Driving directions while the Chelsea Street Bridge is Closed

Route 1A Southbound: Take 1A South to Route 16 West (exit to the rightjust after the Mahoney Circle) then follow the directions for Route 16West below.

US1 Southbound: After entering Revere, about one mile afterthe Route 60 exit, take the exit for Route 16 West. Immediately cross Route 16to the left-turn lane. At the first set of traffic lights, take a left ontoWebster Avenue (at Russo Tux Shop). At the end of Webster Avenue (after 1/2mile), turn right onto Eastern Avenue. PreFlight Parking is 6/10 miles ahead onthe left.

Route16 East: Afterpassing the Wellington MBTA station in Everett, follow Route 16 East for 2.1miles and turn right at the traffic light onto Webster Avenue (at FlooringAmerica). At the end (1/2 mile), turn right onto Eastern Avenue. PreFlightParking is 6/10 of a mile ahead on the left.

Route16 West: FromRevere, follow Route 16 west until you see the Food Mart and Russo's Tux shopon your right. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Webster Avenue. TakeWebster Avenue to the end and make a right. PreFlight is 6/10 mile on the left.

I93Southbound: TakeExit 31. At the traffic light, turn left onto Route 16 East. Make a left at theend of the ramp. Follow route 16 for 4 miles and turn right at the trafficlight onto Webster Avenue (at Flooring America). At the end (1/2 mile), turnright onto Eastern Avenue. PreFlight Parking is 6/10 of a mile ahead on theleft.

I93Northbound: Stayin the left lane and follow signs to the Tobin Bridge, Exit 27. Proceed ontothe Tobin Bridge and take the Beacon Street exit. Proceed through the stop signat the bottom of the exit ramp and take a right at the first traffic light ontoWilliams Street. Proceed on Williams Street for 3 lights (during this timeWilliams Street will turn into Marginal Street and then turn into Eastern Ave).PreFlight Parking is on the right after the third traffic light. NOTE: If the Beacon Street exit isclosed,take the Webster Avenue exit and make a right at the end of the ramp. FollowWebster Avenue to the end, then turn right on to Eastern Avenue. TobinBridge: Proceedonto the Tobin Bridge and take the Beacon Street exit. Proceed through the stopsign at the bottom of the exit ramp and take a right at the first traffic lightonto Williams Street. Proceed on Williams Street for 3 lights (during this timeWilliams Street will turn into Marginal Street and then turn into Eastern Ave).PreFlight Parking is on the right after the third traffic light. TedWilliams Tunnel:  Do not use the Ted Williams Tunnel while the ChelseaStreet bridge is closed.  Follow signs to I-93 North/Tobin Bridge thenfollow directions for Tobin Bridge above.
