| Exemplary Customer Service |
| (August 8, 2011) All involved at this small farm are great. We arrived early in the morning and a friendly driver took us to Bristol Airport. Unbeknown to us weasel Jet had overbooked our flight to Bodrum and we were not allowed to travel - that's another story. Quick phonecall to the farm and lo and behold another driver was there in 10 minutes to pick us up and take us back to the car. Farm even offered to refund the money for days that would not be used!! Great people |

| (July 30, 2011) This is the 2nd time we have used Goblin Combe Farm in the last 5 years (so little as we have not been away any more than this!) Since the first time they now have a nice new waiting area and reception. We phoned 10 minutes prior to arrive (and we were half an hour early) and they were there ready and waiting for us. Transfer to airport no problem and on time. The bus was there to meet us as we returned and no phone calls or waiting time at all. We will use again.

Remember your dealing with farmers and not travel reps then you will be more than happy with what is otherwise a very swift service. It is not a hidden fact this is a farm either.

| Exceptional Service |
| (September 24, 2009) We were delighted with the service provided when we left our car at Goblin Combe farm from 10th to 19th September. The directions to the Farm were excellent and paperwork most efficient when making our booking. As for taking us to and from the airport we hardly had to wait a few minutes before we left from the farm and then again upon our return from the pickup point at the airport. All in all a very satisfactory experience. Thank you to those involved, we shall certainly use the service again and will recommend it to friends who travel from Bristol Airport. |

| (September 18, 2009) There is no better car park than that at Goblin Combe. Roger, Jane and Lee provide an excellant, efficient, reliable and valued service. You would be mad to park your car anywhere else.

| (September 15, 2009) Goblin Combe Farm should be applauded. They're definitely the cheapest and the service is excellent. It's no frills (although they do offer under-cover parking and a "meet & greet" service) and that is truly reflected in the price. If you travel regularly (I do) you need reliable service and in 30 or so visits to Goblin Combe Farm they haven't let me down once. The average wait for a pick-up is about 5 minutes and they park the car for you so you don't have to worry about idiots scraping your car in a self-park car park whilst you're away. Don't go anywhere else until you've tried them. |

| Not the greatest experience... |
| (May 29, 2009) Price was great, paid only £5 extra to have car parked inside - obviously this didn't happen as windshield wipers had build up of leaves, car was covered in dirt from dried raindrops and brakes were scratchy.
We were told to call when we arrived back from our trip. We said that there were only 2 of us and told that it would be 10 minutes, however, another group of people saw the van, jumped in front of us, and completely filled it, causing us to wait outside for 40 minutes longer! Disappointing.... |

| Excellent, friendly service |
| (January 21, 2009) We were within minutes of missing a flight for a long weekend away due to a road closure (1.5 hours from Bristol!!). We had booked to leave the car at the park and get the shuttle bus. We phoned Goblin Combe Farm to ask if there was anything they could do to help and they immediately arranged to get someone to meet us at the airport - we literally threw the keys at them and ran - and made the flight! Their service was well above and beyond the call of duty and undoubtedly saved our weekend (not to mention the cost of hotel cnacellations etc). With so many parking sharks and shams out there, Goblin is a real breath of fresh air. |

| Good Service |
(April 12, 2008) Our flight arrived at 1 o'clock in the morning and we were picked up within 10 minutes of us picking up our cases. Excellent service by very friendly staff. Prices are good and even cheaper if you book online.
Only slight concern is the state of the roads around the farm - I'm not sure I would want to take a prestige/expensive/clean car there if the weather is bad.
However, we were very happy with our experience.
Pros: Staff very helpful. Good price.
Cons: Car Park/Surrounding roads not brilliant. |

(February 27, 2008) I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by Goblin Combe Farm Bristol Airport Parking.
I found their website to be easy and friendly to use and the prices are competitive. I chose the meet and greet service and was met at Bristol Airport where I handed the keys over. No trouble.
Many thanks for an excellent service. See you next year!
