After two delayed flights, you kept us cheery

(August 26, 2010) A clean comfortable ride was only moments away from our (late) landing at RIC. Appreciated the friendly attendants/drivers.

Value of service is in line with rate(s)

(August 10, 2010) You provide a valuable cost effective service that is convenient to the airport. I very much appreciated only having to pay half of what I normally pay to park at RIC. My only suggestion would be to decrease the wait time between the arriving cusotmer calling the shuttle and the shuttle arriving to pick up the customer. Wait time for this visit was about 15 minutes. It would be easy to capture a customers flight information on departure and then monitor the return flights so that a shuttle could be standing by on the airport side when a customer returns. Otherwise the service was fine and all agents/drivers were friendly and helpful.
