2011) This is a great place to park, very secure. I was flying out with my wife and my daughter and had five bags. The service provided was excellent. The driver of the bus helped us with loading and unloading the luggage. I forgot to lock my car and the bus driver took the liberty to turn the bus around and get close to my car so I could lock it. Overall the experience was wonderful. It would be great if they had covered parking. I will be parking here from now on when I fly out of DAL. |
