| (October 7, 2009) The service here was atrocious. If you think the price it too good to be true.. it is! I waited for nearly 40 minutes before getting to LAX (because the driver of one of the shuttles was sleeping and the other guy was too 'scared' to wake him up) so by the time I got to LAX I was denied boarding my flight since I was 'too late' and was forced to wait 5 hours for the next flight. And I was only flying in/out of my destination in the same day. When I called to complain they told me it was neither their fault nor problem. I will never use them again. |

| Beware... |
| (February 16, 2009) Yes, its cheep, but when getting picked up from the airport, the service was aweful. I had to call them 5 times to check when they were going to pick me up. I saw two different vans pass and not even pull over to the curb when I tried to wave them down. I stood and waited for an hour and 15 minutes before getting picked up. I was so livid and will NEVER use this service again. |

| (September 2, 2008) Just flew back and forth to Seattle. I paid for "On Roof - 5.99" but parked myself cover in the structure. Nobody ask you anything and they were right there when I left and same when I came back. You have to wait under the red sign, look for the buss and waive to it. Same as all the others but for much less. Thank you AirPark(so far so good). |

| (July 24, 2008) They show a AAA discount on their Web site, but there is no ability to get that discount via the Internet.
Called the 866 number on their Web site and they said that number for for the actual parking structure so you can't make a reservation with the AAA discount there; you must call an 800 number.
Called the 800 number and they said you have to use the Internet or call the parking structure directly.
They don't really want to give the AAA discount so I didn't really want to do business with them.

| Worst Service Ever |
| (July 7, 2008) Cheap Parking, but I waited at the airport for over 35 minutes. The did not answer the phone the first 3 times I called. Wont make this mistake again. |

| (June 13, 2008) Low prices, but no service at all. These guys are rude, and when I went to park my car, they acted as if they are doing me a favor. It took a long time to drop me off at the airport, and it took a very long time to get picked up.

| Watch your bill |
(March 28, 2008) They moved me to other parking area-wasting time.
They charged lots more than reservation confirmation paper. I thought I got a good deal but it ended up more expensive and lots of delay because of changing parking area.
Cons: Everything went wrong in this place. |

| You'll Wait Forever |
(March 21, 2008) Parking is cheap, but there's a reason. We waited for an hour for a shuttle back, and the only reason the driver stopped was because she saw my 11 year old daughter. The management is deplorable. If you want the cheap price, get a cab back to the parking because their shuttle service sucks!
