My plane did not arrive until midnight and after calling for the shuttle, the driver was there in a matter of minutes. I definitely will use this facility again.

At the end of my trip I found a shuttle at the airport within minutes of my arrival. I didn't even need to call for one. Our shuttle was full and the driver was courteous and ensured we all got to our vehicles quickly and safely. To my surprise I was offered a bottle of water when I was leaving. I was halfway home and realized how refreshing that bottle of water was after a long trip. Thank you for an excellent experience. I will use The Parking Spot 2 each time I travel. |

| (February 17, 2012) Your drivers and gate help were very courteous and helpful. We parked at Van Buren but were not told to look for the bus with the NUMBER 2. We almost boarded the wrong shuttle at the airport return. The people that got on the bus with us (the number 2) were also on the wrong bus. Please help the other travelers by pointing out which shuttle their clients should board on their return trip from the airport.
We waited for the 2 bus for over 15 minutes. I actually called after 12 minutes and was told he would be there in a few minutes. True. About 4 minutes later. This caused us to be late for our check out (we'd reserved in advance) and cost us additional money.
We've used Fast Track for several years and we'll
continue for a while. Be aware, however, there are other vendors out there looking for our business. |

| (July 19, 2011) I had prepaid for the first parking day. The fact that the Van Buren location was changing from a FastTrack facility to ParkingSpot facility apparently resulting in a problem. I had a copy showing my reservation plus the fact that I had alreay paid for the 1st day. The could not find the transaction on their system. The manager gave me a coupon for 30% off. The bottom line was that end result was my costs were at or below what they would have been even given the one day charge on my credit card and what I would have owned for an additional five days. The discount was an excellent way to resolve the issue. It was appreciated.

We didn't know that there was more than one Fast Track lot and when trying to get a shuttle back to the lot we had to get off of one shuttle and find another Fast Track Shuttle to the lot we were parked at. |

| (August 4, 2010) I've used this parking lot for years. It is located right off of the 202 and is close to the airport. When you pull in a bus is waiting for you on your assigned isle and takes to very quickly to the airport. The bus driver even helps you with your luggage. Upon our return the station attendant offered us a nicely chilled bottle of water (always appreciated in Phoenix) and the exit was also very quick. |

(January 6, 2008) We just returned from a 18 day stay in Tennessee, but were unaware that the rates had increaded from last year. No biggie, but it would be nice if you had a weekly rate for those people who will be out of town for a longer period of time.
Pros: The service was still great, and the employees are very polite and well trained.
Cons: As I said, it would be nice to have a weekly rate for when we do travel which is twice a year, we are gone for a minimum of two weeks. |
