| (July 7, 2009) We dropped off 2 cars and were taken straight to airport. The only thing I wasn't comfortable with was leaving my keys with them. I had some valuables in the car that I worried about for 5 days. When I returned nothing had been touched in my car. They picked us up in a timely manner when we returned and all was OK. |

It was not crowded (not sure if it was our timing) and we immediately got a ride on the shuttle (just me and my husband) after checking in (which was also quick). When we returned we called after getting off the plane and as we had no luggage to pick up, we went right to the designated location and waited about 5 minutes and they picked us up. Again we were the only ones so we got to go directly back to the LAX park and our car was brought out to us in about 5 minutes after we paid the balance. The price was right too! |

They dropped me off at the airport promptly and on my arrival back all it took was a simple phone call and within 5-10 min I was picked up as promised.

| Gets the job done, and then some |
| (April 1, 2009) My experience with LAX Park was pretty much what I expected (although it was a little annoying having to pay an extra fee for having a small SUV). They checked me in quickly upon my arrival, were prompt in picking me up at the airport and quick in cashing me out. Not overly friendly, but efficient.
It was only when I returned home and realized that I had lost my house keys at some point did they really impress. It was 1:00 AM when I called them back to check and see if I had left my keys on the counter or in the shuttle (I knew that I had them prior to getting into the shuttle at the airport). The person that answered my call not only looked around the office and checked every shuttle that came in, he also went out into the parking lot with a flashlight while I waited on the phone. In short order he found my keys lying on the ground and held them for me personally to come pick up. He was patient and friendly and definitely went the extra mile. In sum, while LAX park doesn't bowl you over with warm & fuzzy stuff, they deliver as promised and will go the extra mile when you need them. I will be back. |

It took about 15 minutes to be picked up and that seemed like a long wait after a long flight. But all in all, I would definitely recommend this facility for parking. |

| (March 3, 2009) I picked them based on reviews here and was very happy with their service. Very prompt pick-up and drop-off, and very friendly staff. Although I left my keys, all my stuff was still in my car when I came back after a week.
They do tend to fill up quickly, so call ahead. Also, your car does get dirty because it is parked outside and right under the main flight path.
Make sure you give yourself 20-30 mins extra time because it takes 10 mins to check in/drop off your car, and 10 mins to get to the airport. (plus 10 mins extra for any other delays). |

| (February 26, 2009) One minor complaint, kind of silly one. When I returned, I was the only passenger. One of the workers at your business, was speaking to the driver in Spanish and laughing loudly and it appeared he was haranguing him or teasing him about something. Whether about me or not, I would not know. I understand some words of Spanish, but not many. Your driver kept his head down and looked uncomfortable. I tipped the driver and went on my way. I would suggest that your workers maintain a professional demeanor in Spanish as well as English, so that your customers are not made uncomfortable.
Considerable teasing is a Hispanic cultural habit, sometimes it is a little rough. I recommend they remain silent around customers.
Otherwise, very speedy and efficient, thank you. |

| (February 25, 2009) I was given quick, helpful service. Due to congested traffic, I was running late and had to get a shuttle right away as soon as I got to the car park. I was serviced immediately with no wait at all and just made it through the ticketing and security to get to the gate on time. I will definitely be using LAX Park again. |

| (January 3, 2009) It was the fastest way to be taken to the airport with having to deal with parking your car in a long-term lot. This was my first time using them and I will use them again.
It seems you have to have a reservation, which I did. I pulled up, they took a little bit of information, took my keys, and whisked me off to the airport immediately. The lot is only a few minutes away from LAX. When you get back you just call a phone number and they come pick you up. When you get to the lot your car is waiting for you. Super easy! One note I should make is that if you make a deposit with making an online reservation, make sure you bring the email that says you paid that deposit otherwise they'll charge you for the full price when you leave instead of crediting you the deposit amount. They don't seem to have record that any deposits are put down. But once I showed them proof that I already paid the $7 deposit, there was no problem and I was charged only the remainder of the full price. The staff that I encountered were friendly.
I would definitely recommend parking here, based on my first experience with them. It's worth the $10 a day, in my opinion. |

| (December 30, 2008) Yes - I left my car there for 5 days. The price was good and the people were very friendly and responsive. However, I paid an extra $20 to have my car cleaned inside and outside. The outside part was just okay. The windows were dirtier than when I dropped it off but the body was clean. However, the inside was not even touched at all. I expected it to be vacuumed and the trash thrown out - neither of which was done. I was very dissapointed in that especially since I paid $20. So basically, I paid $20 to have your guys clean the outside of my car with a dirty rag and not touch the interior.
On my next trip, I will have to consider paying a little more for another parking service or if I use your lot again, I will not even consider your guys cleaning my car while it is there - as I feel I was ripped off really bad.
But, your people were nice.
