Great Service, but hard to find.
(February 8, 2012) I received fine service, especially at return pick-up, but the lack of a decent sign at your place made it difficult to find for this first-time user. In fact, the place looked kind of dumpy and unsafe. I drove past and had to circle back to find you. As I said, once I found you, everything was fine and very professional, courteous and helpful.

Good Service
(February 6, 2012) Very couteous and friendly. Shuttle waiting for me when I arrive. Return flight was early and only waited 3 mins from the time I called the office. Priced well. I was pleased and will use the service again.

check-in and security
(January 28, 2012) got there at 6 AM---dark---back door locked--not sure where to leave car--saw sign in window to go to front door. Another car was there before me and also didn't know what to do and followed me in. On checkout at 11 PM shuttle was there ok but I didn't like the idea of my car running unsupervised when I got back to the office --someone could have walked by and hopped in and drove it away whike you were picking me up--needs better security

Helpful Service
(January 24, 2012) The staff was quite helpful, specially when we called to say that we had left a bag in our car. The shuttle van came over to pick us up to find it, when they initially could not locate it. A more visible sign is needed to find this parking facility. I passed it several times.
