I parked at your check in area; an attendant got my bag out of the car for me; I checked in; a van took me IMMEDIATELY to the airport. When I returned, a van picked me up IMMEDIATELY. My car was waiting for me when we pulled into the lot. I am still amazed and really appreciated the kind service. I can't believe it's only $4.95/day. Thank you so much. Pros: Everything about this service. Cons: I wish it was covered parking, but heck - what do you want for $4.95/day?

my car was washed and waithing for me outfront when i came back. make an online reservation for discounted rates. Pros: low price, fast pick-up, even faster drop-off Cons: outdoors, but they do car washes

They have a very nice website where you can get discounted rates, directions, etc. The address is laxpark.com. I highly recommend this lot. I don't thin I will ever park anywhere else. :) Pros: Affordable, convenient, courteous, and professional service. Cons: none.

I was refered to LAX Park by a colleauge who travels frequently. I used their curbside service (since my company was paying for it) and boy was I impressed. I normally take a limo to the airport but this trip was on very short notice. I pulled into their facility, someone was there to assist me as it was my first time and did not know what to do. They explained the procedure and then drove me to the airport. Upon my return I called them and the delivered my freshly washed car to the terminal. The whole experience was delightful. The customer service I received exceeded my expectations. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and the drivers were friendly. I will not be taking a limo anymore.

First, I drove up right outside the office and a guy came out to take down my name, car info, and flight times.
Next, I got my stuff out of the car and received personal chauffeur service to the airport. I was the only one in the van, and the driver handled my luggage very well. I got there quickly, didn't need to wait outside, was not squished in the car, and had my luggage carried in and out of the van. I loved it, so i tipped the driver.
Coming back i called the number they gave me and the shuttle was there in 12 minutes. We made on more stop and picked up a couple and were on our way back to our vehicles which were conveneintly parked right out front. The valet even put my luggage into my trunk for me. Everyone was polite and helpful, asking how my trip was and if i needed direction back to the freeway.

Reading the reviews for some of the other parking places around had me worried to leave my car at LAX. I parked at LAX Park becuase of the reviews posted here. You can park here and leave fo your trip with peace of mind. I am lucky I found this place. Pros: Good service, good people, and affordable. Cons: Shuttles could be nicer.

I parked here because of the great reviews on the website. When I dropped off the car, the woman in the office was pleasant. The attendant was apparently instructed to do something else, so I hauled my own bags and sat in a van for 5 minutes before I shouted out the window that I HAD to go.
This place was bad when I left, and when I returned, the shuttle driver passed me up! He acknowledged that he was going to Southwest, but I was at the Bradley terminal. He never apologized, and the van was filthy. I will not be using this service again. Pros: Cheap valet prices, and the car wash was thorough. Cons: Extremely poor service both dropping off my car and picking me up from the airport on my return.

I parked here because of the reviews and I called to confirm there was no funny business with the prices. A nice young man named Charles explained that it was $9.95 plus tax. Its more if you drive an SUV, which you shouldnt be driving in the first place. The next morning I called for directions and another gentleman instructed me on how to get there, again very nice. I was expecting to be taken to LAX immediatley since thats what all these reviews said happened, but I had to wait for a shuttle to get back from the airport. However, a van pulled into the lot sooner than I expected, the driver loaded up my lugagge as soon as he returned and we were off, which was still pretty nice. Upon my return I was picked up in less than 5 minutes! My car was outfront when we got back to the lot. The driver helped me with my luggage, I paid what I expected to pay and was on my home. All in all this place was pretty good. I will be back simply because of everyones attitude. Pros: Nice staff, reasonable prices, and reasonably fast service. Cons: No Public Restroom.
