However, I had to wait a while on the way back to pick up the car. The shuttle took about 1/2 to pick me up. The good thing is that my car was right in front waiting for me. Loved it!! |

The attendant took very good care of us and upon arrival he loaded up our luggage and had us at the airport within minutes. When we arrived back at the airport a phone call was all that was needed to pick us up within about 10 minutes and have us back to our vehicle which was waiting for us. I was hesitant at first about leaving my vehicle in an unfamiliar place but not anymore. I highly recommend lax park. |

On the way back, I was picked up promptly (within 10 minutes of waiting at the red sign) and my car was already out front, ready to be driven off the lot after paying.

Had no problem getting in and out and was not hassled about discounted rates. I'd probably park at the covered Hilton if I had to choose, but this is a solid backup plan - especially if you want to save a few bucks. But beware, definitely no covered parking. |

| An Excellent Experience |
| (April 21, 2010) Rather than fly from San Diego to LAX for a flight to Puerto Vallarta, my husband and I decided to drive to L.A. and leave the car parked in a lot for a week.
I chose LAX Park from others because most of the online reviews were favorable and it was only a mile from the airport.
The online reservation process was simple and we received an immediate e-mail showing the deposit amount plus the amount that would be due at the conclusion of our stay.
As advised by another reviewer, I made 2 copies of this e-mail in case I had to leave one with LAX Park. As it turned out, they did not ask me for a copy but I gave the attendant one anyway.
When we arrived, however, I was a bit surprised to find that it was not "self park" as I originally thought, but perhaps I misread that in the online description. The parking lot was jammed to capacity and it was apparent that they had a system set up for retrieving cars based on the length of the reservation. So we left the key and hopped on a van that was loading up immediately.
The attendant who checked us in was very courteous as was the van driver who loaded our bags for us.
On our return, we called the number on the ticket stub they had given us and then proceeded to the designated pick-up spot. The van arrived within 10 minutes of our call.
Back at the lot, our car was waiting for us in front of the office and the check-out process was quick. Again, both the van driver and the young man who processed the payment were very polite, asked about our trip and wished us a safe journey home.
I would definitely use LAX Park again if the need arises. |

| (April 2, 2010) Everything was fine until they told me what the final balance would be. As I waited to have my credit card run, I went thru the daily charge in my mind, and they charged me $3.00 per day more than the price I was quoted. When I told her she had the wrong daily rate, she told me that the rate is $9.99 per day. I had turned in my reservation paperwork when I first arrived (as requested on the website to get the credit for my deposit), so I did not have anything else that stated what my daily rate should be according to the website. I recommend that you bring along another copy of the reservation to show them when you return from your trip also, so that they cannot rip you off for another $3.00 per day. There are many nicer facilities if you are willing to pay $9.99 per day. |

| (March 30, 2010) I have a few fairly minor complaints: The shuttle, though ready to go as soon as we checked in, was a little shoddy van with seatbelts that didn't fasten properly; they charged me $1 extra per day for a small BMW station wagon as a "SUV" (no big deal, but...really???). The biggest complaint I had was after picking up my luggage, I called them just as instructed, was told the shuttle would be there in 10-15 minutes, then waited exactly 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Turns out there were other passengers they had to pick up ahead of us, and with only one van, had to coordinate their pick ups and we had to wait. I'll go with Lot C next time. |

They were very accomodating and allowed us to back up to a brick wall in the last row and take our keys. The wait for our ride back wasn't exceptionally long - we had to call them and tell them what terminal we were at. All in all, the experience was great and we would use them again. The only "negative" as with ALL parking lots is the extra $1/day for an "SUV". I drive a 2009 Ford Escape, which is NOT oversize! |

Everything went GREAT! Having never been to LAX and running on little sleep for our last minute flight, we were stressed and counting on (praying) everything would go smoothly. AND IT DID! It took no time at all to get our car checked in, they did the curbside parking for free too, and took us straight to the airport! The gentleman was very nice and explained exactly how to get picked back up and where to go. When we got back they were there for us in 5 minutes and again we got back to our car quickly and painlessly. Staff was great and though we ended up staying a few days later on our trip, they did not charge us for the 2 extra days. What a great experience and so convenient!! We will go here every time we travel! Can't beat not having to arrange someone to take us/pick us up from the airport!! |

| Gets the job done, and then some |
| (April 1, 2009) My experience with LAX Park was pretty much what I expected (although it was a little annoying having to pay an extra fee for having a small SUV). They checked me in quickly upon my arrival, were prompt in picking me up at the airport and quick in cashing me out. Not overly friendly, but efficient.
It was only when I returned home and realized that I had lost my house keys at some point did they really impress. It was 1:00 AM when I called them back to check and see if I had left my keys on the counter or in the shuttle (I knew that I had them prior to getting into the shuttle at the airport). The person that answered my call not only looked around the office and checked every shuttle that came in, he also went out into the parking lot with a flashlight while I waited on the phone. In short order he found my keys lying on the ground and held them for me personally to come pick up. He was patient and friendly and definitely went the extra mile. In sum, while LAX park doesn't bowl you over with warm & fuzzy stuff, they deliver as promised and will go the extra mile when you need them. I will be back. |

They do tend to fill up quickly, so call ahead. Also, your car does get dirty because it is parked outside and right under the main flight path.
Make sure you give yourself 20-30 mins extra time because it takes 10 mins to check in/drop off your car, and 10 mins to get to the airport. (plus 10 mins extra for any other delays). |

One of the workers at your business, was speaking to the driver in Spanish and laughing loudly and it appeared he was haranguing him or teasing him about something. Whether about me or not, I would not know. I understand some words of Spanish, but not many. Your driver kept his head down and looked uncomfortable. I tipped the driver and went on my way. I would suggest that your workers maintain a professional demeanor in Spanish as well as English, so that your customers are not made uncomfortable.
Considerable teasing is a Hispanic cultural habit, sometimes it is a little rough. I recommend they remain silent around customers.

| (February 25, 2009) I was given quick, helpful service. Due to congested traffic, I was running late and had to get a shuttle right away as soon as I got to the car park. I was serviced immediately with no wait at all and just made it through the ticketing and security to get to the gate on time. I will definitely be using LAX Park again. |

| (February 20, 2009) One day of parking is about $9.00, but the minimum charge to use a credit card is $20. They don't have receipts unless you pay with a credit card. You get what you pay for I guess. |
