The shuttle for the blue lot came very quickly, the driver was courteous and helpful. I always park at the blue lot as the people are always polite and helpful. |

The ease of making reservations on line ahead of time made the whole process of getting to the airport and catching my flight smooth. Because of this, I have used your service many times.

| (June 28, 2011) Everything was fine once I got to the lot. However, I had never been to your lot before, and I got confused because I did not know that the Blue lot was at the end of the street, so I didn't go far enough the first time I came down the street. I thought I had missed it, and turned around before the end and went back thinking I had missed the lot. Finally, after not finding it the other way, I turned around and kept going until I saw that the lot was at the very end of the street. It would be very helpful if there was a sign just after the intersection with Hegenberger Road saying the lot was at the very end of the road.

He dropped us off at#2 so I had to lug all my lugged plus my daughter in her stroller back to #1 :(

I will not use your service again, because I think it is slimy that your name is so close to the other service. SEcondly, it was NOT fast getting out of your parking lot. At 6:30 we had to wait behind TWO cars that took probably 20 minutes to use the credit card machine which was super slow. It sucked that I (and the people in front of me) couldn't use our fastrak reader to just zip out.
Getting there in the morning was fine, and the bus drivers were nice, but honestly, I am supposed to know that fasttrack with two t's is different than fastrak with one t? I mean come on! |

| (November 25, 2010) Our experience was great. Someone was immediately available at the booth to let us know where to park. The shuttle came right over and helped us load our luggage into the shuttle.
Coming back the shuttle was there to pick us up in less than 5 mins. We will definately use the service again.
Unfortunately when we left, we forgot to show our receipt showing our deposit for the reservation. I don't if that is automatically deducted from our final payment. That was our mistake.

On my return to Oakland, the driver had difficulty reading the parking area tags in the dimly lit shuttle. It would be helpful to either provide him with a flashlight or a spot light on his dash so he can more clearly get at the numbers. | (March 17, 2010) I've parked here about 5 times now. I feel it's safe due to the shuttle picks up/drops off at your car. One time I noticed some folks walking across the lot. Security was right on it. This way they can keep control of lot security. This keeps cars from getting broken into.
Parking spaces are much larger that most other lots in area reducing chance of damage to your car. It is my lot of choice. I've tried 2 other lots off airport. This one is best to me. Staff is awlays courteous also. At airport, shuttle has a drop off/pick up point so you know exactly where to wait for shuttle. Easy! |

However, one time I parked there, staff told me to sign up on line and I would get a discount. last time I went I got a discount. Your notice on the board at the cashiers booth also says there are discounts and coupons online.
