| (January 1, 2012) My husband and I were very skeptical when we arrived at a very full lot on Christmas Day to park our car and the receptionist told us to leave our keys in our car! Cars were parked everywhere and we saw a nightmare waiting to happen. We had no choice but to go ahead and trust the lady! We went on our trip and upon our arrival back to LAX called and said we would be at their facility in 10 minutes. Surprise! Surprise! Our car was parked in front of the reception area and the attendant in the office had our bill figured out and we were checked out and loaded our car within five minutes! Everything turned out perfect and we will use LAX Park on our next trip! Thank you. |

The only reason that they get 4 stars instead of 5 (and I would have given them 4.5 stars if possible) is the condition of their vans, which weren't as nice as those from other lots. Don't let this stop you from trying them though, as they took great care of my car and had it waiting for me when I arrived back at the lot. |

| (December 8, 2011) The staff at the LAX Park were very friendly and efficient both at our check-in and our check-out. When I had a question about the charges, the attendant explained them very courteously and to my satisfaction.
Our only reservation was the driving style of the shuttle driver on our return trip to LA.
We will use this lot again when we travel out of LAX in the future. |

My car was waiting at the front of the lot when I returned...AND they are about 50% less expensive than the larger parking giants. Don't let the distance fool you - we were delivered to the airport in less than 5 minutes and there are plently of shuttles so waiting is not a concern

| (September 23, 2011) This was my first stay with LAX Park and I was pleased. It was easy to get to, the service was pleasant and efficient, and the ride to the airport is short. On my return, a late-night pickup at the airport took 10 minutes from the time of my call. Only downsides: parking is outdoors--if that's a concern--the van is dumpy (but the drivers were friendly and helpful) and there's no bathroom at the lot. Overall, I rate it a good deal. |

| (August 26, 2011) Great service. But I was panicking at first when we first pulled up at 4:20 AM on a Friday morning and they looked closed. I was worried about where we were going to have to go now, when a worker came up behind us and started honking for the other worker to open up. Then the light came on!
Whew! Easy after that. Valet parking for drop off and pick up. Very cool. Bus easy to spot because it was one of the smaller cargo vans. I would use them again! |

| (July 11, 2011) Because LAX Park is not a huge sprawling lot you don't get lost where you left your car. In fact, our car was moved right at the entrance/office when we returned. The shuttle to/from our terminal was quick with no hassles. It was a very convenient experience for us and we will use LAX Park again in the future. Did I mention the price is very reasonable compared to the Airport-run and other private overpriced lots? |

My one complaint is that I was never given the option for the carwash either on-line or at check-in. After the sitting outside for a week it would have been great to arrive to a clean car. | (March 26, 2011) I rated this a 4 instead of a 5 only because I got lost getting there because of taking a different route. I called a few times and at first was told to turn right instead of left which cost me some time and anxiety.
Other than this, their service was great. When I got to their location, they new I was worried about being late about my flight and they took me immediately to my airlines. When I returned, they arrived within 10 mins. of my call. When we arrived to their location, my car was waiting for me.
I will definitely use them again and will pass the word along. |

I had a 9PM flight and did not have to wait after driving the car, this is Valet only. My flight was on Alaska Air which is operating out of terminals 2 and 3 due to construction. The driver stopped at the term 3 counter for me to check on the gate. It was back at terminal 2 so he looped around LAX once more to drop off close to the gate.
Great Service. Arrived back on a 8:30 am Saturday and called for pick up and didnt have to wait more than 10 minutes max. Back to the lot and the car was out front ready to go. All this for $6.95 a day cant beat it. Highly Recommend and I am not their employee legit review! |

Arriving at 5:45AM in the morning....we were quickly checked in and within 5 minutes we were in a shuttle to the Airport. Upon arriving six days later back at a very busy LAX, we followed directions on the claim ticket and within 10 minutes we were in route to pick up our car.

The staff was friendly, spoke good english, helped me with my luggage. I felt very safe, the driver wasn't scary. Great value as some of the other lots were full, they had good rates. I would definitely use them again. I never worried about the security of myself or my vehicle. We need more hospitality staff like this, these guys were great. I would certainly recommend them to any traveler. |

| Honest, Friendly, No Waiting |
| (December 22, 2010) A van was ready to take me to the airport as soon as I finished checking my car in. This was my first time to use LAX Park, so I didn't realize that it was valet parking. I had some items in my SUV that I had to leave. I worried that they might be stolen, but all were untouched on my return. I guess I was thinking about those items when I was dropped at the airport, so I managed to forget my purse on the seat of the LAX Park van. The driver left the empty van and ran after me into the airport to give me my purse, truly saving my trip from disaster. On my return, I called LAX Park, a van came immediately, and my car was right at the front, ready to head out. The price for this was only $9/day. The personnel were all very friendly. I would definitely use LAX Park again. |

| (November 17, 2010) Parking was simple, although I was unaware that it was vallet since it was not mentioned on the site.
When I arrived there was already a shuttle collecting others, so I was quickly on my way to the airport after 5 mins of paper work.
On arrival pick-up was within 20 mins, although the shuttle was fully packed. Despite calling for pick-up, they didn't have my ticket ready right away, and had to find my car. The car had somehow ended up with a dead battery, so they quickly charged it for me, but neglected to pull it out of its cramped parking spot for me, which meant I had to carefully wiggle it out myself after spending all day flying (in other words, I was exhausted).
Overall an easy experience though, the price was as listed, would use again. |

| Has anyone found a cell phone in the van? |
| (November 1, 2010) LAX park has a good service.
It was prompt and convenient.
My dad lost his cell phone at some point of the trip.
We were picked up from LAX around midnight of 29th (early morning of 30th).
Please check the van to see if there is a cell phone
It is a black slide phone that has "anycall" written on it.
