We just returned from a 18 day stay in Tennessee, but were unaware that the rates had increaded from last year. No biggie, but it would be nice if you had a weekly rate for those people who will be out of town for a longer period of time. Pros: The service was still great, and the employees are very polite and well trained. Cons: As I said, it would be nice to have a weekly rate for when we do travel which is twice a year, we are gone for a minimum of two weeks.
